Abstract

The research at PGT Rejowinangun Trenggalek aims to enhance efficiency and effectiveness using the ABC method formula. The research results reveal three categories of raw material components. Category A involves 2 items with a total cost of IDR 133,810,000, contributing approximately 79 percent of the total inventory funds. Category B includes 1 item, constituting around 7 percent of the total items, with an absorption cost of IDR 12,600,000. Category C comprises 3 items, accounting for about 13 percent of the total items. The ABC analysis provides an overview of cost distribution and raw material turnover, serving as a basis for efficient order planning.

Abstract

The roof is one of the main components in a building to protect it from heat and rain. The roof is also an architectural component that adds to the beauty of a building. Therefore, every building must have a roof. Currently, many steel roofs are used as the structural frame. Considering that wooden materials are considered expensive to use nowadays. Apart from that, steel material has a longer durability than wood material, so steel is considered the best alternative at the moment. The title of this article is "Structure Analysis of WF Steel Profile Roofs Using the LRFD Method". This analysis was carried out to determine the strength of the WF steel truss structure and its connections. The analysis method used in this research is the LRFD method which is carried out with the help of the SAP 2000 v20 program to calculate the statics of the roof construction and using the help of the Idea StatiCa program to calculate the connections. Based on the results obtained, the trusses that use the WF 200.100.5,5.8 profile are able to withstand the forces acting on the truss structure, and the connections are sufficient to withstand the forces that occur.

Abstract

UPTD Rumah Kemasan established by the Southeast Minahasa Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative Office is a packaging service center for Small and Medium Industries (SMI), the construction of the Rumah Kemasan is based on the number of Small and Medium Industries (SMI) which has increased from year to year. The correcting problem faced by the UPTD Rumah Kemasan is related to the layout of machinery and equipment. The problem faced by the UPTD Rumah Kemasan is related to the layout of machinery and equipment. The conditions in the current areas of the Rumah Kemasan have not been determined and there is no planning and arrangement, this will certainly have a major impact on the operation of the UPTD Rumah Kemasan. There are two methods used to solve the packaging house problem, the first is BLOCPLAN (Block Layout Overview with Layout Planning) and the second is the CORELAP method (Computerized Relationship Layout Planning Algorithm) which can provide solutions related to optimal initial layout planning for the UPTD Rumah Kemasan. The results of data processing after being compared, the recommended layout is the output of the CORELAP (Computerized Relationship Layout Planning Algorithm) method, with the most optimal results, seen from several indicators and the results of the distance obtained based on the activity of the operating process map 49.2 meters and based on the distance of machines and equipment 65.78.

Abstract

UMKM Nek Wik is an UMKM that operates in the food sector, namely producing posot-posot which is a typical cracker from Bawean Island. In the production process, there is a process that is still done manually, namely the dough molding process, which takes a long time, making production slow and production targets and demand are sometimes not met, therefore it is necessary to procure a dough molding machine to speed up the production process and meet targets and consumer demands. With the addition of this dough molding machine, an investment feasibility analysis is needed to find out whether this dough molding machine is worth investing in or not. Based on the results of the analysis of the feasibility of investing in a dough molding machine at Nek Wik MSMEs, the following conclusion was obtained: from the calculation of the Net Present Value (NPV) a positive result of IDR was, which means NPV>0 so it is worth investing. From the results of the Internal Rate of Return calculation, a result of 43.45% was obtained, where this result was greater than the initial interest rate, namely 9.08%, so the investment was worth implementing. From the results of the Payback Period calculation, the investment value for the machine is 8.36 months or 251 days, meaning that because the payback period is less than the economic life of 5 years, the investment is feasible. From the results of the Profitability Index calculation, it is 1.43, which means the PI value is> 1, so the investment in purchasing a dough molding machine is feasible.

Abstract

There are many mathematics learning strategies that educators use to achieve more optimal results. The PAILKEM learning strategy is a learning strategy that makes it possible to achieve learning objectives. The aim of this learning is to improve understanding results. The hypothesis in this research is that there is a significant influence of the PAILKEM learning strategy (Active, Innovative, Environmental, Creative, Effective and Interesting Learning) on ??understanding vector material. This research method uses an experimental method using the True Experimental Design design. Data analysis was carried out using the t-test. The results of the research, after testing the hypothesis using the t-test with a significance level of 0.05, previously carried out a normality test and homogeneity test, obtained tcount > ttable, namely thitnug = 7.636> ttable = 1.6689 so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence of the PAILKEM learning strategy (Active, Innovative, Environmental, Creative, Effective and Interesting Learning) on ??understanding vector material.

Abstract

Line balancing merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan alokasi pekerjaan di dalam suatu garis produksi dengan tujuan mencapai efisiensi produksi yang maksimal. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan di PT XYZ, terdapat permasalahan ketidakeseimbangan lini produksi pada proses produksi SPK X yang dapat menurunkan tingkat efesiensi produksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi X di PT XYZ dengan mengidentifikasi ketidakseimbangan dalam alokasi pekerjaan dan menyusun ulang urutan pekerjaan menggunakan metode Ranked Positional Weight (RPW). Metode RPW digunakan untuk menentukan bobot relatif setiap tugas berdasarkan posisinya dalam urutan pekerjaan. Diharapkan dengan metode RPW ketidakseimbangan dapat dikurangi dan efisiensi produksi dapat ditingkatkan dan dapat mengurangi waktu siklus produksi dan meningkatkan output per unit waktu. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan efesiensi lintasan produksi 86,45%.

Abstract

PT Surya Segara Safety Marine is a marine equipment trading and maritime security equipment servicing company in Indonesia that has four branches in Balikpapan, Makassar, Banyuwangi, and Bali. In their work, there are workers who have not implemented ergonomic working positions. This research aims to determine the action level value from the comparison scores of the RULA, REBA, and OWAS methods. From the research that has been carried out, it is known from the NBM questionnaire that 77% of workers experience back pain and 70% experience low back pain. Regarding the scoring results, a RULA score of 7 is very high risk, a REBA score of 9 is high risk, and an OWAS score of 2 is moderate risk. Based on the data obtained, the RULA method is most suitable because of the complaints felt by workers in the upper body. So a proposal to improve a table that can rotate and a chair that can be adjusted in height was made, which received a RULA score of 2 out of 7, where this value was better than the initial score before the improvement proposal was given.

Abstract

Awing and Son is a company that produces songkok. Based on observations that have been made, the songkok sewing process is the production part that has the highest level of complaints among other production parts. This research was conducted to identify workers' musculoskeletal disorders and provide recommendations for improvement. This research revealed that by distributing the NBM questionnaire, there were several complaints experienced by workers in the songkok sewing process. Then an analysis was carried out using the RULA and OWAS methods, this method is a method for disseminating and disseminating worker attitudes that can cause musculoskeletal disorders. The research results showed that the RULA method obtained a score of 5 with a risk level of 3, which means that corrective action needs to be taken immediately, while the OWAS score was 3 with a risk level of 2, which means that corrective action can be taken at a later date. Based on these results, proposed improvements can be made by upgrading the adjustable chairs in carrying out work.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a wood-made furniture manufacturing company, one of which is a chair with a variety of types like arm chair, a bar drum, a drum counter and side chair. In the process, sometimes some orders are late. It's in the high-solution total time. Therefore, scheduling in the company requires a renewal of methods to identify which methods of scheduling efficiency in reducing production. Campbell dudek Smith's method is used because control processes are done according to the smallest working time used in production. Campbell dudek Smith's methods are appropriate and can be applied to help control the production with a flower-shop system that is more than two machines. Results from research obtained a large schedule at company scheduling FCFS method of 9613425 seconds with job sequence 1-2-3-4. While the Campbell dudek Smith method obtained a period of 9608298 seconds with the job sequence 2-3-1-4. The Campbell dudek Smith method was chosen as a proposal because it had the smallest byline of corporate methods.

Abstract

Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP) merupakan permasalahan penentuan rute terpendek yang diawali dari titik start untuk mengunjungi sekumpulan titik tepat sekali dan diakhiri dengan kembali ke titik start. Genetic Algorithm (GA) merupakan sebuah metaheuristic yang dapat diaplikasikan pada berbagai permasalahan optimasi, termasuk TSP. Untuk membuktikan kemampuan tersebut maka diperlukan sebuah TSP Instance yang akan diselesaikan oleh Genetic Algorithm. Russia-20-Nodes-TSP Instance merupakan salah satu TSP Instance yang terdapat pada Russian TSP Instances. Dengan menggunakan Genetic Algorithm, panjang rute terpendek dari Russia-20-Nodes-TSP Instance adalah 10.104 Km.
