Abstract

The development of information technology helps the community, entrepreneurs and MSMEs. This research was conducted in Kampung Patin, Kampar Regency. This research aims to create an Enterprise Architecture (EA) TOGAF design for MSMEs in Kampung Patin, we all know this digital transformation is useful in increasing the business value of the surrounding economy. there is a special implementation in utilizing this role, building financial applications, raw material stock applications because these MSMEs are able to produce 34,000 tons to 45,000 tons of catfish every month. The processing of catfish is like regional souvenirs, namely: catfish meatballs, catfish nuggets, catfish batagor, catfish fillets, and catfish skin crackers. innovation like this alone is not enough to require technology and digital transformation in running a business and promoting processed catfish. the results of the study were designed in the form of an enterprise architecture blueprint for UMKM Kampung Patin as an internal guidebookincrease the effectiveness and efficiency of digital transformation in these MSMEs

Abstract

PT This research focuses on the paper production section of PM (Paper Machine) one. The problem of this research is to analyze whether the paper production section at PM (Paper Machine) one is experiencing a shortage of workers. In this case, it means that PT X has never found the ideal number of workers. Therefore, the Work Load Analysis (WLA) method is used in this research. The results show that the production of paper products is 3,350 tons, with a manufacturing time of 99.42 minutes per roll on PM (Paper Machine) one requiring 34 workers, so an additional 15 workers are needed. Then if the company does overtime for 19 workers the company will only incur more costs. less than increasing the number of workers. In addition, it is better if the company continues to use 19 workers with overtime hours because labor costs will become too high if they increase the number of workers.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a Foreign Investment (PMA) company that specializes in the plastic cosmetic packaging printing industry and produces more than a thousand packaging variants. This research focuses on the assembly part of the DK-274 baby powder packaging. The problem found in this research is the delay in achieving the demand target which originates from worker fatigue due to work pressure and other factors during the production process. In this research, workload measurements will be carried out and determine the optimal or ideal number of workers to meet demand. By using several research methods, including work sampling and work load analysis (WLA), which functions to determine the workload and the optimal number of workers. After the method was applied, the results showed that assembly of the DK-274 baby powder packaging product required a manufacturing time of 1.40 minutes per product unit with an average workload of 109.04% (overload). From the results of this research, the labor solution used in assembly DK-274 baby powder packaging uses 7 workers and 1 automatic press machine. By calculating using work load analysis, it was found that there was no additional workforce. The production alternative requires the company to provide overtime for 7 workers. With this implementation, the company only incurs less costs compared to increasing the number of workers

Abstract

Redline is a home industry that produces sandals. UD. The current redline must prioritize the efficiency and effectiveness of production operations. A business can be said to be efficient if it is able to produce products based on consumer demand. One of the factors that influences the completion of requests is working time, the personnel involved in completing a production. For example, the aim of this research. This research focuses on the production of men's flip-flops to determine the standard time for each worker and the labor requirements required by UD. Redline for each job. Using the Workload Analysis (WLA) method. After this method was implemented, the research results showed that the process of making 1 unit of product took 12.33 minutes with 8 workers with additional overtime time and a cost of Rp. 120,129,600

Abstract

UD.Arthomoro is a company engaged in manufacturing metal or iron plate processing, located at JL Nusa Indah No. 21 Kureksari, Waru, Sidoarjo. The focus of this research is on the foot ring plate of the sofa/spring bed. This research was conducted to analyze whether the paper production section at PM One experienced a shortage of workers. In this context, a labor shortage can be interpreted as meaning that UD.ARTHOMORO has not found the ideal number of workers to achieve optimal production efficiency. To overcome this problem, the research used the Work Load Analysis (WLA) method. The research results show that paper production at PM one reached 9000 PCS, with a manufacturing time of around 22.99 minutes per 30pcs. WLA's analysis concluded that to achieve that level of production, 17 workers were needed. However, in reality, there are only 9 workers working in that section. Therefore, an additional 8 workers are needed so that production can run optimally. One of the proposed solutions is to provide overtime hours to the 9 existing workers, without increasing the number of workers. The calculation results show that the costs incurred by the company for overtime hours are lower than adding new workers. Therefore, from a financial perspective, providing overtime hours to existing workers is a more efficient option. Abstract

The feasibility analysis for establishing a CV. Wisnu Motor business on Jl. Leminggir Mojosari aims to determine the feasibility of a company. In an analysis of the feasibility of establishing a business, it can be carried out through several aspects, namely a monetary perspective, a special perspective, a market perspective and an advertising perspective using the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP) technique. ) and Profitability Index (PI). This analysis produces data that shows the NPV of the CV business establishment. Vishnu Motor for Rp. 1,974,607,419, with an IRR of 30.25%, then the PP for the business is 1 year 4 months 8 days, and the PI is 2.43. According to the existing analysis regarding feasibility here, it can be concluded that the CV. Wisnu Motor establishment business has fulfilled the feasibility of being established, because it has a positive NPV value, a higher IRR on funding costs, a relatively short PP, and a PI that shows greater than above.

Abstract

Compressor is one of the equipment on the ship in the process of smooth sailing for the purposes of starting the main engine and also functions to increase gas pressure, distribute air to other parts so that the process runs smoothly. MT Tanker Ship. Sea Serenity is a goods delivery ship. On this ship, the compressor is used to carry out maneuvers, namely the main air compressor which produces air pressure of 12 bar for 10 minutes, but it should only be 5 minutes, meaning the compressor performance is not optimal. The causes of decreased performance in the compressor are: Dirty/clogged air valve, wear of the piston ring/housing, non-functioning of the low pressure and high pressure suction valves. Recommendations for maintenance activities on the LSHC-50A air compressor are: Ensure air circulation to the compressor room is clean/free from dust or dirt, add an air filter, and maintain room temperature stability (providing air conditioning). Maintain the cleanliness of the blower, check the oil filter, replace damaged pistons, and replace new piston rings according to compressor spare parts every 6000 working hours

Abstract

Railroad level crossings are potential points that are prone to serious accident risks. As transportation infrastructure grows, the importance of safety at level crossings increases. The accident prediction equation developed by the United State Department of Transportation (U.S. DOT) is one of the most frequently used formulas due to its accuracy in predicting the number of accidents at level crossings. In this study, the calculation of hazard index and hazard index and probability of accidents for the next few years using the U.S. DOT formula approach at level crossings located in Madiun City, namely JPL 1, JPL 136 and JPL 138. Based on the results of the Hazard Index calculation, JPL 136 has the highest hazard index value of 194.859 followed by JPL 138 and JPL 1. The results of accident predictions for the next three years at both JPL 1, JPL 136 and JPL 138 are likely to occur 2 accidents at the crossing.

Abstract

The volume of BHP courier transportation in Indonesia in 2021 increased by 265% from 2017. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the quality of services provided to users of BHP courier transportation services between KALOG, Herona Express, and LNP expedition services at Purwokerto Station. The sample used in this study are 100 respondents with purposive sampling technique sampling. The attributes used as a reference are the five dimensions of service quality, which were Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. This study used a descriptive analysis method, Service Performance (SERVPERF), and MANOVA. The results of this study showed from overall service quality dimensions score. With the highest total average score (4,123) obtained by KALOG expedition services, then Herona Express (4.118), and the lowest total average score (4.056) obtained by LNP expedition services. From the results of the MANOVA comparison test, it is known that the tangible dimension is the dimension with the most significant difference in the comparison between: KALOG expedition services with Herona Express, KALOG expedition services with LNP, and Herona Express expedition services with LNP.

Abstract

PT Muliaglass Float Division, a subsidiary of PT Mulia Industrindo, operates in the glass and ceramic industry with a large production capacity every day. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the extent of psychological stress and what factors affect it. One way to measure mental workload is NASA-TLX. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index (NASA-TLX) is used to assess emotional mental load. The NASA TLX method is a mental workload measurement method that measures workload by dividing it into six aspects of work elements. NASA-TLX is divided into two phases. That is, comparing each scale and rating job performance. A total of 20 employees of the Engineering Department will be included in the study by distributing questionnaires. The results of the research calculations show an average Weight Work Load (WWL) score of 62.67 which falls into the high category. Further evaluation revealed influencing variables, including lack of rest time, lack of work office, and lack of inspiration at work that affect employee performance.
