Abstract

Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran hubungan kompetensi manajerial kepala Sekolah dengan kinerja guru. Kompetensi manajerial adalah kemampuan yang harus dimiliki oleh kepala sekolah dalam mengaplikasikan kegiatan-kegiatan administrasi sekolah meliputi kemampuan perencaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengevalusian. Sementara kinerja guru adalah kemampuan dan usaha guru untuk melaksanakan tugas pembelajaran sebaik-baiknya dalam perencanaan program pengajaran, pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran dan evaluasi hasil pembelajaran. Tugas dan tanggung jawab kepala sekolah sebagai manajer pendidikan tidak terlepas dari aktivitas manajemen yaitu: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan pengawasan. Keberhasilan kepala sekolah dalam mengelola lembaga pendidikan tidak terlepas dari kemampuan kepala sekolah sebagai manajer dalam melaksanakan fungsi dan perannya. Dengan kemampuan manajerial yang baik diharapkan kepala sekolah mampu menjadi pendorong dan penggerak disiplin bagi para guru agar mereka mampu menunjukkan produktivitas kinerjanya dengan baik. Dengan demikian ketercapaian dan terwujudnya kinerja guru yang profesional sangat bergantung kepada kecakapan/kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah.

Abstract

Seorang pendidik harus memiliki pemahaman tentang pembelajaran berbasis pedagogik. Pemahaman tentang pedagogik bertujuan agar anak di kemudian hari mampu memahami dan menjalani kehidupan dan kelak dapat menghidupi diri mereka sendiri, dapat hidup secara bermakna, dan dapat turut memuliakan kehidupan. Ketidak pahaman para pengajar dan pendidik tentang makna perubahan mendasar dalam mengajar, mendidik dan memberikan pembelajaran, membuat mereka tetap bersikukuh pada praksis-praksis pendidikan yang dibangun berdasarkan kaidah-kaidah lama, kaidah yang tidak pernah diperbarui berdasarkan tuntutan baru yang muncul dalam masyarakat. Agar peserta dididik memahami dan menguasai sejumlah pengetahuan yang penting dalam hidup, menguasai keterampilan tertentu, dan memahami nilai-nilai kehidupan, pertama diajarkan melalui pembelajaran pengetahuan, yang kedua diajarkan melalui latihan menguasai keterampilan nyata, dan yang ketiga diajarkan melalui pemahaman tentang nilai-nilai kehidupan.

Abstract

This research is aimed to prove: (1) The influence of Children video story media on the student's language development in listening for kindergarten students of group A, (2) The influence of Children video story media on the student's language development in speaking for kindergarten students of group A, (3) The influence of Children video story media on the student's language development both listening and speaking for kindergarten students of group A. It uses quantitative Quasi Eksperimental research design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. This research is conducted in both TK Al Mujahadah dan TK Sandhi Putra for the students of group A. The researcher collects data using the observation method and analyzed using statistic analysis of the Manova test SPSS vers 23 for windows. Based on the result of the research above, it can be concluded (The research findings show): (1) based on the Manova test, sig score = 0,000 which is far below 0,05. 0,000 < 0,05 means that the hypothesis about Children video story media toward listening for kindergarten students of group A can be received, (2) based on the Manova test, sig score = 0,000 that is far below 0,05. 0,000 < 0,05 means that hypothesis about Children video story media toward speaking for kindergarten students of group A can be received, (3) based on the Manova test, sig score = 0,000 that is far below 0,05. 0,000 < 0,05 means that hypothesis about Ipin and Upin video story media toward both listening and speaking for kindergarten students of group A can be received.

Abstract

This study attempts to uncover dakwah tarekat syatariyyah and the impact of proselytizing conducted by tarekat syatariyyah against the actions of the community in Nagari Alahan Nan Tigo. This research uses descriptive approach qualitative data collection method that is interviews, documentation, and observation. As for a research subject which is an adherent tarekat syatariyyah consisting of teachers and its members. As well as the data analysis technique used is a model interactive analysis, Milles and Huberman, through activities reduction, data the presentation of data, and the withdrawal of conclusion. The research has been done show that tarekat dakwah syatariyyah more individual approach and take a psychological someone like even people who had entered into tarekat then lessons given will be following the state of the person. And in the doctrine of this tarekat be more emphasis on to keep themselves pure and clean of the properties that hasDakwah; Tarekat; Syatariyyahad not good, envy, rumors, And other people hate. Other methods used by tarekat syatariyyah is by using tarekat followers example so that it is easier to understand religion. While the impact or influence of people conducted by tarekat syatariyyah was able to make the alahan nan Tigo as Nagari who run justice and getting along in the shadow of syariatnya prophet Muhammad SAW.

Abstract

Philosophy is' deep, systematic, radical and universal thinking in the context of the search for truth, essence or nature, about everything in the context of educational philosophy that is more urgent in considering efforts and reflecting reality in the world of education, so that the whole reflections can find truths and policies that are useful for efforts to promote the world of education itself. The object of contemplation about something here is related to Islamic education that is the object of thought, the curriculum that is a set of plans and regulations, concerning the objectives, content and learning materials, as well as the methods used as guidelines, in learning activities to help children achieve educational goals in shaping their personality to guide Islamic teachings based on beliefs and descent from the Koran and Hadith to achieve happiness in the World and the Hereafter. In this case, it includes both the curriculum as a plan and the curriculum as implementation, so that it can keep track of time.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of Managerial Competence and Periodization of The Headmasters of SMPN 01 dan SMPN 03 Kubu Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. It is qualitative research with a case study. The results of the research are as follows: (1) The implementation of managerial competence of the headmasters of SMPN 01 and SMPN 03 has not been implemented well yet suited to the indicator of managerial standard competence. (2) The factors inhibiting the implementation of managerial competence in SMPN 01 and SMPN 03 are as follows: (a) The location of the schools is far from the city which inhibits the school programs. (b) The lack of means and infrastructures to support the teaching and learning processes at schools. (c) The lack of motivation by the headmasters. The headmasters had been in charge for 3 periodic years without any periodization of the position, (d) The headmasters do not have a standard competence of headmaster according to the government regulation. (e) The lack of coordination and cooperation between the headmasters and their subordinates. (3) The factors affecting the periodization of headmaster position: (a) The request from the public figure in the school environment to the Head of UPTD, since the headmaster is one of the figures needed by the society. (b) There is a worry from UPTD that a new headmaster will not be able to adapt to the environment of the society. (c) There is a worry from UPTD for the social impact that arises in the society if the headmaster is replaced.

Abstract

This journal is full of rain to provide an overview of the implementation of school principals' supervision to Islamic Education teachers. The principal has functions and duties as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and entrepreneur, abbreviated as Emaslime. Supervision is a coaching activity that is planned to help teachers and other school staff carry out their work effectively. Class supervision is necessary for schools because it is directly with the treatment, attitude, teaching ability, mastery of the material, classroom management, learning methods, assessment, and others. The purpose of Supervision is, To carry out the tasks following the provisions, procedures, and orders that have been set. So that the results achieved following the objectives set. So that the existing facilities can be utilized effectively and efficiently. To know the weaknesses and difficulties of the organization then look for ways to improve.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of weighing of the basic needs of traders following the perspective of the Islam Economy in Bagan Hulu Market Rokan Hilir District. The data analysis method used in this research is qualitative analysis with the normative and sociological approach. Research data obtained from the primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation, interviews. The results of this study indicate that there are still many traders in the market Bagan Hulu grocery that has not understood and even applies it following Islamic teachings. This is also related to the lack of government or religious institutions' concerns that offend or elevate Islamic business ethics into a system that will have a positive impact on the business they are running.

Abstract

The education traditional focuses on the imposition method namely teaching by pouring out things that are considered important by the teacher for students. This method does not consider learning given according to ability. Since discoveries about human personality and behavior, the development of the education sector has begun to change. Human behavior is driven by certain motives, the act of learning is successful if it is based on motivation. To move actions requires motivation. With motivation, someone has passion, desire, planning, targets that will be realized, motivation as a drive-in human. The millennial era, with all facilities including educational innovations using various media and forms of a strategy used, but the educational process has not been realized according to educational goals. Due to a lack of motivation possessed by students. As a result, it is less keratin, less innovative, not solutive. This is the phenomenon of education today. So that research on motivation-based education needs to be done, is an offer of discussion that is urgent for the world of education today. The motivating learning motivation includes: First, the teacher as an Inspirator can inspire students. Second, Giving clear objectives, through the material presented. Third, the teacher must be able to guide and provide solutions to each obstacle.

Abstract

The process of making the Draft Law on Islamic banking and the Draft Management Act on zakat becoming a law that is legal and legal goes through a long process. In the process, there was a tug of war between those who supported the formation of the law and those who disagreed with the issue of Islamic banking and the management of zakat formally regulated in the form of laws. It must be recognized that the formation of laws is influenced by the level of community development, the level of the economy, culture, science and technology, and religious beliefs in a society. Of the 10 factions in the legislature, 9 factions stated their approval of the Draft Law on Sharia banking and the Draft Management Act on zakat being ratified into law, and there was one faction that rejected it namely the F-PDS. Although there was a rejection from 1 faction, the legislative and the President finally passed the Sharia banking Act by enacting Law Number 21 the Year 2008 on Sharia Banking on June 17, 2008, and its promulgation by the President on July 16, 2008. Next, Islamic leaders and observers zakat urge the government to immediately amend Law No. 38 of 1999. At the insistence of that later and the legislature and the government ratified Law Number 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat in place of Law Number 38 of 1999.
