Abstract

Basically, the performance of village officials is greatly influenced by the individual's internal conditions which arise from their background, skills, abilities and motivation, as well as the individual's external conditions which are often called situational factors. Situational factors include management, work environment, task complexity, social or co-worker relationships, and internal culture within the organization. As information technology develops, every village is required to carry out financial reports on the village financial system application provided by BPKP. This study aims to test and analyze the influence of village financial system applications on government performance with organizational culture as a mediator. The results of this study found that the village financial system had a positive and significant effect on village government performance and organizational culture, and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on village government performance. However, organizational culture cannot mediate the influence of the village financial system on village government performance. Abstract

The agricultural sector is a crucial sector in the Indonesian economy, this can be seen from its contribution to Gross Regional Domestic Product in 2022 of 12.40%. One of the problems faced by farmers is in terms of capital. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the number of MFIs and the financing provided by MFIs in Indonesia. This research uses quantitative methods with panel data regression analysis techniques for 2019-2022 in 21 provinces in Indonesia. The results of this research show that the number of microfinance institutions has no effect on the growth of the agricultural sector, this occurs because the existence of microfinance institutions is not evenly distributed in Indonesia. Then the financing provided by microfinance institutions has a negative effect on the growth of the agricultural sector, this is thought to be due to farmers' moral hazard and weak regulations that form the legal basis for MFIs.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has given rise to various types of online transactions, one of which is marketplace trading. At present, Indonesia is the country with the largest Muslim population in the world, reaching 86.9% of the total population, and they are also active in online shopping. Although awareness and public interest in halal products is increasing, an understanding of the urgency of transactions in accordance with sharia principles is still needed. The purpose of this research is to identify market opportunities as well as existing challenges in order to formulate strategies for developing sharia marketing management in halal marketplaces to be more optimal and in accordance with sharia principles. The research method used in this study is a literature study method. The results show that halal marketplaces in Indonesia have the potential for a large market and are an innovation from previously existing marketplaces. However, in addition to this potential, there are a number of challenges in developing a halal marketplace, including the lack of public understanding of the sharia economy, lack of involvement in the sharia financial system, and the still limited use of the halal marketplace platform by MSMEs focusing on halal products. It is hoped that this potential and challenges can serve as a guide in formulating and developing policies in this field.

Abstract

"This research was conducted to partially and simultaneously observe whether leader member exchange, work discipline, and work motivation influence the loyalty of employees at LPP RRI Madiun. This is because in today's digital era, the role of radio has started to lag behind other mass media. In order to remain competitive, employee loyalty in the company must be improved to achieve this goal. The population in this study is all employees of LPP RRI Madiun, totaling 64 employees. The technique uses a nonprobability sampling method with a saturated sampling technique (census). The data source applies primary data through the use of a questionnaire instrument. The testing of data quality analysis applies validity and reliability tests. The testing of constant and unbiased regression results applies the classic assumption test. Hypothesis testing applies the partial regression coefficient test (t-test) and simultaneously (f-test). It can be concluded that the partial test (t) consisting of independent variables Leader Member Exchange (X1) = 3.019, Work Discipline (X2) = 4.412, Work Motivation (X3) = 3.243, simultaneously (f), the three independent variables simultaneously influence Employee Loyalty (Y) by 103.725. This research proves that leader member exchange, work discipline, and work motivation are significant factors influencing employee loyalty. Of the three independent variables, work discipline has the greatest influence on employee loyalty, followed by work motivation and leader member exchange. Therefore, the researcher recommends that leaders and employees improve the quality of work relationships, discipline, and work motivation to create high employee loyalty.
