Abstract

Financial records for an organization is a sensitive and important activity. Making financial records has its own standards so it cannot be done arbitrarily. CV. Fortuna Aiko Karanganyar records daily financial transactions using books and Microsoft Excel. The recording process is carried out twice, namely in the book and in the Excel application for the purpose of making reports. This financial recording model is still ineffective and does not meet organizational needs regarding the preparation of financial reports in real time. The research aims to create an application for recording financial transactions that can be accessed easily by owners and admins. The system development method used is waterfall. The system analysis method uses the PIECES framework. System modeling uses UML. Testing the system using black box testing. The result of the research is the financial recording application that is used to help CV. Fortuna Aiko to manage daily financial transactions. Application features consist of managing account data, managing business data, making journals, ledgers, income statements and balance sheets which can be accessed via Android-based smart phone devices. The results of functionality testing show that the application can function according to its functionality to manage financial transactions.

Abstract

The awarding of study assignment scholarships for civil servants is carried out to improve professional competence and professional skills, taking into account several aspects, namely (1) Service Period, (2) Age, (3) Achievement, (4) Performance, (5) Discipline Knowledge, and (6) Good Behavior, which was initially used in the scholarship selection process for study assignments without calculation.Utilization of a decision support system was chosen as a solution to overcome problems in selecting scholarships for study assignments for civil servants within the scope of local government at the district level so as to minimize the occurrence of errors in giving these learning assignments to civil servants using the Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method. By making multi-factor decisions, subjective and intuitive decision making can be avoided.The results of the study obtained an alternative with the highest total evaluation factor weight at 14.95 and it was concluded that the calculation of the selection of scholarships for study assignments using a decision support system obtained results that could be accounted for in supporting the decision making carried out by the regional head at the district level concerned.

Abstract

Research on the development of attendance information systems with QRCode technology is motivated by the urgent need of Nurul Huda University because all this time student’s presence is still proceeded manually, there are many deficiencies encountered such as the inefficient time needed when attendance is carried out, data that is very prone to lose or damaged because they still use paper and complicated data recap. The investigation using research methods and development. The method was carried out in two stages, namely literature study and observation. The Development method is carried out using the waterfall model in several stages, including needs analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance. This attendance system involves two actors, i.e the Study Program Quality Assurance Group of study program (GJMPS) and course lecturers. The attendance process is carried out by the lecturer displaying the QRCode, which students then scan using their cellphones after accessing the website and entering their username and password. This information system can still be developed by further researchers by developing it in the form of mobile apps to make it more efficient and flexible.

Abstract

The background of this research was several problems that were often encountered during the graduation period, such as inefficiencies in graduation registration due to having to go back and forth to campus, manually entering registration data, and long and crowded graduation lines. The goal is to overcome these obstacles with the help of today's website-based technology which is then called SIMUDA. Simuda was built using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language with the Laravel framework. The graduation information system research method uses the waterfall method, with the stages of needs analysis, modeling, and development (coding). The actors involved in using the system are students as graduation registrars of course and faculty administrative staff. In conclusion, this system has been able to overcome the problems underlying the development of this system. students are greatly helped because they can register for graduation without having to bother going back and forth to campus, it becomes easier for staff to see data recap of prospective graduates without having to check manually.

Abstract

Information Technology Governance Audit is an evaluation process carried out to evaluate the level of maturity or readiness of an organization in managing information technology. Information Technology governance audit basically focuses more on IT management and its implementation to then produce evaluations and recommendations for company improvement. COBIT 2019 can be used as a framework for conducting IT governance audits. COBIT 2019 is the latest version of COBIT with various advantages, namely, flexibility and openness, novelty and relevance, has a level of adaptation to developments with the latest technology today, provides more in-depth guidance on corporate IT governance according to the needs of each company. Of the 15 articles that have been collected, there are 2 articles that really discuss the entire information technology governance audit process, and 2 articles that discuss in detail the planning of information technology governance audits. While the other 11 articles only arrive at the calculation of the level of capability, the calculation of the maturity level of information technology governance. From these findings, it is hoped that there will be better research in the future.

Abstract

The development of information technology is now growing and important, so that in the world of education it will always be used. One of the information technologies used in the world of education is e-learning. This study aims to use e-learning-based mathematics learning media to increase student motivation and learning outcomes. Pre experimental design with one-group pretest posttest design is a type of this research. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The research instruments included validation sheets for learning mathematics media (media experts and material experts), student questionnaires and student learning outcomes. The results of the validation of the mathematics learning media obtained by the material expert on average were 3.75 (interesting), and the media expert obtained an average of 4.6 (very interesting). From these results states that the mathematics learning media is feasible to use. The results of the student’s motivation response using e-learning-based mathematics learning media were very strong, namely 75% agree, 20% strongly agree, disagree and strongly disagree 5% and 0%, respectively. The average student learning outcomes after using e-learning-based mathematics learning media increased, namely the average pre-test results were 43.90 and the average post-test results were 78.30.

Abstract

Notary-PPAT Office Wahid Nugroho Asri, SH,. M.Kn. is the Land Deed Making Official who makes authentic deeds relating to land. In carrying out this work, manual recording is still carried out, that is, it still uses a recording system in an administrative book which consists of a file monitoring management process, and does not provide information about reporting files that have been completed. This results in less time efficiency in searching for file data that is being executed.Based File Management Information System Website at the Notary-PPAT Office. based file management information system website was designed using data collection methods which used several methods, namely observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. Using the waterfall system development method. Using PHP and HTML programming languages. This system uses the help of the Visual Studio Code Editor to visually create and edit PHP, HTML, and CSS documents and manage the pages of a site. PhpMyadmin, MySQL for database storage from XAMPP package, this system uses the CodeIgniter Framework.The result of making a website-based file management system at the Notary-PPAT Wahid Nugroho Asri, SH, Office. M.Kn. can produce a system that is able to simplify the management of files that are being run, and simplify existing business processes.

Abstract

CV Expressa faces challenges with an attendance system that fails to provide adequate real-time monitoring of employee attendance and encounters difficulties in verifying the authenticity of attendance data. This has resulted in inefficiencies and unreliability in employee attendance management.This research employs data collection methods through observation, interviews, and literature review. The system development methodology applied is the Waterfall method, involving stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation using the Flutter framework, testing, and maintenance. The database utilized is PostgreSQL.The CV Expressa employee attendance application features various functionalities in streamlining the attendance process and managing employee data. These include location tracking and capturing photos during attendance, providing strong authentication evidence. Moreover, the application offers convenience in maintaining a daily journal to record employee activities. The generated outputs encompass attendance reports, offering information on employee attendance, as well as salary reports for each employee.

Abstract

YouTube has become a part of human life in the digital era, and its dependence has increased due to the prolonged pandemic. All human activities in the digital world are inseparable from the role of this platform, including teaching and learning activities. The development of education during the pandemic has resulted in various innovations in distance learning that support the process of teaching and learning. This research aims to investigate how students engage in learning activities through instructional videos prepared by teachers on the YouTube platform. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach, with a sample of 6 mathematics education students from Ivet University taking the Trigonometry course. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The data revealed various learning activities of students through YouTube videos, including watching and listening, taking notes, interacting with videos, seeking additional exercises, engaging in discussions and collaborations, and searching for additional videos. Through these activities, students can utilize instructional videos prepared by teachers on YouTube to enhance their understanding and mathematical skills. It is important for teachers to include links or references to related instructional videos in the description or comments section, so that students can easily access these resources.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Geografis merupakan suatu sistem informasi berbasis komputer yang digunakan untuk mengolah suatu data dan menyimpannya yang berbasis geografis. E-TPU berbasis web ini merupakan sebuah wadah untuk mencari informasi tentang TPU yang ada di Kota Surakarta yang pada penelitian ini bertempat di Pemerintah daerah Kecamatan Banjarsari. Adapun yyang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa peta wilayah Kota Surakarta dan menggunakan LeafletJS dan dipadukan dengan Mapbox API sebagai alternatif pengganti Google Maps API dan Embedded Maps dari Google Maps, penyebaran kuisioner untuk pengujian, pengumpulan titik koordinat TPU. Untuk tahap pembangunan pada sistem ini menggunakan metode prototyping yang meliputi: pengumpulan kebutuhan, membangun prototype, evaluasi prototyping, koding sistem, pengujian sistem, evaluasi sistem, penggunaan sistem. Perancangan sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) Untuk piranti yang digunakan untuk membangun sistem prototype ini adalah Sublime Text dan menggunakan XAMPP sebagai localhost.Fitur yang tersedia dapat melakukan CRUD dan melacak tata letak TPU yang ada di Kota Surakarta, dan penerbitan surat keterangan kematian, dengan adanya sistem prototype ini, diharapkan mampu memberikan informasi terkait TPU yang berada di Kota Surakarta khususnya pada Pemerintah Daerah Kecamatan Banjarsari.
