Abstract

This research is motivated by: first. the phenomenon that occurs with increasing economic growth is not balanced with the level of income of the population. Second, the emergence of various school educational institutions and boarding schools, so that entrepreneurs as one of the transformation of education, namely with skills and entrepreneurial training that will create a generation into an entrepreneur. .This type of research is qualitative descriptive field research. The technique in determining the research subjects that I use is the sampling technique aimed at (purposive sampling). The techniques for collecting data are through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques with reduction, display, and verification. Whereas to test the credibility of the data the author uses triangulation techniques.The results of the study show that career guidance in fostering entrepreneurial behavior of santri at the Ad-Dhuha Bantul Yogyakarta entrepreneurial boarding school is as follows: First. Implementation of career guidance is implemented through a plan, implementation (basic services, responsive services, individual planning, system support) and evaluation. Second. The impact of career guidance in shaping student behavior has had a positive impact in terms of cognitive, affective and psychomotor. Students have values of responsibility, honesty, discipline, independence, hard work, confidence, initiative, and energy. Third. As for the supporting factors and inhibitors of career guidance in fostering entrepreneurial behavior of the santri including Supporting factors consisting of pesantren founders are successful entrepreneurs of Bantul, boarding schools have their own internships, the geographical location of pesantren is quite safe and comfortable. The inhibiting factor consists of Islamic boarding schools that do not yet have the concept of structured entrepreneurship education, inadequate teaching staff, the absence of ICT laboratories, the minimal time available, and the age of students who are not uniform.

Abstract

Pengembangan media pembelajaran Al-Qur’an hadist kelas X MA melalui multimedia interaktif macromedia flash didasarkan pada realitas di lapangan bahwa siswa malas belajar Al-Qur’an hadist yang mengakibatkan hasil belajar siswa menurun. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya cara mengajar guru yang masih bersifat konvensional, media pembelajaran yang digunakan guru kurang menarik serta sumber belajar yang digunakan guru terbatas. Tujuan pengembangan multimedia interaktif ini adalah menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran Al-Qur’an hadist kelas X MA untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan rancangan penelitian yang diadaptasi dari model Dick and Carey. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa produk multimedia interaktif Al-Qur’an hadist kelas X MA memenuhi kriteria kelayakan dengan hasil uji ahli media mencapai tingkatkan kelayakan 88%, ahli materi mencapai tingkat kelayakan sebesar 98,75% dan guru mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an hadist mencapai kelayakan sebesar 91,25%. Hasil uji coba lapangan dengan menggunakan kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen di dapatkan  hasil terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil rata- rata post test kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol dengan sig. Sebesar 0,971 lebih besar dari 0,05.

Abstract

This Paper used library research approach  that aimed to answer the phenomena that happened this era that paid attentions to the peoples that break the brotherhood. In the politic issue at Jakarta, created dualism between one community to others, diversity become headline issue and instrument/tool of power. While Jakarta as the capital of Indonesia being   prototype and indicator of the human adolescent index of state. Multiculturalism interpretation being in hesitate when talked about politic and poverty. Demonstrations and peace refused non muslim being headline and viral. This paper concluded that to make a peace (shulhu), brotherhood (ukhuwah) should constructed as well as the prophetic message that ukhrawi minded. Because the brotherhood now a day already had been broke by the materialism and pragmatism . In Islam the concept of Brotherhood education is how to strength and organizing a hearth (tandzim al-qolb) and love the people by the name of Allah, through three parts of brotherhood (ukhuwah); Ukhuwah Islamiyah, Ukhuwah Wathaniyah, dan Ukhuwah Basyariyah.

Abstract

Multicultural education is education that promotes diversity, difference, and tolerance. The values of multicultural education that are implanted are expected to be a solution to resolve or avoid cases that often occur in Indonesia because of the background of cultural differences in society. The planting of multicultural education values must be applied to the general public, especially to students as early as possible. The values of multicultural education can be done in various ways, one of them is using animated film media, namely the Upin Ipin animated film. children in general will better understand what they often see. Upin Ipin's animated film tomorrow's episodes, gong xi fa cai, and deepavali illustrate how peaceful and peaceful multicultural life. Where in the film illustrates how the reality of multicultural life that lives peacefully even with different cultural backgrounds. Abstract

Gaya kepemimpinan otoriter adalah gaya seorang pemimpin yang memusatkan segala keputusan dan kebijakan diambil dari dirinya tanpa harus bertanya atau melihat bagaimana para anggota bawahannya. Segala semua keputusan atau melakukan kegiatan pada gaya otoriter ini seepenuhnya dikontrol oleh pemimpin. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode library research atau biasa disebut dengan studi kepustakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengertian dari kepemimpinan dan gaya kepemimpinan otoriter, untuk mengetahui kebutuhan-kebutuhan pada anak usia remaja, pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan otoriter terhadap anak usia remaja, untuk mengetahui sisi positif dan negatif dari kepemimpinan otoriter bagi anak usia remaja, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh jangka pendek dan jangka panjang dari penerapan pola asuh otoriter bagi anak usia remaja. Orang tua dan guru yang mendidik anaknya dengan gaya otoriter ini cenderung lebih mendikte anak dan kurang memiliki hubungan yang erat terhadap anak atau peserta didik tersebut. Sangat jarang dampak positif yang dihasilkan dari gaya kepemimpinan otoriter ini, kecuali orang tua dalam memerintah dan menghukum anak tersebut dapat memberikan alasan mengapa anak tersebut mendapatkan hukuman seperti itu.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of character education in Indonesia an Islamic perspective. Some things are a matter of concern is the declining values of character, it is marked by moral degradation of youth, ranging from fighting between students, drugs, violence, murder and others. Various attempts were made to address the moral decadence of the young generation, among whom was the launching of character education in environmental education, both formal and non-formal. This study is a literature study or (library research) by making the life history K.H Abdul Wahid Hashim and some works tulisanya as research objects. This study uses data collection techniques documentation. After doing research on the life history K.H Abdul Wahid Hasyim and some of his papers, produced two findings. First, there are twelve values of character education that seeks implanted K.H Abdul Wahid Hasyim. Twelve of these values are; religious values, the values of tolerance, the value of discipline, values of hard work, the value of an independent, democratic values, creative values, the value of the national spirit, the value of patriotism, the value of friends / communicative, fond of reading and the value of curiosity value. While both findings in this study, explained that the values of character education K.H Abdul Wahid Hasyim in line with the goal of character education. He sought to build a national life of a multicultural, build a civilization of intelligent, cultured noble, and capable of contributing to the development of human life, developing the potential of the base in order to be good, good thoughts, and behave well and exemplary good, to build a sense of citizenship that loves peace, creative, independent, and able to coexist with other nations in a harmony.Keyword: Character Education, KH. Abstract

Sufis are part of the nomenclature of Islam in Indonesia. its existence which is already old even almost simultaneously with the entry of Islam into Indonesia certainly has involvement and contribution in building the nation. In addition, the pattern of tarekat in Indonesia which does not negate the worldly orientation is able to encourage change. Therefore, this article wants to reveal the material and methods of education to contribute ideas to enrich the treasures of Islamic education.

Abstract

Pesenggiri Pi'il is a philosophy of life that is used as a reference for the people of Lampung from generation to generation because of the values contained therein that can have an impact on community life relationships. However, in the current era er pi'il pesenggiri philosophy has begun to erode even forgotten, so that many people do not know and understand the true meaning of pesenggiri pi'il. The results of the study can be known Islamic values in the Pesenggiri Pi'il Philosophy through its elements namely adek nickname elements there are leadership values. The element of nyimah is the value of friendship, the value of courtesy, and the value of mutual respect. The blurring element is social values and intellectual values. And the sakai samabaian element has mutual values, and ta'wun values. The implementation of the Pesenggiri Pi'il Life Philosophy in Maringgai Village is still preserved.Keywords: Values, Islam, Pi'il Penengiri

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the application of the Teams-Games-Tournament (TGT) type of cooperative learning model could increase the activeness of the learning process in Al-Quraniyah Bengkulu MTs on the subject of khulafaurasyidin. To find out whether the application of the Teams-Games-Tournament (TGT) type of cooperative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of Grade VII students of Al-Quraniyah Bengkulu. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in three cycles, each consisting of the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The process of collecting data uses observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. Data is processed using quantitative data analysis. The results showed that the TGT type of cooperative learning model could increase student activity in SKI subjects in Al-Quraniyah Bengkulu MTs. This can be seen from the results of observations on the level of student activity in learning, showing that the average obtained from 9 aspects of student learning activeness in cycle I was 59.3% and increased to 67.55% in cycle II and increased again in the cycle III to 80.3%. Student SKI learning outcomes can be improved through the TGT type of cooperative learning model. Student learning test results show that students who reach KKM have increased from 50% in the first cycle, then increased to 62.5% in the second cycle and to 100% in the third cycle.
