Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas dan profitabilitas terhadap penggunaan modal kerja PDAM Kota Makassar. Populasi penelitian berdasarkan laporan keuangan triwulan PDAM Kota Makassar tahun 2013-2020 dengan teknik purpose sampling untuk laporan keuangan periode 8 tahun sehingga memperoleh 32 sampel penelitian. Dalam menguji data statistik penelitian menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS Ver.23 dalam menganalisis regresi linier berganda, menguji hipotesis, uji asumsii klasik termasuk uji normalitas, autokorelasi, multikoloniaritas dan heteroskedastisitas. Dalam menguji hipotesis, menggunakan uji t, uji f dan uji determinan R2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel likuiditas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap penggunaan modal kerja, dan variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap penggunaan modal kerja. Besarnya Adjusted R2 adalah 0.285 atau 28.5% menjelaskan besarnya variasi dari kedua variabel independen dan 71.5 % dijelaskan oleh variable lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of audit opinion and management turnover on auditor turnover because the results of previous studies have different empirical results. The source of data used in this study is secondary data, namely the annual report of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector which is accessed through www.idx.co.id. The number of population sampled in this study were 13 companies with 3 years of observation. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method. The regression used in this study uses logistic regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of audit opinion and management change had no effect on auditor auditor change.

This study aims to determine the effect of work experience and work environment on job satisfaction. This research was conducted on employees of the Office of Industry and Trade of South Sulawesi Province. Data collection in this research uses primary data obtained from a questionnaire (questionnaire). The selection of the sample in this study used a saturated sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that; Work Experience has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Work Environment has a positive and significant impact on Job Satisfaction. And Work Experience and Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on Job Satisfaction at the Office of Industry and Trade of South Sulawesi Province.

The studyy aims to test: Thee influencee of leadership and task demands oon organizational commitment. This research approach is quantitative. The populasi in the study were all employees who were at PT. MAKASSAR TIMUR. The sample of this study were 44 employees in the PT. MAKASSAR TIMUR,using multiple linear regression analysis. From the analysis model, the value of the dependent variable was obtained from the results of the questionnaire and used a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that: The results of hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis indicate that the model under study has met the model's feasibility test. Where the variable (X1) good leadership shows positive and significant results on Organizational Commitment, then the variable (X2) Task Demands shows negative and insignificant results on Organizational Commitment. Then, based on partial testing, it shows that the two independent variables, namely leadership and task demands, have an effect on organizational commitment.”

The aim of this study is to determine if there is an impact of reward and punishment on the performance of employees at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise Type Madya Pabean B Makassar's supervision and service office. The data used in this study are primary data collected directly via the distribution of questionnaires. This study involved 44 employees of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise Type Madya Pabean B Makassar's Supervision and Service Office. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression techniques with the SPSS 24 package. The results indicated that the first suggested hypothesis was accepted because the hypothesis test revealed a positive but negligible result. The second hypothesis was accepted because it yielded positive and statistically valid hypothesis test results.

This study aims to determine wheter Individual characteristics and work experience affect the work ethic of employees at the marine and fisheries department of shouth Sulawesi province. Data collection uses primary data using a questionnaire technique. The population is the entire marine and fishery department of south Sulawesi province totaling 207. While the sample taken is 67 employees using the slovin formula. The result of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability. And classical assumptions have been tested in the form of normality assumptions. Heteroscedasticity assumptions and multycollinearity. The method of data analysis used multiple regression analysis techniques.The result of the research shows that individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on the employees work ethic. Work experience has a positive and significant effect on the work ethic of employees. And simultaneously individual characteristics and work experience have a positive and significant effect on the work ethic of employees

Abstract : berkonsentrasi pada harapan untuk menganalisis apakah investigasi bahaya kredit dan bahaya fungsional pada pengembangan manfaat di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Bermacam-macam informasi menggunakan informasi tambahan yang diperoleh. Jenis informasi kuantitatif. Populasi adalah semua ringkasan Fiskal di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Sedangkan contoh yang diambil dalam tinjauan adalah 36 informasi dari tahun 2012 hingga 2020. Teknik pengumpulan informasi adalah pemeriksaan data yang jelas, uji kecurigaan tradisional, berbagai pemeriksaan relapse langsung dan uji spekulasi menggunakan SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Credit Hazard memiliki dampak negatif dan tidak penting. berdampak pada Benefit Development, sedangkan Functional Danger memiliki konsekuensi merugikan yang tidak signifikan terhadap Benefit Development di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sedangkan Credit Hazard dan Functional Danger tidak berdampak besar terhadap Benefit Development di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan pada PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk pada tahun 2016-2020 dengan menggunakan metode RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, dan Capital). Penelitian ini penting karena kesehatan bank merupakan indikator kinerja bank. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif pada laporan keuangan PT. Bank Central Asia. Teknik pengumpulan data yag digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif berdasarkan metode RGEC sesuai dengan peraturan bank Indonesia. Secara keseluruhan, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesehatan PT. Bank Central Asi, Tbk pada tahun 2016-2020 berdasarkan metode RGEC sangat sehat. Faktor risk profile yang diukur dengan rasio NPL dan LDR yang menunjukkan pengelolaan risiko yang telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Faktor good corporate governance menunjukkan bahwa PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk sudah menerapkan tata kelola perusahaan dengan baik. Faktor earning yang diukur dengan ROA dan NIM menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik. Faktor capital yang diukur dengan rasio CAR yang menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik. Kata kunci: Kesehatan Bank, Risk Profile, Good Corporate Govenance, Earning, Capital

ABSTRACT: This study examines and analyses corporate governance's effect on social responsibility. This research was conducted at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) and to test and analyze the impact of profitability on social responsibility. Data collection uses secondary data using a saturated sample technique (census). The population in this study is the financial statements of 10 working areas at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero), while the sample taken is the number of observations for three years (2018 to 2020). The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, t-test and the Coefficient of Determination (R²) test, the processing of which was carried out using the SPSS version 23 program. The results showed that the first and second hypotheses proposed were accepted because they showed positive and significant hypothesis test results. This means that corporate governance has a positive and significant effect on corporate social responsibility, and profitability has a positive and significant impact on corporate social responsibility.
