The sampling technique in this research was total sampling. The number of samples in this study was 29 people. Statistical tests use the Wilcoxon test. Results: The nutritional status of stunted toddlers before being given local was mostly in the Stunting category, as many as 20 people (69.0%). After being given, most of the Stunting category was 22 people (75.9%), with a mean value before of 1.69, while after being given the mean was 1.76. This disease has a major impact on health, especially in sub-tropical and tropical countries. The main reservoir of this disease is rats. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and community attitudes in preventing Leptospirosis in Sumberrejo village, RT 03 RW 02, Pakal, Surabaya. Method: using quantitative method with cross sectional study design. The population in this study was the community of Sumberrejo RT03, RW02, Pakal, Surabaya, which amounted to 85 people. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria totaling 70 people. The measuring instrument used was a knowledge and attitude questionnaire. Results: 37 (52.9%) knowledge, 51 (72.9%) attitude, p-value < α which is 0.001. Conclusion: Based on the variables, most people have knowledge of Leptospirosis in the low category as many as 37 (52.9%), for the attitude of the community most of the attitude is bad as many as 51 (72.9%), the correlation coefficient value is 0.420 which shows a positive correlation direction. This shows that there is a relationship between knowledge and community attitudes in preventing Leptospirosis. Suggestion: Socialization of both material exposure and the application of clean and healthy living behavior is needed, so that people can increase awareness of the dangers if exposed to Leptospirosis.

Trichoepithelioma has a psychosocial impact for sufferers, because trichoepithelioma lesions are often found on the face so that many sufferers feel embarrassed. This study is a retrospective descriptive study with a cross-sectional design that aims to determine the profile of trichoepithelioma based on age, gender, clinical picture, predilection site, duration before therapy, histopathological examination, treatment modality, and recurrence after therapy. From the 15 samples studied, it was found that the age group 11-19 years was the age group with the most trichoepithelioma patients (66.7%) with the highest gender being female (66.7%). All patients had clinical features of multiple trichoepithelioma (100%) with the greatest predilection for the nose (34.1%). Most of the patients had the same family history as the patient (66.7%). The duration of most patients 6 years (53.3%). Most of the patients did not perform histopathological examination (53.3%). The modality of therapy given to all patients was electrocautery with curettage (100%). Most of the patients did not follow up again regarding their recurrence (60%). Meanwhile, the most patients who did follow-up related to recurrence were <1 year (33.3%).

Abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB) is a broad term for changes in the regularity, duration or volume of menstrual bleeding. Physical and psychological problems that PUA patients may experience and emergency complications such as hypovolemic shock. Nursing actions that can be taken for PUA patients include comprehensive assessment management. The purpose of this study was to describe the nursing assessment of PUA patients using Levine's conservation theory approach combined with Weidenbach's theory. This study uses a case study method with a focus on the application of Wiedenbach and Levine's theory in providing assessment of PUA patients with anxiety and monitoring physical and psychological aspects. The case studied involved a 15-year-old adolescent with PUA presenting with hypovolemic shock. Abstract

Cervical cancer is a significant global health problem, with the number of cases and deaths rising every year. Patients with cervical cancer often experience symptoms such as bleeding, vaginal discharge, and pain, which significantly affect their quality of life. The aim of this study to conduct a comprehensive assessment, including physical, psychological, and social aspects, in managing patients with cervical cancer cannot be ignored. In patient management, in-depth evaluation of physiological factors such as bleeding, hydronephrosis, and electrolyte imbalance, as well as psychological and social factors, is essential to reduce the risk of morbidity and mortality. Nursing theories, such as Theory of Unpleasant Symptoms (TOUS) and Roy's Adaptation Model, can be used to conduct a comprehensive assessment and provide optimal care to cervical cancer patients. Social support also plays an important role in helping patients and their families adapt to the changes faced due to this disease. With a holistic and collaborative approach, it is hoped that morbidity and mortality rates for cervical cancer patients can be reduced both globally and in Indonesia.
