Stunting has a negative impact on children's quality of life, such as impaired brain and cognitive development, failure to thrive, and low immune system. One of the efforts to primary prevent stunting is to provide education to increase the knowledge and skills of posyandu cadres in carrying out anthropometric measurements. Objective This research identifies the educational benefits of video simulations on cadres' knowledge and skills in anthropometric measurements of toddler posyandu cadres. Method the method used in this research is a pre-experimental study, with a one-group pre-post test design approach. The sample was recruited using purposive sampling technique. Result the results of research based on the Wilcoxon analysis test explain that video simulation education is effective in increasing the knowledge and skills of toddler posyandu cadres in anthropometric measurements with a p value of 0.000 (ɑ <0.05). Data was taken using a knowledge questionnaire and skills observation sheet for 25 respondents through a pre-post test. Data distribution based on univariate analysis illustrates that there was an increase in the knowledge and skills of respondents who received the educational intervention of video simulations of anthropometric measurements for toddlers. Conclusion Simulation video education is useful in increasing the knowledge and skills of posyandu cadres in anthropometric measurements. The results of this research can be recommended for application in improving basic knowledge and skills in anthropometric measurements of posyandu cadres and health workers in primary health care facilities and pediatric nursing practice in hospitals.

Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder characterized by increased blood sugar levels (hyperglycemia) caused by lack of insulin, inability of insulin to work or both. Lack of education or information from health workers can have an impact on patient compliance with treatment, which will result in repeated treatment. This innovation program aims to reduce the risk of readmission in Diabetes Mellitus patients by providing integrated education using the DiaTOHC method, patients who are screened using the DERRI application if the score is > 27%, patients are at risk of readmission, then they will be given education using the DiaTOHC method, which is integrated education. When patients are treated, they will be given education on the 5 pillars, after the patient goes home during the control, they will be reviewed whether there are any obstacles or obstacles in the treatment, then in weeks 2, 3 and 4 the patient will be contacted by telephone for re-education and evaluation of treatment. The results of the trial of this program from 17 samples were successful, all of which were readmissions, it was concluded that there was effectiveness in providing education using the DiaTOHC method in Diabetes Mellitus patients to reduce the risk of readmission. Data is collected by interview, observation and filling out questionnaires, after the data is collected, data analysis is carried out by inputting all data found in excel software and then assessing the percentage of patients who are readmitted.

Hypertension is one of the non-communicable diseases caused by multifactorial and is one of the causes of mortality in the world. Based on information from the Surakarta City Health Office in 2023, it was stated high blood pressure cases in Surakarta City touched 67.355 cases. The goal of this study is to ascertain how attempts to prevent hypertension issues in the elderly at the Gambirsari Health Center relate to the degree of knowledge on hypertension. This kind of study is quantitative with a correlative descriptive method through a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was all elderly with high blood pressure who visited the Gambirsari Health Center, while the study sample was collected using a simple random sampling technique totaling 87 people. Data collection will be carried out in August 2024. The data was analyzed using the chi square test. The finding of the chi square statistical test obtained a value of p = 0.000 (p value < 0.05) so that H0 was rejected. The study's conclusion is that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge about hypertension and efforts to prevent hypertension complications in the elderly at the Gambirsari Health Center. Therefore, The findings of this study can serve as a reference for future scholars with different methods and as a reference for health facilities in developing relevant programs for hypertension patients.

Self efficacy can strengthen adherence to treatment, which in turn increases the level of recovery and self-confidence, thus improving the quality of life of individuals. The objective of this research was to explore how self-efficacy correlates with the quality of life among individuals suffering from chronic kidney failure who are receiving haemodialysis treatment at Pandan Arang Hospital. Employing a cross-sectional methodology, the study utilised an Accidental Random Sampling method. A total of 121 participants were involved in the sample, with Self-efficacy is assessed through the utilisation of the General Self-Efficacy Scale questionnaire and quality of life assessed through the Kidney Disease Quality of Life. GSES validity and reliability results Cronbach Alpha 0.917 with 10 valid questions and KDQOL 36 validity and reliability results Cronbach Alpha 0.925 with 36 valid questions. The analytical method employed in this research involved the Spearman test to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and quality of life. The results showed respondents with self-efficacy are those with high self-efficacy, namely 90 respondents (74.4%). And the most quality of life is with moderate quality of life, namely 77 respondents (63.6%). The results of the tests revealed a significant p value of 0.001 (p < 0.05), indicating a meaningful connection between self-efficacy and quality of life. In summary, this study verifies the existence of an association.

Patient-centred care‘ refers to an approach to healthcare that is caring and responsive to patients’ preferences, needs and values, where patients are involved in discussions about their health condition. Experts have endorsed a case management-based nursing model to fulfil patients' preferences and rights to make care choices that meet their needs and expectations. One of the solutions developed to create more patient-centred care is the appointment of a case manager. This study aims to determine how case managers have implemented their role in hospitals in Indonesia and abroad. This study used a scoping review method. Articles were collected from online databases including ScienceDirect, PubMed, and Garuda with the keywords ‘role’ AND ‘case manager’ OR ‘nurse case manager’ OR ‘case management’ AND ‘hospitals’. Article selection was based on the PRISMA Extension for Scoping Review (PRISMA-ScR) guidelines. The results showed 11 articles that met the inclusion criteria. The results concluded the weaknesses and advantages of the case manager role. This study concluded that the roles of case managers both in Indonesia and abroad have similarities, but still have weaknesses and advantages of each.

Family support is one factor that cannot be ignored because it has a significant contribution and is a strengthening factor that influences patient dietary compliance hypertension. This research seeks to explore the relationship between family support and dietary adherence among individuals suffering from hypertension at the UPDT Gambirsari Health Centre. This study employs a quantitative research method featuring a correlational descriptive design, utilising a cross-sectional research approach. The research sample was a number of hypertension sufferers obtained from calculations using the Slovin formula (5%) and in accordance with the researchers' criteria, namely 87 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire that measured the level of family support, namely with the results of the validity and reliability of the cronbach alpha results of 0.917 for 17 valid questions and hypertensive dietary adherence, namely with the results of the validity and reliability of the cronbach alpha value of 0.755 with 12 valid questions.. Bivariate analysis used the Spearman Rank correlation test. The results of collecting data on family support with the most categories, namely the sufficient family support category, were 54 respondents (62.1%), and the highest category of diet compliance was quite obedient, namely 49 respondents (56.3%). The research results showed a significant Spearman test of 0.05, the correlation between family support and hypertension diet compliance, obtained a probability number (p-value) = 0.001 (significant value for both variables 0.001<0.05), In other words, the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that this value indicates a relationship between family support and dietary compliance among hypertension sufferers at the Gambirsari Community Health Centre UPTD.

The percentage of pregnant women with Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) in Indonesia is still quite high. This will give a negative impact on the mother’s and baby’s health. Indonesian government overcomes the problem of CED pregnant women through the provision of supplementary food. The identified obstacles in implementing supplementary food program for pregnant women can be used as consideration in planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting at the Community Health Center. The method used in this study is scoping review. Article identification uses two databases, namely Google Scholar and Garuda. The article searched in the database was 919 articles. After screening with inclusion and exclusion criteria, there were 7 eligible articles. In the input aspect, deficiencies were found in the quantity and quality of health human resources, funds and facilities. In the process aspect, the distribution of PMT from the center was uncertain and there was no monitoring of the use of PMT by the target. Some CED pregnant women were also less compliant in taking PMT and consuming PMT. In the output aspect, the system of program’s monitoring and evaluation at the Community Health Center was not carried out well.

Diabetic Foot Care is primary prevention in diabetic foot management to prevent injury to the occurrence of wounds on the feet of people with diabetes mellitus. Objective: To prove that educational interventions can prevent chronic complications, namely diabetic neuropathy (motor, sensory and autonomic) or death of the nerves in the feet, often exacerbated by infection. Method: This study used the Quasi Experiment method with the One Group pretest and posttest design method . Data collection was carried out using NAFF (Nottingham assessment of Functional Footcare) and the Attitude instrument modified by the Knowledge, Attitude and Practice (KAP) questionnaire. Determination of the sample using the accidental sample method of 24 people in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients. Results: This study showed an increase in value of 11.12 points on NAFF and an increase of 1.41 points on attitudes after educational interventions related to diabetic foot care were carried out from May 30, 2024 to June 7, 2024. Conclusion: Diabetic Foot Care Education Intervention has been proven effective in reducing complications in diabetic feet and can be used as an evidence-based intervention in preventive care of diabetic feet in patients with Diabetes Mellitus.

The increasing prevalence of mental health issues among students, particularly those who experience bullying, underscores the need for early detection strategies. This study examines the significance of early detection of mental health issues in santri (Islamic boarding school students) who face bullying. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of bullying on the mental health of santri and to highlight the necessity for effective early detection methods. Method: A qualitative approach was employed, involving interviews and focus group discussions with santri, educators, and mental health professionals. Data were analyzed thematically to identify common patterns and insights. Result: The findings reveal a significant correlation between experiences of bullying and the emergence of mental health issues among santri. Participants reported symptoms of anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem, emphasizing the urgent need for intervention. Conclusion: The study concludes that implementing early detection mechanisms is crucial in addressing mental health issues among santri who experience bullying. Educational institutions should prioritize mental health awareness and provide necessary support systems.

The increasing number of patients with life-threatening diseases will affect the high need for palliative care in health services. Self-efficacy towards palliative care among undergraduate students is vital for ensuring they have adequate readiness and ability to provide high-quality care. Objective : This review aims to identify the level of self-efficacy towards palliative care among undergraduate nursing students. Method : The method used in this literature review is a rapid narrative review compiled using PRISMA 2020 guidelines. The databases used were PubMed, Medline, Scopus and ScienceDirect. Articles used are research articles with published from 2020-2024. The criteria in this study were organized based on the PCC framework criteria. The main keywords were not limited to “undergraduate nursing student*”, “self-efficacy”, and “palliative care”. Results : Nine out of 167 studies were included. The findings discussed the level of self-efficacy and factors that influence self-efficacy towards palliative care in clinical learning among undergraduate nursing students. Conclusions : Low self-efficacy indicates undergraduate nursing students' unpreparedness to provide palliative care. Nursing students need self-efficacy towards palliative care to ensure adequate readiness and ability to provide high-quality palliative care. This review is essential to improve the quality of palliative care education and increase self-efficacy in undergraduate nursing students.
