Abstract

This study discusses about whatsapp (WA) alternatives media to overcome learning problems in COVID 19 situation. The research was implemented at IAIN Takengon Semester IVth PGMI Class. This research is motivated by learning that stopped due to the COVID 19 epidemic, understanding of technological advances that are still limited in remote areas of the Indonesian homeland, whatsapp as a medium used by the public, in general, has spread throughout the groundbreaking homeland. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative method with a triangulation of research instruments. The results obtained were divided into three sub-topics. (1) The steps of the learning process using the WA feature are the same as learning in class face to face, namely greetings, delivery of learning objectives, delivery of motivation, opening with an attendance, applying learning methods, and closing by praying and giving assignments or further material. (2) WA features that can be used in learning and its use processes are short messages, videos, pictures, file documents, and voice messages. (3) Evaluation of learning that can be done using WA media, namely Question and Answer, working on the pretest/posttest with the specified time, then sending the results of the work through the personal WA, Presentation, and Discussion; Paper Making; Electronic Book Analysis Making.

Abstract

The caring character for the environment is an attitude and an action to prevent the environmental damage. The purpose of this study is to describe Students’ Caring Character for the environment at Bangoan II Elementary Adiwiyata School, Tulungagung. The type of approach in this research was qualitative with descriptive methods. The research subjects Were 2A, 3A, 4A, and 5A grade students of Bangoan II Elementary Adiwiyata School which each group is consisted of 5 students. The reaserch data was collected by using questionnaire instruments and interview sheets. The results showed that students of SD Negeri II Bangoan have a high character of environmental care. The research result has shown that the students highly have environmental caring character which is supported by using a questionnaire and interview that is included four indicators of environmental care including: energy saving, waste management, water utilization, and caring for the surrounding environment. Based on this result, authors concluded that  the 3A Grade Students' caring character are higher than the 2A, 4A, and 5A grade student which are showed that 3A Grade Students' caring character is in very high category, while the 2A, 4A, and 5A is in very high category. Abstract

Abstrak: Pandemi Covid-19 mengharuskan masyarakat untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran secara daring pada semua elemen pendidikan. Guru merupakan  elemen terpenting terhadap jalannya kegiatan belajar mengajar, sehingga guru dituntut beradaptasi dengan cepat terhadap perubahan sistem pembelajaran. Guru  perlu mengembangkan kompetensi dalam mengelola pembelajaran setelah adanya pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kompetensi guru pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah Kabupaten Purworejo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu menafsirkan data yang didapat dari lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket yang disebarkan melalui google formulir, sedangkan teknik analisis data dengan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa, kompetensi pedagogik guru SD Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Purworejo dalam kategori baik dengan persentase 66,5%. Kompetensi kepribadian guru SD Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Purworejo dalam kategori sangat baik dengan persentase 94%. Kompetensi sosial guru SD Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Purworejo dalam kategori sangat baik dengan persentase 83%. Kompetensi profesional guru SD Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Purworejo dalam kategori baik dengan persentase 79%.Kata Kunci: Covid-19, Kompetensi guru, Pembelajaran daring Abstract: The Covid-19 pandemic requires people to carry out online learning on all elements of education. A teacher is one of the prominent subjects in teaching and learning activities who has to quickly adapt to changes in the learning system. The Teachers need to be competent in managing learning that is different from before the Covid-19  pandemic. This study aims to provide an overview teachers’ competence during the Covid-19 pandemic at Muhammadiyah Elementary School Purworejo. The research method used descriptive by using a quantitative approach, namely interpreting data obtained from the field. Data collection using questionnaires distributed through google forms. The research data has analizied through Quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The research showed that the pedagogic teachers’ competency of  Muhammadiyah in Purworejo Teacher is in  good category with 66,5% percentage. The personality competency of muhammadiyah elementary school teachers in Purworejo district in the category is very good with a 94% percentage. The social competence of muhammadiyah elementary school teachers in Purworejo district is very good with a percentage of 83% while the teachers’ Competence of  SD Muhammadiyah in Purworejo District is in t good category with a 79% percentage.Keywords: covid-19, teacher competency, online learning

The instrument, before being used in the study, was first validated and reliably. After that, the hypothesis test uses the t-test is the Independent Sample T-Test. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas mengenai hasil belajar siswa saat pandemi covid-19 melalui kegiatan home visit studi di MI Salafiyah Kranggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis hasil belajar siswa saat pandemi melalui kegiatan home visit studi di MI Salafiyah Kranggan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif eksploratif. Objek dari penelitian ini yaitu home visit serta hasil belajar siswa dan subjek dari penelitian ini  guru kelas 2 B dan siswa kelas 2 B di MI Salafiyah Kranggan. Hasil dari penelitian ini, dengan adanya home visit 21 siswa kelas 2 B MI Salafiyah Kranggan memperoleh hasil belajar yang baik, selain itu dapat mengurangi sedikit kesulitan yang dialami guru, peserta didik dan orang tua. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Kebijakan pembelajaran daring dapat menunjang hasil belajar siswa, yaitu melalui home visit.  Hal ini terbukti dari hasil penelitian yang dihimpun di lapangan dari 21 peserta didik kelas 2 B MI Salafiyah Kranggan menyatakan hasilnya baik. Tanggapan peserta didik mengenai pembelajaran daring, menginginkan kegiatan pembelajaran dilaksanakan seperti dulu lagi. 2) Home visit dilaksanakan dua minggu sekali dengan tujuan mengevaluasi pembelajaran daring yang sudah terlaksana.Kata Kunci: hasil belajar, home visit, pandemi. Abstract: This study discusses the students' learning outcomes during the covid-19 pandemic through home visit activities at MI Salafiyah Kranggan. This study aims to analyze the students' learning outcomes during the covid-19 pandemic through home visit activities.The research used a qualitative exploratory method. The subjects of this study are 2nd Grade students for Class B and their teacher. As a result, through the home visit study, the 21 students of 2nd-grade class B MI Salafiyah Kranggan obtained good learning results. In addition, the home visit program is good to help the teachers and the parents in applying the learning during the covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, a home visit can support the learning outcomes. The conclusions of this study are: 1) The home visit can bolster the learning outcomes during online learning. It showed in the learning outcomes of 21 students. The students also responded to the online learning policy that they want the learning activities could be operating used to be. Thus, the home visit has been conducted once in two weeks to evaluating the learning activities continuously.Keywords: learning outcomes, home visit, pandemic.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan ekoliterasi dan ekopreneurship siswa sekolah dasar kelas IV. Proses pembelajaran tematik integratif melalui penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek mengembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan siswa dengan tetap menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Penelitian ini mendukung mahasiswa agar literat lingkungan. Siswa mampu memanfaatkan lingkungan dengan baik melalui kegiatan ecopreneurship dengan proyek menjadikan produk dari barang bekas menjadi barang baru yang memiliki nilai jual tinggi. Hasil pembelajaran yang dibuat siswa adalah “damarkurung” yang merupakan keluaran dari percobaan sains. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data melalui lembar validasi, lembar observasi, dan penilaian produk studentpreneurship. Pembelajaran tematik dilaksanakan melalui 6 langkah yang sesuai dengan sintaksis pembelajaran berbasis proyek, yaitu menentukan pertanyaan dasar, merancang perencanaan proyek, menyusun jadwal, memantau kemajuan proyek, menguji proses dan hasil pembelajaran, serta mengevaluasi pengalaman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek di sekolah dasar dapat mendukung pendidikan ecopreneurship dan literasi lingkungan siswa sekolah dasar. Siswa mengetahui cara memanfaatkan bahan bekas dengan tepat dan bermanfaat. Pengembangan ecoliterasi siswa melalui model pembelajaran berbasis proyek juga membantu siswa lebih menikmati proses pembelajaran tematik integratif dan semangat menunjukkan kreatifitasnya.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pembentukan karakter disiplin melalui Key Performance Indicator (KPI) pada pembelajaran matematika di era pandemi covid-19 pada siswa kelas 2 SD Negeri Umbulrejo. Penelitian ini merupakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus, dengan waktu penelitian 4 bulan. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas 2 SD Negeri Umbulrejo. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui interview mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik validitas menggunakan triangulasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu tahap deskripsi atau tahap orientasi, tahap reduksi, dan tahap seleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pembentukan karakter disiplin anak pada pembelajaran matematika bisa dilakukan dengan mengimplementasikan Key Performance Indicator (KPI) yang telah dibuat oleh guru, seperti menyusun tata tertib, memberikan pujian, dan memberi konsekuensi atas tindakan negatif yang dilakukan siswa. Setelah diimplementasikannya Key Performance Indicator terjadi peningkatan kedisiplinan siswa dibandingkan sebelum dilakukannya penelitian dengan Key Performance Indicator (KPI). Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the building of character of discipline through Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in Mathematics learning in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic for second graders at State Elementary School Umbulrejo, Indonesia. This study employed a qualitative case study approach, conducted for four months. The second-grade students were involved as the research subjects. The research data were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. Triangulation was done to ensure the data validity. The data analysis process included the description or orientation stage, reduction stage, and selection stage. The results showed that the building of character of discipline among the students in learning mathematics could be realized by applying the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that have been made by the teacher, such as arranging rules, giving praise, and giving consequences for negative actions taken by the students. After the application of Key Performance Indicators, there was an increase in the students’ discipline, compared to the situation before doing the research by using the Key Performance Indicators.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengangkat isu bahwa distribusi penyebaran aspek kecerdasan majemuk (multiple intelligence) pada buku tematik kurikulum 2013 belum merata. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengembangkan bahan ajar yang berbasis Multiple Intelligences pada pembelajaran tematik khususnya Tema Pengalamanku Subtema Pengalaman Masa Kecil yang didesain khusus untuk Kelas I di MI Matholibul Huda Jenggolo Jenu Tuban tahun 2020/2021 dengan memaparkan validitas, kepraktisan dan keefektifannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan desain pengembangan 4-D. Desain pengembangan 4-D meliputi tahapan define (pendefinisian), design (perencanaan), develop (pengembangan), dan disseminate (penyebaran). Akan tetapi, tahapan dalam penelitian ini terbatas pada tahap develop (pengembangan) saja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahan ajar yang dikembangkan dinilai sangat valid, Hasil uji kepraktisan dari hasil lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran menunjukkan bahan ajar yang dikembangkan dinilai dalam kategori baik. Disamping itu, bahan ajar tersebut juga dinilai dapat diterapkan secara efektif dalam  meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran tematik. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa Bahan Ajar Berbasis Multiple Intelligences yang dikembangkan pada pembelajaran tematik dinilai layak diimplementasikan di Kelas I di MI Matholibul Huda Jenggolo Jenu Tuban.Abstract: This study raises the issue that the distribution of aspects of multiple intelligences in the 2013-Curriculum thematic books has not been even. The purpose of this study was to develop teaching materials based on Multiple Intelligences on the theme of My Childhood Experience which was specially designed for Class I at MI Matholibul Huda Jenggolo Jenu Tuban in 2020/2021 by explaining its validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method which refers to the 4-D development model. The 4-D development model comprised defining, planning, developing, and disseminating. However, the researchers only focused on the development stage. The results showed that the teaching materials developed were categorized as strongly valid. The results of the practicality aspect from the observation sheet of the learning process showed that the teaching materials developed were effectively used because they could significantly increase the value of the students’ learning outcomes. Therefore, it can be concluded that the thematic learning materials, based on Multiple Intelligences are feasible to use.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian lapangan dilakukan guna mengetahui implementasi teori classical conditioning pada Gerakan Literasi Sekolah di MIN 1 Kota Palangkaraya terhadap minat baca. Penelitian ini memiliki fokus pada pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta menggunakan teknik analisis data dari model Miles dan  Huberman. Diperoleh hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu; 1) Tim Literasi Sekolah di MIN 1 Kota Palangka Raya telah menerapkan sebuah teori belajar classical conditioning pada pelaksanaan literasi dengan tujuan memberikan ruang untuk tumbuhnya dorongan keinginan untuk membaca bagi siswa dengan pembiasaan membaca. 2) Program Gerakan Literasi Sekolah MIN 1 Kota Palangka Raya, meliputi; membaca 15 menit, sudut baca kelas, literasi perpustakaan, bantuan gratis buku, pojok baca, perkumpulan tim literasi, aksi literasi, mengundang penggiat literasi, penghargaan literasi, pembuatan mading, serta semester menulis 3) Minat membaca peserta didik setelah diterapkannya GLS melalui upaya penerapan teori classical conditioning yang dilakukan tim literasi sekolah dalam mengelola kegiatan literasi, pada akhirnya mampu menumbuhkan minat baca peserta didik, dibuktikan dengan peningkatan kunjungan perpustakaan dan antusias peserta didik pada saat kegiatan literasi. Saran dari peneliti agar program dari kegiatan literasi terus dipertahankan serta ditingkatkan pada tahapan-tahapan selanjutnya supaya budaya membaca pada peserta didik terus meningkat dan melekat pada diri.Abstract: This field research is conducted to discover the implementation of classical conditioning theory in the School Literacy Movement (SLM) at Islamic State Elementary School (MIN) 1 Palangkaraya City on reading interest. This study focuses on a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation as the data collection techniques and the Miles and Huberman’s model to analyze the data. The research results showed that the School Literacy Team at the school has applied the classical conditioning learning theory to provide the students space to increase their desire to read and their reading habits. The School Literacy Movement at the school covered 15 minutes reading, classroom reading corner, library literacy, free books, reading corner, literacy team association, literacy action, inviting literacy activists, literacy awards, making wall magazines, and writing semester. After implementing SLM through classical conditioning theory carried out by the school literacy team in managing the literacy activities, the students could foster their reading interests, as evidenced by the increase in library visits and enthusiasm during the literacy activities. The researchers suggest the literacy activities to be continued, maintained, and improved in the subsequent stages so that the students’ good reading culture can increase continually and be attached to themselves.

Abstrak: Permasalahan yang terjadi di lapangan belum adanya media inovatif pada pelajaran Bahasa Arab khususnya materi kosakata (Mufrodat) pada kelas III di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI),  selain itu kurangnya minat siswa pada pembelajaran Bahasa Arab dikarenakan pembelajaran kurang menarik hanya memanfaatkan buku ajar tanpa adanya media sehingga menjadikan pembelajaran monoton. Permasalahan tersebut mendasari dilakukannya pengembangan media Arabic Docard  pada materi kosakata Bahasa Arab. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengembangkan media Arabic Docard dan mengetahui kemenarikannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development)  dengan model pengembangan Borg & Gall yang terdiri dari 9 tahapan diantaranya 1) Penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi, 2) Perencanaan, 3) Pengembangan format produk awal, 4) Uji Coba Awal, 5) Revisi, 6) Uji Coba Lapangan, 7) Revisi , 8) Uji Lapangan, 9) Revisi Produk Akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media Arabic Docard dalam pembelajaran kosakata Bahasa Arab memiliki tingkat validitas yang baik dibuktikan dengan hasil validasi ahli materi 90%, hasil validasi ahli bahasa 100%, hasil validasi ahli desain 100%, ahli pembelajaran 96%, Uji Perorangan 90%, Uji kelompok kecil 91% dan Uji operasional 97%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media Arabic Docard pada pembelajaran kosakata Bahasa Arab memiliki tingkat validitas dan daya tarik yang tinggi.Abstract: The problem identified in the field is that there is no innovative media in Arabic lessons, especially vocabulary materials (Mufrodat) for third graders at Islamic elementary school (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah). Additionally, the lack of students’ interest in learning Arabic is found because the learning is less interesting, only using textbooks without any media. These problems underlie the development of Arabic Docard media on the Arabic vocabulary learning materials. The purpose of this research is to develop the Arabic Docard media and find out its attractiveness. The research method used was a research and development method, using Borg and Gall’s development model which consists of nine stages: 1) Research and information gathering, 2) Planning, 3) Initial product format development, 4) Initial Trial, 5 ) Revision, 6) Field Trial, 7) Revision, 8) Field Test, 9) Final Product Revision. The results showed that the Arabic Docard media for learning Arabic vocabulary had a good level of validity, as evidenced by the results of the expert materials validation 90%, the linguist validation 100%, the expert design validation 100%, the learning expert 96%, the individual testing 90%, the small-group testing 91%, and the operational testing 97%. Hence, it can be concluded that the Arabic Docard media for learning Arabic vocabulary demonstrates a high level of validity and attractiveness.
