Serambi Tarbawi is the Journal of the Study of Thought, Research, and Development of Islamic Education – P-ISSN: 2303-2014; E-ISSN: 2723-1143. Published by the Faculty of Islamic Religion of Serambi Mekkah University. This journal is published 2 times of year (January and July). This journal is an open-access journal, peer-reviewed journal that will consider any original scientific article that expands the field of study in Islamic pedagogy and various other related education issues. Abstract

Islamic education in Spain began to develop, marked by the provision of the Spanish state religion department that schools in Spain were officially allowed to provide Islamic religious lessons for their Muslim students. This is due to the growing number of Muslim students in primary and secondary schools so that some areas in Spain have to offer Islamic religion classes. This official recognition from the government opens up opportunities for Muslims in Spain to teach religion in both public and private schools. In addition, there is also the opportunity to build self-managed schools, carry out worship and celebrate religious holidays.

Abstract

This journal presents research on the importance of Tarbiyah Halaqah Wahdah Islamiyah which can shape Muslim morals. The main discussion is how the contribution of Tarbiyah Halaqah Wahdah Islamiyah in Banda Aceh. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the form of tarbiyah halaqah at Wahdah Islamiyah, in the form of the morals of the youth in Banda Aceh. This research is useful as a contribution of thought in maximizing the potential of Muslim youth. These problems are presented using a normative, pedagogic and sociological theological approach and are presented qualitatively and qualitatively descriptively. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the form of implementation of Tarbiyah halaqah through several initial stages of recruitment then followed by group division to be given intensive coaching Wahdah Islamiyah has a major contribution to growing and fostering the morals of Muslim youth in Banda Aceh. This can be seen from the youth who are members of the tarbiyah halaqah to show very positive things to show noble character to Allah SWT. Also to the people around him.

Abstract

Akhlakul Karimah is a conscious ritual performed to recognize the positive character of each child. Such as the Islamic education system that was initiated by Imam Al-Ghazali, who emphasized the importance of recognizing the moral values that were built in accordance with the foundation of the Islamic education system. Considering how important morality is for children from birth, the main questions in this study are how to define morality according to Imam Al-Ghazali and how to use the pairing method. The method used in this research is library research. The key technique used in this research is descriptive analysis. Primary and secondary data were used as data sources, and comparative deductive methods were used for data analysis. According to the findings of the study, Imam Al-Ghazali advocated moral education through developing the character of children and teaching them commendable qualities from a young age, using mujahadah-riyadhah to form morals, and training themselves to develop the desired behavior, or karimah. Following up on these findings, the process of forming akhlaq karimah must be optimized through the family from an early age.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar sejarah kebudayaan islam pada materi perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan pada masa Bani Abbasiyah bagi siswa kelas XI_IA MAN 2 Aceh Besar Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah model Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD). Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam kurun waktu 3 bulan yaitu dari bulan Maret 2019 sampai dengan Mei 2019 pada semester Genap. Penelitian tindakan kelas terdiri dari dua siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari tiga kali pertemuan, disimulasi dalam kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu mengumpulkan nilai tes yang dilaksanakan pada setiap akhir pembelajaran pada setiap siklus dengan menggunakan instrument soal (tes tertulis). Observasi dengan memperhatikan minat dan hasil belajar siswa. Data dianalisis dengan cara statistik persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan minat dan hasil belajar siswa dari 42.9 % pada pra penelitian meningkat menjadi 71.4 % pada siklus I dan meningkat menjadi 90.5 % pada siklus II. Minat belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari kategori cukup menjadi baik dan kategori baik dan meningkat menjadi sangat baik setelah menerapkan model student teams achievement division (STAD) dalam pembelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaah Islam pada materi perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan pada masa bani abbasiyah siswa kelas XI-IA MAN 2 Montasik Aceh Besar Tahun Pelajaran2018/2019.

Abstract

Parenting and education of children in Islam is an important pillar of the main task for every parent. Because this is our opportunity as parents, our golden opportunity to provide care and education to shape children's character. We know that we feel together, the Indonesian nation is currently starting to deplete the morals of every child and young generation. So that nurturing and education in Islam can be one solution. Nurturing, educating, fostering, familiarizing, and guiding children optimally based on the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad. Children are in the golden age and the success of parenting at this golden age is a determinant of the success of children in their teens and adults so that later they will produce children who have noble character and are able to become a golden generation by bringing the light of glory to this nation.

Abstract

As individual beings, humans have needs (biological, psychological and religious) and socially have the desire to adapt to the social environment. With the potential and abilities possessed, humans will try to actualize social needs and demands. Therefore, humans need other people with the aim of fostering social behaviors in the form of tolerance. Humans as religious beings crave peace and prosperity. Every religion teaches the values of tolerance. Islam is present as a religion that upholds the value of peace and harmony. Islam offers a concept of tolerance for differences which is called tasamuh, in tasamuh there are values of Rahmah (compassion), al-`Afw (forgiveness), al-Safh (forgiving), as-Salam (safety), al-`Adl ( justice), and al-Ihsan (kindness). Tolerance in this context is viewed from several aspects, namely theological, sociological and cultural. With tolerance, it is hoped that humans will be able to recognize diversity, including religious diversity or pluralism.

Abstract

This paper aims to discuss the thoughts of Ibn Sahnun's Islamic education, which was critically analyzed related to teaching methods in Islamic Elementary Schools. Islamic Elementary Schools are essentially schools that implement the concept of Islamic education based on the Qur'an and Sunnah. The operational idea of Islamic Elementary School is an accumulation of the process of civilizing, inheriting, and developing Islamic teachings, culture, and civilization from generation to generation. Ibn Sahnun's thoughts on education have been mentioned, among others, in his book Adab al-Mu'allimin. This book has become a maestro and reference for many scholars. It is considered the first book to discuss education separately from other branches of science, such as schools and philosophy. Ibn Sahnun's educational concept consists of two parts; The first is compulsory education, and the second is non-binding or voluntary education. Ibn Sahnun's thoughts in the education field were complete and programmed, especially for classical times, because only a few figures were engaged in the field of education at that time. We can find some things that are still relevant today from these concepts.

Abstract

Dayah (Pesantren) is the forerunner of genuine education in the archipelago, which only received juridical recognition in 2003 through the National Education System Law No. 20 of 2003. The focus of this study is learning in the dayah education system in Aceh. This research is research with a qualitative approach that produces findings that cannot be achieved by using statistical procedures or by other means of quantification. The location of this research was taken at Dayah Darul Ihsan, Siem, Darussalam, Aceh Besar. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The collected data is analyzed inductively every time during the research by processing empirical materials. The results of the study indicate that the implications of planning in learning management in Dayah in Aceh are proven by conducting teaching planning because teaching planning is very important to be arranged as optimally as possible before the implementation of the learning process. The implementation implication is done by a) managing the learning process, b) managing the class, c) using media, d) mastery of the educational foundation and e) managing learning interactions. While control is done by evaluating to see where there are weaknesses and what programs have been put in place.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in student activity and learning outcomes in Social Interaction through the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model. The research subjects were students of class VII-6 of SMP Negeri 3 Banda Aceh in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year as many as 32 students consisting of 15 male students and 17 female students. This research is a classroom action research which consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The implementation of the action is carried out in two meetings in each cycle. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that the application of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model could increase student learning activities on the subject matter of Social Interaction with a percentage of 64.06% (quite active) in the first cycle and 85.93% (very active) in the second cycle. The application of the TGT type cooperative learning model can also improve student learning outcomes in the material of social interaction with the percentage of classical learning completeness 63.6% in the first cycle and 81.8% in the second cycle. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that there was an increase in the activity and learning outcomes of class VII-6 students of SMP Negeri 3 Banda Aceh through the application of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type of cooperative learning model.

Abstract

The Indonesian government through President Jokowi issued a Large-Scale Social Restriction Policy (PSBB) to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus, which also had an impact on changing face-to-face learning with online or online learning methods. Learning is a process that is not only a transfer of knowledge, but an active process of seeking knowledge or the process of formulating knowledge. Learning is a complex system whose success can be seen from two aspects, namely the production aspect and the process aspect. Therefore, a reciprocal interaction is needed from a process that involves teachers, learners and learning materials, one of which is to develop and improve the ability to interact and communicate to produce an effective learning process. Learning should be oriented towards learning as individuals who have potential, abilities, interests, motivations that can be explored and developed through the learning process. Because, learning resources are not only centered on the teacher but also an environment oriented to broad-based learning by utilizing technological instruments as learning aids (as a tool) that supports learning to accelerate and expand learner's knowledge and information.
