Serambi Tarbawi is the Journal of the Study of Thought, Research, and Development of Islamic Education – P-ISSN: 2303-2014; E-ISSN: 2723-1143. Published by the Faculty of Islamic Religion of Serambi Mekkah University. This journal is published 2 times of year (January and July). This journal is an open-access journal, peer-reviewed journal that will consider any original scientific article that expands the field of study in Islamic pedagogy and various other related education issues. This journal is publishing original empirical research articles and theoretical reviews covering all aspects of Islamic Education. Abstract

Aktivitas Remaja mesjid sangat berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan akhlak di masyarakat. Karena pada masa remaja terjadi perubahan yang cepat baik secara fisik, maupun psikologis. Remaja masjid adalah organisasi otonom yang relatif independen dalam membina anggotanya. Remaja masjid merupakan anak organisasi (underbouw) ta’mir masjid, karena itu, dalam aktivitasnya perlu menyelaraskan dengan aktivitas pengurus masjid, sehingga terjadi sinergi yang saling menguatkan. Remaja masjid dapat menyusun program, menentukan bagan dan struktur organisasi serta memilih pengurusnya sendiri. Karena itu, para aktivisnya mempunyai kesempatan untuk berkreasi, mengembangkan potensi dan kemampuannya serta beraktivitas secara mandiri. Keberadaannya untuk mengorganisir kegiatan memakmurkan masjid yang dilakukan para remaja muslim yang memiliki komitmen dakwah. Remaja Masjid sangat diperlukan sebagai alat untuk mencapai tujuan dakwah dan wadah bagi remaja muslim dalam beraktivitas di Masjid . Dengan terciptanya berbagai kegiatan, aktivitas yang dilaksanakan oleh remaja-remaja mesjid di lingkungan masing-masing di masyarakat, dengan sendirinya akan membentuk atau berpengaruh terhadap akhlak nya dalam lingkungan bermasyarakat. Karena rasa tanggung jawab lahir dengan sendirinya sembari dengan kegiatan yang mereka jalankan berpegang pada syariat nuansa islami.

Abstract

This study discusses the limitations of the freedom of will of every community, because everyone's freedom must be limited when dealing with the interests of state security, public order, the human rights of others with a balance of morals and religious values. The arrest of the perpetrators of jarimah liwath in Aceh indicates that these homosexuals still exist even though the Qanun Jinayah has been enacted. Prior to the enactment of this qanun, these people were supported by the Violet Gray institution which tried to promote the rights of homosexuals in Aceh, but in the end they were expelled from Aceh. The problem discussed is how to regulate the Qanun Jinayah regarding Homosexuals in terms of the aspect of moral freedom of the Acehnese people. This research is a literature study using a normative approach which is then explained descriptively. The results of this study explain that the regulation of the Qanun Jinayah against the criminalization of homosexual acts when viewed from the aspect of the moral freedom of the Acehnese people is very appropriate. This can be seen from the formulation of jarimah liwath in Qanun Jinayah with the aim of providing protection to morals. Morality and morality are very close. The people of Aceh are born into a Muslim majority. And Islam strongly rejects the immoral behavior of homosexuals, which is very dangerous for damage and not maintaining the dignity of humans and their descendants.

Abstract

Education in Sudan is free and compulsory for all children aged 6 to 13 years. Education starts with basic education for eight years, then secondary education for three years. The education level was changed to 6+3+3 format in 1990. The language of instruction used at all levels is Arabic. School locations are concentrated in a number of urban areas, a number of schools in the South and West have been damaged or even destroyed by the conflict. In the field of formal education, Sudan has many well-known universities that are tens or even hundreds of years old. Among these universities are Khartoum University, Omdurman Islamic University, El-Nilein University, Khartoum International Institute of Arabic, Al Quran Al Karim University and the youngest is the International University of Africa. The education system in Sudan starts with Primary School, then Secondary School. The level above it is Vocational/Technical Education and Training or University/College Education. In addition, there are Preservice Teacher Training and In Service Teacher Training. Non-formal education, in Sudan there are many scientific assemblies that use the talaqqi system through masyakhs who are spread almost all over Sudan.

Abstract

The purpose of this classroom action research is to increase the activities and learning outcomes of Al-Quran Hadith on the Authenticity of the Al-Quran through the application of the Discovery Learning model. This research was conducted at MAN 2 Aceh Besar. The research was carried out for 3 months, February-April 2019. The data sources came from students of class X-IPS 2 in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. The number of students is 18 students. There are 11 male students and 7 female students. Data collection tools in the form of test items and student activity instrument sheets. Data validation is done by entering student test scores into the list of values that have been prepared previously and data validation for the observation sheet is done by ticking the prepared observation sheet. The research procedure consisted of two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of the pre-cycle research were 44.4% with an average value of 69.7, while in Cycle I it was 66.7% with an average value of 75 and while in Cycle II the percentage of completeness reached 100% with an average value of 79.7. The application of Discovery Learning has gradually been able to increase student learning activities, so that it has a very significant impact on improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Meunasah merupakan wadah institusi pendidikan masyarakat gampong, pusat pemerintahan dan pengembangan sosial budaya dalam beberapa dekade terakhir. Dewasa ini peran meunasah tersebut mulai bergeser seiring dengan perubahan zaman dan maraknya pemanfaatan televisi dan media massa lainnya serta perkembangan teknologi komunikasi. Kenyataan sekarang juga menunjukkan bahwa banyak meunasah yang sudah tidak akrab dengan para anak-anak. Kondisi pandemi Covid 19 sebelumnya juga mengambil andil untuk menjauhkan anak-anak bermain di sekita meunasah, akibat larangan berkumpul. Ekses dari ini semua adalah, banyak anak-anak yang lalai sendiri dengan permainan gamenya, tik tok dan dunia medsos lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian library research. Hasil menunjukkan, banyak meunasah di sudah tidak diminati anak-anak dalam kesehariannya, baik sebagai tempat bermain  atau tempat beribadah. Banyak mereka yang sibuk dengan handphonenya dan bermain game di warung-warung kopi. Kondisi ini harus secepatnya di cegah oleh pemerintah gampong masing-masing di Aceh Umumnya.

Abstract

Kepala sekolah sebagai kepala administrator bertanggungjawab terhadap kelancaran pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pengajaran di sekolahnya. Kepala sekolah berkewajiban membuat program tahunan sesuai dengan ruang lingkup administrasi sekolah, khusus di bidang kesiswaan mencakup syarat dan prosedur penerimaan siswa baru, pengelompokan siswa dan pembagian kelas orientasi siswa dan sebagainya. Perencanaan tersebut berbentuk rumusan tertulis. Proses pelaksanaan kegiatan memengaruhi yang berbeda-beda inilah yang kemudian menghasilkan tingkatan-tingkatan dalam kepemimpinan di sekolah. Tahap kepemimpinan meliputi: (1) level 1, pemimpin karena hal-hal yang bersifat legalitas semisal menjadi pemimpin karena surat keputusan (SK); (2) level 2, pemimpin yang memimpin dengan kecintaannya, pemimpin pada level ini sudah memimpin orang bukan memimpin pekerjaan; (3) level 3, pemimpin yang lebih berorientasi pada hasil, pada pemimpin level ini prestasi kerja adalah sangat penting; (4) level 4, pada tingkat ini pemimpin berusaha menumbuhkan pribadi­-pribadi dalam organisasi untuk menjadi pemimpin; (5) level 5, pemimpin yang memiliki daya tarik yang luar biasa. Pada pemimpin level ini orang-orang ingin mengikutinya bukan hanya karena apa yang telah diberikan pemimpin secara personal atau manfaatnya, tetapi juga nilai-nilai dan simbol-simbol yang melekat pada diri orang tersebut.

Abstract

Islamic education in the UK is still in an effort to pursue a more advanced direction because there are still many obstacles faced, including the lack of Islamic schools there. However, Islamic education in England with its weaknesses, but in terms of quality, is able to compete with general education. One of them Tauheedul Islam is the best school in the country with the achievements of its students. This made Islamic Education well received in the UK.

Abstract

Teacher performance is one of the important factors for the implementation of quality education and learning. Efforts to improve performance are influenced by many factors, including the leadership of the principal. The author in this article will explain the description of the principal's leadership in making plans, compiling school organizations, acting as coordinators and directors, and carrying out staffing management. Teacher performance and development, factors that affect teacher performance, factors that can improve performance, teacher performance in the teaching and learning process, human resource development strategies, principals' efforts to foster teacher performance. In its application, teacher performance improvement can be seen from teaching and learning interactions, learning preparation, learning process, evaluation of learning determined by the leadership of the principal.

Abstract

Masa pandemic mengharuskan proses pendidikan dilakukan secara daring (dalam jaringan) atau online, ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk upaya pemerintah dalam memutus mata rantai penyebaran Covid-19. Namun proses pendidikan daring tentu menjadi permasalah tersendiri dalam proses penerapannya, termasuk di MAS Darul Aman Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Maka, dalam penelitian ini akan dikaji terkait “Pembelajaran Fiqh Secara Daring di MAS Darul Amal Kabupaten Aceh Besar”, dengan memfokuskan masalah tentang penerapan pembelajaran Fiqh secara daring di MAS Darul Amal Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Penelitian lapangan ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan metode kualitatif, metode penelitian dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode daring di MAS Darul Aman dengan memanfaatkan beberapa macam jenis aplikasi dalam proses pembelajaran dan evaluasi seperti whatsapp, google clasroom, dan lain sebaginya untuk membuat video pembelajaran, tatap muka secara daring (via aplikasi), mengirimkan tugas, membuat video pembelajaran dan mengirimkannya melalui aplikasi whatsapp. Selain itu, ada juga sebagian siswa yang sudah mengikuti proses pendidikan secara langsung dengan tetap menjaga protokol kesehatan tentunya.

Abstract

This study discusses the existence of the Wali Nanggroe Institution as a mediator in each conflict that has different intensities. Wali Nanggroe is believed to be the institution for resolving conflicts that occurred after Aceh was peaceful, between institutions in Aceh Province. Post-peace conflicts in Aceh such as communication conflicts, politics, and other social problems between institutions and the community. However, these conflicts often arise on the grounds that the institutions that handle them do not give serious attention, sometimes even do not care at all. This study aims to examine the role of the Wali Nanggroe Institution in resolving local conflicts during the Special Autonomy imposed in Aceh. This research is a literature study using a qualitative approach which is then explained descriptively. The results of this study explain that the Wali Nanggroe Institution plays a very important role in organizing and maintaining peace in Aceh as well as its participation in the process of resolving world peace. On the other hand, the Aceh Government Law provides great legality to the role of the Wali Nanggroe Institution.
