Abstract

This research is a quantitative study which aims to find out whether there is a positive and significant relationship between: 1) cadre performance and the interests of couples of childbearing age, 2) perceptions and the interests of couples of childbearing age, and 3) cadre performance and perceptions and the interests of couples of childbearing age. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the SPSS ver. 22. The research results show that: 1) there is a positive and significant relationship between cadre performance and the interest of couples of childbearing age where the significance value is 0.038 (p-value < 0.05) and the correlation coefficient is 0.242, 2) there is a positive and significant relationship between perceptions with the interest of couples of childbearing age where the significance value is 0.000 (p-value <0.05) and the correlation coefficient is 0.665, and 3) there is a relationship between cadre performance and perception together with the interest of couples of childbearing age where the significance value is 0.000 (p- value < 0.05) and a correlation coefficient of 0.674. Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there is a relationship between these variables either separately or together. This research is classified as a correlational research consisting of three independent variables of teacher quality and professionalism, commitment and one variable of educator performance. with a sample of 40. The method used in this study is a survey method with a correlational approach, where data on the variables of teacher quality, professionalism and commitment are all collected with a questionnaire instrument using a rating scale. All instruments are tested by multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study show that there is a very significant positive relationship between the quality of teachers' work, commitment, and professionalism and the performance of education personnel. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the performance of educators can be improved through quality, professionalism and commitment. Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of financial planning and administration on the realization of budget absorption at the Tangerang City Education and Culture Office. The research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data were collected using questionnaires, observations, and cumentated studies. The data analysis technique uses a multiple linear regression model with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study show that financial planning and administration have a significant effect on the realization of budget absorption and financial administration causes an increase in the realization of budget absorption. From the test of the determination coefficient, financial planning and administration contribute to the realization of budget absorption. Abstract

The objectives to be achieved from this study are to determine the influence of sub-district leadership, completeness of facilities and organizational communication on the effectiveness of public services in Pinang District, Tangerang City. The population used as the object of the study were employees of Pinang District, Tangerang City. The results of the study: (1) the influence of sub-district leadership on the effectiveness of public services obtained a positive correlation value of 0.881 with a very strong relationship, the significance test of t count (2.420) > t table (1.685). This means that sub-district leadership partially has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of public services in Pinang District, Tangerang City; (2) the influence of completeness of facilities on the effectiveness of public services obtained a positive correlation value of 0.875 with a very strong relationship, the significance test of t count (2.536) > t table (1.685). This means that completeness of facilities partially has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of public services in Pinang District, Tangerang City; (3) the influence of organizational communication on the effectiveness of public services obtained a positive correlation value of 0.836 with a very strong relationship, the significance test of t count (4.386) > t table (1.685). This means that organizational communication partially has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of public services in Pinang District, Tangerang City; (4) the influence of sub-district leadership, completeness of facilities and organizational communication on the effectiveness of public services obtained a positive correlation value of 0.937 with a very strong relationship, the significance test of significant value F count (89.436) > F table (3.25). This means that sub-district leadership, completeness of facilities and organizational communication together have an effect on the effectiveness of public services in Pinang District, Tangerang City.
