Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan pengembangan usaha Kopi Dangau Datuk Petik Merah Kota Bengkulu. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis studi kelayakan dari aspek keuangan yang meliputi Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate Of Return (IRR), Gross Benefit Cost Ratio (Groos B/C), dan Payback Period (PP). Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai Net Presen Value (NPV), menunjukan angka positif atau besar dari 0 (nol) yaitu Rp 27.137.783,-, artinya perluasan Usaha Kopi Dangau Datuk Petik Merah Kota Bengkulu dapat dikatakan layak untuk dikembangkan. Internal Rate Of return (IRR) diketahui sebesar 23% lebih besar dari perentase biaya modal (bunga kredit) yaitu 12% berarti perluasan usaha layak untuk kembangakan. Gross B/C lebih besar dari 1 ( 2,56> 1). dan Payback Periode (PP) 2 tahun 9,6 bulan menunjukan bahwa dapat memperoleh kembali dana yang di investasikan tersebut dalam jangka waktu 2 tahun 9,6 bulan, artinya pengembangan usaha pada Usaha Kopi Dangau datuk Petik Merah Kota Bengkulu dapat dilanjutkan. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat pendapatan lebih besar dari total biaya sehingga investasi senilai Rp 175.000.000 dapat dilanjutkan. Keywords:        Analysis, Feasibility Study, Business Development

Abstract

The results showed that the calculation results on the motivation variable where the value of t(count) is greater than t(table) that is 5.128 > 1.8595, then the motivation variable has an influence on the dependent variable, namely Teacher Performance. The value of R (square) or correlation coefficient which indicates the regression model formed by the interaction of variables. Motivation on teacher performance is 0.767 % which is interpreted that the independent variable used in this study shows an influence on the dependent variable of 76.7%, the remaining 23.3% is explained by other factors outside of the independent variables in this study. The t-test is shown from the value of the motivation variable at the value of t(count) 5.128 > t(table) 1.8595 which can be interpreted that the motivation variable has a very strong relationship to teacher performance. Keywords: Motivation, and Teacher Performance.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine (1) the influence of competency on audit quality (2) the influence of independence on audit quality and (3) the effect of professionalism on audit quality in public accounting firms in Surakarta and Yogyakarta. The population of this study is auditors who work on KAP in Surakarta and Yogyakarta who are registered in IAI in 2019. The sampling technique uses Convenience sampling. This study uses a statistical package for social science (IBM SPSS) version 21 for windows as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate (1) Competence influences Audit Quality (2) Independence influences Audit Quality and (3) Professionalism influences Audit Quality.Keywords: Competence, Independence, Professionalism and Audit Quality.

Abstract

Perseroda yang focus bergerak dibidang energy tersebut dapatmeningkatkan kontribusinya bagi Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Sumsel. pada PT. Sumsel Energi Gemilang Sumatera Selatan, ternyata Iklim Kerja belum dilaksanakan dengan baik sehingga Produktivitas kerja pegawai belum optimal. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah Bagaimana PT. Sumsel Energi Gemilang Sumatera Selatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Iklim Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai PT. Sumsel Energi Gemilang Sumatera Selatan serta berguna sebagai bahan acuan untuk penelitian selanjutnya mengenai Iklim Kerja dan Produktivitas kerja pegawai. Hipotesis yang diajukan, Iklim Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Produktivitas kerja pegawai padaPT. Sumsel Energi Gemilang Sumatera Selatan. Pengumpulan dan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan studi pustaka dan studi lapangan dengan menggunakan cara observasi, kuisioner, interview dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil pembahasan diperoleh korelasi antara Iklim Kerja dalam upaya meningkatkan Produktivitas kerja pegawai pada PT. Sumsel Energi Gemilang Sumatera Selatan diperoleh angka r sebesar 0,57. Setelah dikonsultasikan dengan standar konservatif  terletak antara 0,400- 0,599 yang termasuk pada korelasi sedang. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang sedang antara Iklim Kerja terhadap Produktivitas kerja pegawai pada PT. Abstract

Disiplin merupakan sikap mental yang tercermin dalam perbuatan tingkah laku perorangan, kelompok atau masyarakat berupa kepatuhan terhadap peraturan dan kaidah yang berlaku, kedisiplinan merupakan fungsi operatif manajemen sumber daya manusia yang sangat penting dan akan menciptakan pegawai yang berkualitas. Akan tetapi dalam penerapannya masih ada saja pegawai yang melanggar peraturan yang ada atau tidak disiplin. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Kantor Kecamatan Buay Pemuka Peliung OKU Timur adalah “Bagaimana pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai”. Sedangkan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti apakah ada pengaruh yang kuat antara kedisiplinan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Buay Pemuka Peliung OKU Timur. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah kedisiplinan berpengaruh sangat kuat terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Buay Pemuka Peliung OKU Timur. Sedangkan tekhnik dari pengambilan data yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, kuisioner, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari pembahasan yang dilakukan adalah r = 0,923 setelah dihubungkan dengan standar konservatif terletak antara 0,800-1,000 termasuk dalam korelasi yang sangat kuat, besarnya kadar persentase diperoleh sebesar KP = 85,2% sedangkan dengan analisis uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung sebesar 8,304 dan t tabel sebesar 1,782. Dengan demikian t hitung > t tabel. Ini berarti Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Kesimpulannya adalah ada pengaruh yang sangat kuat antara kedisiplinan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Buay Pemuka Peliung OKU Timur.Kata kunci : Kedisiplinan, prestasi kerja pegawai, kantor kecamatan Buay Pemuka Peliung OKU Timur

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out about tax knowledge, income levels, tax sanctions and tax services on taxpayer compliance with Land and Building Tax in Jumapolo District. The regression model used in this study is a multiple linear regression model with the help of SPSS. Sampling technique using random sampling method (random) obtained as many as 100 taxpayer respondents who have the obligation to pay Land and Building Tax in Jumapolo District. The results of the study partially show that tax knowledge, income levels, and tax sanctions have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance with Land and Building Tax. Meanwhile, tax services partially have no effect on taxpayer compliance with the Land and Building Tax.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that can influence investment decisions that are influenced by the level of Islamic financial literacy and Islamic financial inclusion moderated by locus of control. This study uses assessment indicators that are sourced from customer respondents in Pemalang Syariah Mandiri Bank which generally can be known qualitative data. In general, there are several factors that can influence the investment decisions of independent Islamic bank customers. In this study will emphasize the assessment of factors that can influence investment decisions in terms of literacy level, Islamic financial inclusion and locus of control of customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri, Pemalang Regency. The object of this research is an independent Islamic bank in Pemalang Regency. Data needs were obtained from the results of the customer questionnaire at Bank Syariah Mandiri Pemalang Regency. The analytical tool used in this research is the method of data analysis and partial hypothesis testing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dissatisfaction dan competitor promotion terhadap brand switching melalui variety seeking sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel pada penelitian ini sejumlah 100 responden yang merupakan mantan pengguna situs belanja online Lazada di wilayah Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sample dan jenis yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Dissatisfaction tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Variety Seeking, (2) Dissatisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Brand Switching, (3) Competitor Promotion memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Variety Seeking, (4) Competitor Promotion memiliki pengaruh positif signifi kan terhadap Brand Switching. (5) Variety Seeking memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Brand Switching. (6) Dissatisfaction dan Competitor Promotion secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Variety Seeking. (7) Dissatisfaction, Competitor Promotion, dan Variety Seeking secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Brand Switching. (8) Dissatisfaction berpengaruh terhadap Brand Switching melalui Variety Seeking. (9) Competitor Promotion berpengaruh terhadap Brand Switching melalui Variety Seeking.Kata Kunci : Brand, Switching, Lazada.ABSTRACTThis research aims to examine the effect of dissatisfaction and competitor promotion on brand switching through variety seeking as an intervening variable.This research is a type of quantative research with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The sample in this study was 100 respondents who were former users of Lazada's online shopping site in the Surakarta region. The sampling technique uses a nonprobability sample and the type used is accidental sampling. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that (1) Dissatisfaction does not have a significant effect on Variety Seeking, (2) Dissatisfaction has a significant positive effect on Brand Switching, (3) Promotion Competitors have a significant positive influence on Variety Seeking, (4) Competitor Promotion has a positive influence significant to Brand Switching. (5) Variety Seeking has a significant positive effect on Brand Switching. (6) Dissatisfaction and Competitor Promotion simultaneously have a significant positive effect on Variety Seeking. (7) Dissatisfaction, Competitor Promotion, and Variety Seeking simultaneously have a significant positive effect on Brand Switching. (8) Dissatisfaction influences Brand Switching through Variety Seeking. (9) Competitor Promotion influences Brand Switching through Variety Seeking.Keywords: Brand, Switching, Lazada.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of a moderated sustainability report on good corporate governance variables on financial performance. The samples of this study were 4 commercial banks listed on the IDX that met the CGPI requirements during the period 2013-2020 so that 32 samples were obtained using purposive sampling technique. This study uses secondary data with the SEM Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool model. The results of this study indicate that the sustainability report of the social dimension has a positive and significant effect on banking financial performance, the sustainability report of the economic dimension and the environmental dimension has no effect on the financial performance of banks, and the sustainability report of the economic dimension, social dimension, and environmental dimension moderated by the variable of good corporate governance. does not affect the financial performance of banks.
