The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of self-confidence and support parents with the independence of student learning in SMA Dharma Pancasila Medan. This research is quantitative descriptive research. The population of the study were the students of SMA Dharma Pancasila Medan as many as 472 students consisting of class X as many as 4 classes, class XI as many as 5 classes, and class XII of 5 classes. By using Random Sampling Technique obtained sample of 120 respondents. The result of descriptive analysis shows that in general condition of self confidence, parent support and independence of studying high school students Dharma Pancasila classified. The results of multiple regression analysis of the first hypothesis show that there is a positive and significant relationship between self-confidence with learning independence, the contribution of 27.7%. The second hypothesis shows that there is a positive and significant correlation between parental support and learning independence, contribution of 31,2% and third hypothesis shows there is positive and significant correlation between self confidence and parent support to student learning independence with contribution equal to 41,9%. Based on the results of the study is expected all elements of the school to develop student independence through among other self-confidence planting that students can become independent individuals.

This study aims to determine the relationship of internal locus of control and social support with psychological wellbeing Disability in Aceh Tengah.The research using correlational quantitative methods. The sample of this study amounted to 93 students with disability by using simple random sampling technique. Data collection methods in this study using three scales, namely the scale of Psychological Wellbeing, Scale Locus Of Internal Control and Social Support Scale. Data analysis is Multiple Regression. The results of this study show (1) There is a significant positive relationship between internal locus of control and social support with psychological well-being, with coefficient rx12y = 0,592 with p = 0,000 with contribution of 35%. (2) there is a significant positive relation between locus of control Internal with psychological well-being, with coefficient rx1y = 0.337 with p = 0,000 with contribution of 11.3%. (3) there is a significant positive correlation between social support and psychological well-being, with coefficient rx2y = 0,554 with p = 0,000 with contribution of 30,7%, hence can be concluded that hypothesis accepted.

The objective of this research was to find out (1) the correlation between the students’ self efficacy, their family support, and their math anxiety, (2) the correlation between the students’ self efficacy and their math anxiety, and (3) the correlation between the students’ family support and their math anxiety. A math anxiety scale, a self-efficacy scale, and a family support scale were used as the instruments in this quantitative research. The collected data were then analyzed by using multiple regression and partial correlation analyses. The results indicated that the students’ self efficacy and their family support were in a significant correlation with those students’ math anxiety. It was showed by the coefficient F = 12.239; R = .548 with p = 0.000 (p 0.01). Moreover, it was also found that there was a correlation between the students’ self efficacy and their math anxiety with coefficient rx1 – y = -0.543 with p 0.01. In addition, the students’ family support was correlated to their math anxiety with coefficient rx2 – y = -0.257 with p 0.01. The students’ self efficacy and their family support gave as much as 30% of the influence in which 29.5% of it was from the self efficacy variable while 6.6% of it was from the family support variable.

Learning independence is one of the whips to face the challenges and learning tasks faced. Independent students can complete their work or tasks well even without the help of others. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and confidence with student learning independence in SMP Negeri 9 Tebing Tinggi. The population of this study are students of SMP Negeri 9 Tebing Tinggi as many as 600 students with random sampling technique obtained a sample of 120 respondents. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis technique. The result of the research shows that emotional intelligence and students' self-reliance in Junior High School 9 Tebing Tinggi are in normal category, while the self confidence of students of SMP Negeri 9 Tebing Tinggi is high. From the results of the first hypothesis test showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence with learning independence with a correlation of 0.606 and p-value 0.000. The second hypothesis shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between self-confidence with learning independence with a correlation of 0.565 and p-value 0.000. Furthermore, the third hypothesis shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and confidence with learning independence with a correlation of 0.706 and p-value 0.000. The total effective contribution of emotional intelligence and self confidence variables with student learning independence in SMP Negeri 9 Tebing Tinggi is 70.6%.

This research aim to know the correlation between religiosity and friendship with happiness on students. The proposed hypothesis is there a correlation between religiosity and friendship with happiness on students. This research was conducted to 100 students faculty of Islamic studies state Islamic high school. The methods used in this research is quantitative methods with the use of sampling techniques proportionate random sampling. The form of the scale in this research using a likert scale with a coefficient of reliability on the religiosity of 0,707, on the friendship of 0,740, and on happiness on students of 0,723. The analysis data used is analysis multiple regression and partial correlation. Based on the results of research it was concluded that there is a significant correlation between religiosity and friendship with happiness on students, indicated by the coefficient r = 0,686; with p = 0,00 means (p0,01) this means that the higher the religiosity and friendship then the higher the happinesson students. Based on the empirical mean and hypothetical mean of the religiosity variables in this research is (75.77055.00), the friendship variables is (78.02062.50) and the happiness on students variables is (75.06057.50) are known subject has high religiosity, friendship and happiness.

This research aims to determine the relationship between democratic parenting and peer interaction with emotional intelligence. The hypothesis proposed, there is a positive relationship between democratic parenting and peer interaction with emotional intelligence, the higher democratic parenting pattern and peer interaction, so the emotional intelligence will be the higher also . The population in this research amounted to 113 people and the sample in this research amounted to 85 people. The method that researchers use is quantitative and for take a sampling technique researchers using total sampling technique. Scale form in the researchers using Guttman scale with the coefficient of reliability in democratic parenting of 0.903 on peer interaction of 0.764 and on emotional intelligence of 0.888. Data analysis that researchers used is multiple regression analysis and partial correlation. Based on the result, researchers concluded that there is a significant relationship between democratic parenting and peer interaction with emotional intelligence, as shown by coefficient r = 0.518; with p = 0.00 means (p 0.01) it’s means that the higher the democratic parenting pattern and peer interaction so the emotional intelligence will be the higher also . Based on the empirical mean and hypothetical variables mean of democratic parenting in this research is (70.106 57.00), Interaction variables of peers (44.047 36.00), and emotional intelligence variables (64.176 52.500) known that the subject of research has a democratic parenting, interaction peers and high emotional intelligence.

This research aimed to examine the relationship between authoritarian parenting style and emotional maturity with student’s aggressive behavior. The subject of this research is students grade VIII in SMP Negeri 2 Medan as many as 60. Data analisys was used multiple linear regression.The result of this research showed that : (1) There is correlation authoritarian parenting style with aggressive behavior, with coefficient rx1y = 0.384, p = 0.001. It means higher authoritarian parenting style then it will be the higher aggressive behavior. The effectice contribution is 14.7% and remaining 85,3% is influenced by other factors not examined. (2) There is no correlation emotional maturity with aggressive behavior, with coefficient rx2y = 0.358, p = 0.003. It means lower emotional maturity no significantly followed by the high aggressive behavior. (3) There is correlation betweeen authoritarian parenting style and emotional maturity with aggressive behavior, with coefficien r = 0.449; p = 0.002 with p 0,010. It means authoritarian parenting style and emotional maturity influence aggressive behavior with effectice contribution is 20,20%.

The purpose of this research is to look at: the influence of Interpersonal Communication And motivation of working Against the performance of the personnel of units of the Criminal Police In Reserse Resort City of Great terrain. The hypothesis put forward is There influence of Interpersonal Communication And motivation of working Against the performance of the personnel of units of the Criminal Police In Reserse Resort City of Big Field Research carried out against Police personnel are part of the 71 Units Reserse criminal, with the total sampling is a sampling technique. Data retrieval method documentation in the form of personnel performance value obtained from Ka urbin ops, and methods of the scale i.e. interpersonal communication and motivation scale work. The results showed; 1.) there was significant influence between the interpersonal communication and motivation of work on performance (Freg coefficient = 48.323; sig 0.000). This indicates that the more good interpersonal communication and the higher motivation of work then the higher performance. Based on the results of this study, it can be stated that the hypothesis presented in this research were declared admissible. 2. interpersonal Communication) and contributed to the motivation of working performance of 58.7%. Separately, interpersonal communication contributes of 56.8% on performance, motivation of working contributes of 26.6% on performance. There is 41.3% of the influence of other variables on performance.

This research aims to look at the relationship between Self Efficacy and Social Support with the Subjective Well-Being of Drug Users at the Social Rehabilitation Center for Victims of Drug Abuse "INSYAF" Medan. The research method uses quantitative research. The population of This research are 180 drug users who are undergoing rehabilitation. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling with a total sample of 80 .Data collection uses a Self Efficacy scale, a Social Support scale, a Subjective Well-Being scale. The Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed there was a significant positive relationship between Self Efficacy and Subjective Well-Being with the correlation coefficient (R) = 0.681; sig ˂0.05. The hypothesis is accepted with an effective contribution of 46.3%. There is a positive significant relationship between Social Support and Subjective Well-Being with the correlation coefficient (R) = 0.711; Sig 0.05. The hypothesis is accepted with an effective contribution of 50.5%. There is a positive significant relationship between Self Efficacy and Social Support with Subjective Well-Being with the correlation coefficient (R) = 0.653; sig˂0.05. The hypothesis is accepted with the effective contribution of the two independent variables to the dependent variable by 42.6%. This means that there is another factor of 57.4% of Subjective Well-Being. other factors could be income, religion, social relations, culture, self Eksteem ,etc.

This study aims to determine empirical influence perceptions of salary and organizational climate on employee motivation at PT. Prudential Life Assurance Pruadvance Medan. The population of 56 people and the sample is the total population of 56 people.The methods of data collections are the scale of perception of salary, the scale of organizational climate and the scale of work motivation. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of data analysis showed that (1) There is significant influence of perception of salary to work motivation with R2 = 0.539 (p = 0.000). (2) There is significant influence of organizational climate to work motivation R2= 0.601 (p = 0.000). (3) There is significant influence of perception of salary and organizational climate to work motivation R2 = 0.640 (p = 0.000). Specifically, it is known that in this study, perception of salary is classified as positive, organizational climate is classified as conducive and work motivation of employees is high. the whole hypothesis can be declared accepted. The total efecvtive contribution of perception of salary variable and organizational climate to work motivation is 64%. It means there are still 36% influence from other factors to work motivation
