Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand how the Balanced Scorecard is implemented as an alternative performance measurement for companies using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data analysis based on the Balanced Scorecard concept serves as a guide for researchers to elaborate on information at Bank 9 Jambi, indicating performance measurement based on three perspectives: financial perspective, customer perspective, and internal business perspective. The results of this research provide information on the performance measurement of Bank 9 Jambi using the Balanced Scorecard method for the period 2017-2019. Researchers can draw conclusions regarding the performance measurement of the company using the Balanced Scorecard method at PT. Bank 9 Jambi, considering the financial perspective of PT. Bank 9 Jambi appears to be good. From the customer perspective, the performance of PT. Bank 9 Jambi seems satisfactory. The internal business process perspective suggests that continuous development is needed for PT. Bank 9 Jambi.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine whether there is a significant influence on financial performance before and after the operation of Financial Technology (Fintech) in Jambi. The variables used in this study employed financial ratios, namely Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Return Of Assets (ROA), Operational Efficiency Ratio (BOPO), and Non-Performing Loan (NPL) in banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the period 2015-2018. The testing methods utilized in this research include the Paired Sample T-test for normally distributed data and the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test for non-normally distributed data. The findings of this study indicate a significant influence on the financial ratios of CAR and BOPO. Meanwhile, for the variables ROA, LDR, and NPL, there is no significant influence on the financial performance of banking companies before and after the emergence of Financial Technology (Fintech) in Jambi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of services provided to batara savings customers at PT. Jambi Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) branch, then to find out the customer's decision on Batara Savings to save at PT. The Jambi State Savings Bank (Persero) Branch, and to find out the effect of service quality on customers' decisions on Batara Savings to save at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Jambi Branch. The method used by the author in this study is a survey method that is an investigation that is held to obtain the facts of the symptoms that exist and look for information - information factually, both about the social, economic or political institutions of a group or region. Survey research is used with the intention of explanation (explanatory) that there is data collected, processed and analyzed to be able to explain causal relationships or correlations between hypothesis testing variables. The analytical tool used in this study uses simple regression with proof of the hypothesis by statistical tests t. The results of the study show that service quality has a significant effect on customer decisions which are indicated by t count> t table and prog. sig <alpha (0.05). while the correlation value of 0.991 means that there is a close relationship between service quality variables and customer decision variables.

Abstract

The situation resulting from the Covid-19 Pandemic is a situation full of uncertainty (uncertainty). Some experts have even realized and predicted that a situation like this will have an impact and risk for economic actors, causing micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to be able to survive and compete to gain market share by implementing management strategies, concepts and management plans. . it is good. Using multiple linear regression analysis, it can be seen that the variables consumer orientation and innovation orientation have a significant influence on business performance. It is necessary to analyze the direct influence of entrepreneurial marketing dimensions on business performance so that the three independent variables do not have a direct influence on business performance. The purpose of this research is to formulate the ability to be able to utilize the resources they have even though they are limited (resource-based view) so that they can at least maintain financial performance or even be able to achieve competitive advantage with their competitors with the strategy being through the Entrepreneurial Marketing (EM) approach. The data in this research was obtained through distributing questionnaires and interviews with the Keys Coffee Shop manager in Jambi City. The research results show that the variables consumer orientation and innovation orientation have a significant positive influence on Coffee Shop business performance in Jambi City.

Abstract

The creative economy is a sector that has potential and is the latest source of economic growth as the government's solution to prevent the national economy from slowing down in recent years. There are several creative economy sectors that have an important role in increasing the growth of the creative economy in Indonesia. One indicator of the creative economy sector that has good performance is exports, where exports are a component of GDP. This means that if there is an increase in creative industry exports, then GDP originating from the creative economy will increase and ultimately increase national economic growth. Labor also plays an important role in increasing the growth of the creative economy. The aim of this research is to see the influence of exports and labor on the growth of the creative economy in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data from 2010-2022. The research results show that the export variable has no effect on the growth of the creative economy, while the labor variable has a positive effect on GDP. If the labor variable increases by 1%, the growth of the creative economy in Indonesia will also increase by 0.07%.

Abstract

Material Requirement Planning (MRP) is a method used to plan raw material inventory. The aim of this research is to analyze the MRP method which is suitable for planning the supply of raw materials for Sanger Coffee and Americano Coffee products at Serayu Kopi Medan. The lotting techniques used in this research are the Lot For Lot (LFL) method and the Period Order Quantity (POQ) method. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the most effective and efficient method applied at Serayu Kopi Medan is the POQ method. The LFL method produces inventory costs of IDR 660,000, while the POQ method can produce inventory costs of IDR 502,000. This means that using the POQ Serayu Kopi Medan method will save costs of IDR 158,000. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that from the Lot Sizing calculation results, the total inventory cost obtained using the Period Order Quantity (POQ) method is IDR 502,000, which is the most effective and efficient method to use because it can minimize ordering costs and holding costs so that the total costs incurred small when compared to the Lot for Lot (LFL) method with a total cost of IDR 660,000.

Abstract

SAK EMKM aims to make it easier for SMEs to gain access to funding from various financial institutions, so the presence of SAK EMKM is expected to help SMEs in Indonesia in preparing financial reports. The problem that often occurs is that SMEs are not yet able to make financial reports. This research aims to prepare financial reports for the laundry service business "IO LAUNDRY" located on Jln. Kapten Rahmad Buddin, Medan Marelan in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities. The results of this research show the financial reports of the IO LAUNDRY service business in the form of profit and loss reports, capital changes reports, balance sheets. This research is expected to provide information for IO LAUNDRY business owners in implementing Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities. Based on the results of the discussion that has been described in the previous chapters in this research and based on the data and information that has been obtained in this research, it can be concluded as follows that from the results of research for three months, namely January, February and March, then IO LAUNDRY can find out how much income/profit was earned during those three months, namely IDR 48,850,000.-. Regarding IO LAUNDRY's readiness to implement SAK-EMKM as the basis for financial reports, in this case in terms of perception indicators and supporting facilities, it can be said that Medan city MSME players are quite ready to make financial reports based on SAK-EMKM.

Abstract

Financial reports are needed by companies to evaluate business activities and performance, provide financial information, determine the value of a company and make decisions by stakeholders. The main source in preparing financial reports is Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) which are prepared by a competent and independent body. SAK is a procedure or rule that must be adhered to in preparing financial reports, so that financial reports occur. Apart from SAK, there are other financial reporting standards. One of them is the Financial Accounting Standards for Entities Without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP). The problem that often occurs is that SMEs are not yet able to make financial reports. Financial reports are very important for predicting financial flows in Small and Medium Enterprises. SME Financial Reports. This research aims to prepare financial reports for Berkah Boutique Business in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Non-Accountable Entities. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method. Primary data sources are in the form of interviews, observations and transaction evidence. The results of this research show the financial reports of Berkah Boutique Business in the form of a balance sheet financial position report, profit and loss report, report on changes in capital (equity).

Abstract

This research method uses a descriptive analysis approach with the variables used being working capital turnover and profit with the research data source being secondary data. The author uses data collection techniques, namely observation and documentation in the form of financial reports (Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss) and interviews. Based on the results of research and discussions that have been carried out, it can be concluded that working capital turnover tends to increase from November - December, increasing every period, but in the August period it decreased to minus, this shows that the company's working capital has not been effective and inadequate in increasing profit at Miby Parfum Medan. And profits decreased in September, the decrease was due to increasing expenses. The decrease was due to quite high costs incurred while net profit experienced a decline.

Abstract

Dinamika Bangsa University E-payment website is an information system developed by UNAMA's IT Division in 2020 and is used to confirm online tuition payment transactions. the results of observations and interviews conducted with several students indicate that the Dinamika Bangsa University e-Payment website still has several problems in its use, namely the information on the web is incomplete, for example there is no information about the rules for writing NIMs andThe name on the payment receipt paid via ATM and e-banking.This study aims to determine the satisfaction level of the UNAMA E-payment website and to determine the effect of the relationship between research variables using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) web e-Payment methods at Dinamika Bangsa University. This study uses path analysis as a data analysis technique with the help of SPSS software version 26. based on the analysis of the data that has been described, it can be see that of the 7 research variables which contain 6 research hypotheses, the variables content, accuracy, ease of use, and timeliness are stated to have a positive and significant effect on the attitude toward using variable. Besides that, the attitude toward using variable also has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction variable. The rejected hypothesis is the relationship between the format variable and the attitude toward using variable.
