Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of world exchange rates and oil on financial markets in Indonesia from 1993 to 2022. The type of data in this research is secondary data and multiple linear regression analysis methods. That the exchange rate has a positive and significant effect on the financial market in Indonesia, which means that every increase in the exchange rate is followed by an increase in the financial market in Indonesia. World oil has a negative and significant effect on the financial market in Indonesia, meaning that every increase in world oil will reduce the financial market in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines the reactions of investors in the stock market to the financial performance of banks in Indonesia. The data used for research is secondary data from banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used is secondary data for 4 years (2019-2022). The method used is multiple regression analysis. The indicators used to measure banking financial performance are ROA (Return on Assets), Return on Equity (ROE) and Earnings per Share (EPS). The results of this study indicate that investors react negatively when there are changes in Return on Assets (ROA), but investors react differently when there are changes in Return on Equity (ROE) and Earnings per Share (EPS). The reaction to these two variables is positive, meaning that changes in ROE and EPS are responded positively by investors

Abstract

Floods are stagnant water caused by blocked rivers or rainfall. Currently residents estimate the potential for flooding is still done manually, there is no monitoring system for detecting water levels and flood warnings. There is no use of ultrasonic-based technology and telegram information notifications for monitoring water level levels as flood detectors. In this study the authors used data analysis methods consisting of observations, interviews and literature studies. The stages of designing a water level monitoring tool system as a flood detector using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method consist of Requirements Analysis, Design Workshop (Modeling) and Implementation (Implementation). The purpose of this research is to make a water level monitoring tool as a flood detector using an ultrasonic sensor. Assisting online monitoring of water levels via smartphone telegrams as early information on flooding and increasing citizen awareness to detect water levels. The results of this study are that the water level monitoring tool for flood detection can detect the water level properly and can help minimize losses from the impact of flooding on residents by using this tool. The ultrasonic sensor provides accurate information about the water level distance. The buzzer sounds according to the expected distance and sound intensity. Telegram warning notifications provide monitoring information and water level warnings as flood detectors according to the specified water level settings. The mini water pump pumps standing water and drains the water to a safe place when the ultrasonic sensor detects that the distance has reached the maximum limit.

Abstract

Working time measurement is an attempt to identify the typical time required to finish a job in order to achieve a balance between output produced and labour performed. During the investigation, the problem was that employee working hours varied, thus it was required to enhance the working hours of sales outlet personnel. The findings of observations in non-productive areas were 0.27, indicating that there was still allowance time occurring at that site, indicating that research must be conducted continually. Trying to achieve standard time throughout sales outlet working hours and looking for strategies to boost outlet worker efficiency during the job process. The work sample approach was employed in the company's research, and the results showed that the standard time for a sales outlet to serve each customer required a minimum of p.1= 6.162 minutes, p.2= 8.453 minutes, for a total of 18.17 minutes. The standard productivity that two outlet employees must achieve during one shift (6 working hours) can be calculated using the standard time computation, which is a minimum of 19.81 ≈ 20 pcs of products sold.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal communication on employee performance in the work environment of the East Aceh District National Land Agency with 29 employee respondents. This type of research is field-based using a quantitative approach. In this study the authors used a quantitative and associative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used library study techniques and questionnaire techniques. The results showed: 1) Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the coefficient value tcount<ttable, which is 3.490<1.703 at 0.002<0.05 significant. It is concluded that hypothesis H is rejected and H1 is accepted. 2) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the coefficient value of tcount>ttable, which is 3.769>1.703 at a significant 0.001<0.05. It can be concluded that hypothesis H is rejected and H1 is accepted. 3) work attitude has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the value of the coefficient tcount>ttable, which is 0.004<1.703 at a significant 0.960>0.05. which concluded that the research hypothesis H3 was rejected and H0 was accepted. 4) Simultaneously interpersonal communication, job training and work attitudes have a positive effect on improving employee performance. Which is based on the results of the study using the F test (simultaneous test) with a significant value of α 0.000 <0.05 and the value of Fcount > Ftable (68.382> 3.35). The magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is R Square 0.878 or equal to 87.8%. This figure implies that the variables Interpersonal Communication (X1), Training (X2), Work Attitude (X3) simultaneously affect the Employee Performance variable (Y) of 87.8%. And the rest (100% -87.8% = 12.2%) is influenced by other variables outside the regression equation or the variables studied.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, sistem penjaminan mutu internal, dan budaya sekolah terhadap mutu kompetensi guru di SD Negeri 1 Kota Langsa. Populasi terdiri dari 32 guru SD Negeri 1 Kota Langsa, dengan sampel yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling, sehingga melibatkan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode non-tes, dengan menggunakan angket dan studi perpustakaan sebagai instrumen penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS, termasuk analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil berikut: Pertama, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu kompetensi guru di SD Negeri 1 Kota Langsa. Hal ini menegaskan peran penting kepala sekolah dalam membentuk mutu kompetensi guru. Kedua, penelitian tidak menemukan pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari sistem penjaminan mutu internal terhadap mutu kompetensi guru di sekolah tersebut. Ini mengindikasikan bahwa sistem penjaminan mutu internal mungkin belum memainkan peran signifikan dalam peningkatan mutu kompetensi guru di lingkungan ini. Ketiga, juga tidak ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan yang ditemukan dari budaya sekolah terhadap mutu kompetensi guru di SD Negeri 1 Kota Langsa. Ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya sekolah mungkin belum menjadi faktor dominan dalam membentuk mutu kompetensi guru. Terakhir, uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, sistem penjaminan mutu internal, dan budaya sekolah memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap mutu kompetensi guru di sekolah ini. Kesimpulan utamanya adalah bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memainkan peran kunci dalam meningkatkan mutu kompetensi guru, sementara sistem penjaminan mutu internal dan budaya sekolah belum memberikan dampak yang signifikan dalam konteks ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 1 Karang Baru, Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Faktor-faktor yang dianalisis meliputi kompetensi dasar guru, kreativitas, dan motivasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan 60 guru sebagai populasi utama, dengan pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode non-tes dengan menggunakan angket dan studi perpustakaan sebagai instrumen penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 26, menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan temuan yang relevan: Pertama, kompetensi dasar guru memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 1 Karang Baru, Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Ini menekankan pentingnya kompetensi dasar guru dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kinerja mereka. Kedua, penelitian tidak menemukan pengaruh yang signifikan dari kreativitas terhadap kepuasan kinerja guru di sekolah tersebut, mengindikasikan bahwa faktor ini mungkin tidak menjadi pendorong utama dalam kepuasan kinerja guru di lingkungan tersebut. Ketiga, motivasi guru terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 1 Karang Baru. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya faktor motivasi dalam membentuk kepuasan kinerja guru. Terakhir, hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dasar guru, kreativitas, dan motivasi secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 1 Karang Baru, Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga untuk pengembangan strategi dan kebijakan yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kinerja guru di sekolah tersebut.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises are the largest economic actors in the Indonesian economy. They are the primary source of state income, one of which is the Indonesian state. Micro, small, and medium enterprises can create many entrepreneurs and open many jobs to become the business sector that contributes the most to national development. This study used a quantitative approach. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The result of this study is that the implementation of entrepreneurial applications is proven to increase the productivity of the micro, small, and medium enterprises sector of tegal stalls, pecel lele, solo iced tea, padang restaurants, fried rice, laundry services, motorcycle washing services, coffee shops, ngodeng, and geprek chicken substantially with an average percentage increase of 29.3%. To increase the productivity and efficiency of micro, small, and medium enterprises, it can utilize the application of entrepreneurship effectively and directly influence micro, small, and medium enterprises. The positive influence on micro, small, and medium enterprises can enjoy various advantages from using entrepreneurial applications. The implementation of entrepreneurial applications can be done using the website to improve service quality and expand customer networks.

Abstract

The development approach used in this project is the RAD method, which involves structured stages starting from planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, to delivery. which focuses on Pempek products to promote their products efficiently, providing easy ordering services for users who want to buy Pempek products. This application allows sellers to market their products easily through clear product images, descriptions, and prices, users can quickly find the Pempek products they are looking for and place orders easily, with this application, it is hoped that Pempek sales shops can develop and gain exposure larger ones, while users can easily use the PHP programming language and use MySQL, Pempek Palembang Online, the distribution of its products which still uses a conventional system found several problems that often occur, one of which is still manual, therefore with the application it is hoped that it can make it easier for customers to buy the products they need, and of course make it easier for companies to transact with their customers. Quickly and Efficiently, without having to come directly to the seller's location.

Abstract

Noys Vapehouse is a vapestore that has just opened in East Jakarta, more precisely in July 2023. Noys Vapehouse sells various kinds of vape tools and equipment and sells the latest products. Not only that, but there are other things that attract consumers to make purchasing decisions at Noys Vapehouse using quantitative methodology. In collecting this data, the following data collection methods were used: 1. making direct observations and observations regarding matters related to the influence of online marketing strategies on consumer purchasing decisions. 2. Literature study The aim of this research is to study and analyze how online marketing strategies influence purchasing decisions made by consumers. It was concluded that of the 56 respondents used as a sample each had data of 4 people (7%) aged 13-17, 47 people (84%) aged 18-25, 3 people (5%) aged 26-39, and 2 people (4%) aged 40-49, it was concluded that of the 56 respondents sampled, 37 people (66%) were male and 19 people (34%) were female. The influence of online marketing strategies on consumer purchasing decisions is very significant. By leveraging online platforms, companies can reach consumers more effectively, provide more accessible information, and create greater engagement. Providing informative content and online promotions can influence consumer perceptions of products, thus, online marketing strategies are key in gaining consumer support and increasing sales.
