Abstract

Human resources who are professional and have high dynamic and competitive competence in facing the challenges of the 21st century are needed in organizations. Key competitive factor in creating an organization that has an advantage is the HR development program. Companies or organizations either government or private need employees who have certain talents so that the company can develop. Everyone has different talents from others, so management around good talent is needed to overcome the career problems of employees in the company. The management of talented human resources is very necessary, in order to detect, develop, and use their talents to achieve personal and organizational goals more optimally. Variables in this study are: talent management, risk management and individual performance. The purpose of this study is: (1) analyzing the influence of talent management on employee performance (2). analyze the influence of risk management on the performance of employees who take research locations at PT. Petikemas Surabaya. The results showed that there is a significant influence between talent management and risk management both partially and simultaneously on performance so that all hioptesis in this study can be proven acceptable.

Abstract

One of the problems in international relations occurred due to international trade which led to the European Union's feud against Indonesia on January 17, 2018 in which the European Parliament made a decision on the use of palm oil for biodiesel products. The decision was made to increase energy efficiency to 35% by 2030, most parliaments approved the plan to ban the use of palm oil as the main raw material in biodiesel in 2021, seeing this the Government of Indonesia through the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) starting January 1, 2020, a ban on the export of nickel ore or nickel ore will be imposed. The decision was made in an effort to maintain nickel reserves by considering the sustainability of the supply of raw materials from existing smelters. This research was conducted using descriptive quantitative methods with a literature/literature study approach and was descriptive. The results of this study conclude that bilateral international relations between Indonesia and the European Union are very tight, this is indicated by the existence of trade problems and the existence of a lawsuit to the WTO from the European Union against Indonesia. to increase State spending, improve trade relations between Indonesia and the European Union with consideration of tax relief, implementation of guidance for exporters/MSMEs who will export their products. The WTO in resolving disputes between its members has a system that is in many ways unique and successful

Abstract

Economic growth between regencies/cities in West Java Province on 2016-2020 is different, this indicates that there is development inequality. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of development inequality and regional classification based on per capita income and economic growth between districts/cities in West Java Province on 2016-2020. This study uses the Williamson Index analysis approach and the Klassen Typology analysis. The results of this study indicate that the average development inequality between regencies/cities in West Java Province in 2016-2020 is 0.65802. These results indicate that development inequality is still relatively high. Based on the results of Klassen's Typology analysis, most areas in West Java Province are included in the Developing Regions group. These areas include Majalengka Regency, Kuningan Regency, Sumedang Regency, Bandung Regency, Cianjur Regency, Tasikmalaya Regency, Sukabumi Regency, Bogor Regency, Tasikmalaya City, Depok City, Banjar City, Pangandaran Regency, Ciamis Regency, and Bogor City. It is hoped that local governments can formulate policies and strategies in utilizing and managing the potential of each region as well as increasing investment in order to improve the process of regional economic growth in an effort to equalize development.

Abstract

Regional tensions strongly influence international economic and political relations in a strategic environment. The development of the current geo-economic view shows a mixture of economic and security interests that has begun to blur the separation. The emergence of the AUKUS trilateral pact consisting of Australia, Britain and the United States has further increased tensions in the Indo-Pacific region, especially with China. This study aims to examine the impact of AUKUS on ASEAN, in terms of the geo-economics that have changed at this time. This study was prepared using qualitative research methods through literature study. ASEAN centrality has not been able to face this challenge as a counterbalance so that each member country provides a variety of responses. The challenges ahead are much more difficult because the changing world order with the competition between America and China has shifted closer to their home, in the strategic Indo-Pacific region.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to prove the influence of leadership and communication on employee job satisfaction at the Youth and Sports Office of South Sulawesi Province, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 55 people from a population of 120 people with the Accidental Sampling technique. The results showed: (1) Leadership has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with the results of the T-test > T-table and a significant value of 0.002 <0.05. (2) Communication has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with the results of the T-test > T-table test and a significant value of 0.021 <0.05. (3) Leadership and communication simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with the results of the calculated F test > F table test and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05

Abstract

The capital market has a big role in the economy, some of these functions are as a means for companies to seek capital and also as an investment instrument for the community. In college, materials are usually taught about the capital market and other financial institutions. Therefore, students are considered to have sufficient financial literacy so that students can invest. However, the number of FEB students recorded in 2020 was 2038 people, while students who had RDN were only 49 people or 2.40% of the total FEB students. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis, the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. with the desired respondent criteria in this study, including: 1. Active students of FEB UBPK; 2. Class of 2018, 2019, and 2020 students; and 3. Students who already have personal income. Based on the results of research conducted that the significance value of the influencer variable is 0.000 < 0.05 and the financial literacy variable has a significant value of 0.000 < 0.005. it can be concluded that the two variables have a significant positive effect on investment interest. Then simultaneously financial literacy variables and influencers have a significant effect on student investment interest.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure and company growth on company value, test capital structure on company value moderated by profitability, and test company growth on company value moderated by profitability. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The sample used was 52 companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) in 2016-2020 using a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The data used in this research is secondary data. The data analysis in this study used the classical assumption test and the T MRA (Moderate Regression Analysis) test using the SPSS 24 application. The results showed that capital structure had a negative and significant effect on company value, company growth had no significant positive effect on company value, and profitability could moderate the effect capital structure on company value, and profitability cannot moderate the effect of company growth on company value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived value and satisfaction on tourists' revisit intention on Merci Barn Tourism. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with a total sample of 97 people. The data was obtained by giving a statement in the form of a questionnaire directly to the respondent to obtain valid data. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that perceived value and satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on the revisit intention of tourists to Merci Barn Tourism, either simultaneously or partially. Determination test results found an R square value of 0.794, this means that the revisit intention of tourists to Merci Barn Tourism can be explained by the perceived value and satisfaction variables of 79.4%, while the rest (20.6%) is explained by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effectiveness of IMB retribution receipts in Aceh Barat Daya Regency and its contribution to PAD revenue in Aceh Barat Daya Regency. The method used in this study uses a quantitative descriptive approach regarding the effectiveness of IMB Retribution Receipts based on the facts and data obtained. Primary data was taken through direct observation from observed sources and recorded for the first time at the Investment and One Stop Service Office (DPMPTSP) of Southwest Aceh Regency. Secondary data are summarized from records and documents, as well as archives at the Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) of Southwest Aceh Regency. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that from 2017 to 2021 the receipt of IMB retribution is effective even though in 2016 it is less effective. The contribution of the building permit levy from 2016 to 2021 contributed to the relatively small contribution of the Southwest Aceh Regency's Original Revenue

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the role of agility, work discipline, communication skills and intellectual intelligence on the performance of BPR-BKK Demak Regency employees. The population in this study were employees of PT. BPR BKK Demak Regency with a total of 148 people. The sampling technique used in this study was proportionate stratified random sampling. Determination of the number of samples in this study was determined by the Slovin formula obtained by 60 respondents. Sources of data using primary data with data collection method using a questionnaire. Data analysis used linear regression analysis. The results of agility research have a positive and significant effect on the performance of BPR-BKK employees in Demak Regency. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BPR-BKK employees in Demak Regency. Communication skills have a positive and significant effect on the performance of BPR-BKK employees in Demak Regency. Intellectual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BPR-BKK Demak Regency employees.
