Abstract

This study is a strategic analysis of the current condition of empowering the coconut industry in North Sulawesi which is reflected in the performance of national exports. The hypothesis that has been developed refers to the comparative strength of the competitiveness of countries in the Southeast Asian region in facing the Asia Pacific free trade era as a turbolence effect of world free trade openness which has caused international market competition to become increasingly extreme due to the rapid advancement of information technology. Vibration of the rural economy has significance for the resilience of a country's national economy. On the other hand, open access to world information that has reached rural areas is not fragmented by the touch of technological advances in the coconut processing industry in rural areas and is still trapped by its traditional stigma. The analysis of this paper elaborates on the implementation of value engineering innovations in downstream integrated coconut processing on a rural industrial scale as a breakthrough in efforts to accelerate the distribution of skills and welfare of rural farming communities in improving the final quality of downstreaming people's coconut products, as a contribution to bridging the reality of inequality in economic empowerment and applied technology in rural North Sulawesi.

Abstract

PT. Benknet is a company that focuses on providing internet services in the village of O'o, Dompu District, Dompu Regency. As of 2018 until now, PT. Benknet controls several areas to provide internet services, including the areas of Dompu District, Hu'u District, Pajo District, Pekat District to include the Bima Regency area to be precise in Woha District, Sila Village and its surroundings. The phenomenon that occurs in this study is the success of PT. Benknet to aggressively expand its services so as to be able to provide internet services in a wide area for 6 years. The qualitative approach is the approach used in this study which is intended to describe reality or know from events that are used as research objects which then make it easier to obtain objective data. The results of this study indicate the management of PT. Benknet performs structured management control in both formal control systems and informal control systems so that all management functions run effectively and efficiently. PT management Benknet is fully aware of the importance of implementing a Management Control System in the company to ensure the company's performance is in accordance with management's plans and expectations. In addition, it turns out that the management of PT. Benknet understands how to apply a good and correct Management Control System so that PT. Benknet was able to achieve success and still survive as one of the largest internet service providers for 6 years.

Abstract

The current business competition makes companies have to carry out a mature strategic plan. Mataram White Sugar Company is a company engaged in trade manufacturing. As for the background of this research, based on pre-research that has been done, it turns out that a number of employees experience work stress, this can be caused by the absence of bonuses given, or jobs that do not match their expertise. so that it shows the existence of deviant behavior carried out by employees in the company with various types such as: going home early and damaging the existing facilities at the company, leaving late, and working unprofessionally. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population used in this research is all employees of PT. Mataram White Sugar, Central Lampung. The sample used in this research is the permanent employees of PT. Mataram White Sugar. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Where the primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. The questionnaire was distributed to employees via gform to 92 respondents using random sampling technique. The research results of perceived organizational support have no effect on counterproductive behavior and work stress has an effect on counterproductive behavior. In an Islamic economic perspective, it emphasizes that we as Muslims must always appreciate the contributions made by others. In addition, in Islam it has provided trials that the people themselves cannot possibly overcome, so that Islam prohibits people from despairing in carrying out activities and in Islam it is also forbidden to carry out behavior that can inhibit or harm other people.

Abstract

Green Marketing (GM) concepts provide suitable solutions for balancing efficiency and environmental concerns. The objective of this paper is to provide an extensive bibliometric literature review on ‘green marketing’ as a term and concept. Articles were located through scopusr database over a period of 20 years (2000 - 2020). The population in question is 1,104 scientific publication titles (9 November 2020). Mendeley software was used to manage and resume the references. We have reviewed this database and attempted to classify articles using VOSviewer software. fourteen clusters were reviewed; the words most frequently occurring in each group were ‘green consumer behavior’, ‘green awareness, 'evnironmental sustainability', 'greenwash' and ‘corporate social responsibility’. This cluster represents the research streams of green marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The Role of Product Innovation in achieving Competitive Advantage in Cashew MSMEs in Central Buton Regency. (2) The role of Market Orientation in achieving Competitive Advantage in Cashew MSMEs in Central Buton Regency. This research uses an approach with Quantitative methods, Data collection in this study used Literature Study and Questionnaire Distribution. The population of this study were all cashew MSME business actors in Central Buton Regency. While the sample of this study amounted to 48 people. Testing this research instrument using the Validity Test and Reliability Test with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is the measurement model test (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 3.0. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Product Innovation variable on Competitive Advantage as indicated by the t-statistic value of 2.180 with a P-Value of 0.030 and the Market Orientation variable also has a positive and significant effect on Competitive Advantage as indicated by the t-statistic value of 5.143 with a P-Value of 0.000.

Abstract

Marketing literacy has proven a lot that consumer attitudes influence their buying behavior. Therefore, research on consumer attitudes is one of the interesting studies. Marketers are competing to issue certain products or promos that can influence consumer attitudes. This study aims to examine the attitude of travelers in the perspective of the tri-component attitude model towards the Gledek price promo and the OTW promo issued by Tiket.com, specifically at the end of 2022. This study uses a qualitative approach where data is collected and analyzed using netnography methods. Researchers collected and analyzed relevant data posted by International Backpacker members on the Facebook platform in October-November 2022, namely 27 posts. The results showed that consumers gave a positive attitude towards the promo, both from a cognitive, affective, and conative perspective. The results of this research are expected to be a reference for companies, brands and small-scale businesses in creating promos that are of value to their consumers so as to influence their purchasing behavior. The results of this study also enrich previous research and are able to provide references for future researchers on similar topics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors of corruption and governance in determining the amount of Regional Government Revenue in all provinces in Indonesia. This research method uses quantitative approach by analyzing the number of corruption cases that have been taken in kracht in court as well as the results of evaluations of the regional government performance from 2010 to 2017. A total of 30 provinces from 34 provinces in Indonesia were taken as samples to avoid abnormal distribution. The model used is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) showing that the factors of corruption and governance determine significantly in the opposite direction, where the corruption factor determines the negative direction while the governance factor determines the Regional Government Revenue positively. The two independent variables show that there is a close relationship between corruption and governance, this can occur with improved governance, which will reduce the level of corruption so that it can increase Regional Government Revenue. One way of governance to reduce the occurrence of corruption is to implement the application of one-stop service and e-system.

Abstract

Pusuk Sembalun Tourism Park is a natural tourist area that offers a unique view of the slopes of Mount Rinjani, Lombok. The view is dominated by hills, mountains, expanses of rice fields, and traditional houses that have very high historical value. Pusuk Sembalun Tourism Park is located at the foot of Mount Rinjani. The address for the Pusuk Sembalun Tourism Park is on Jl. Jl. Wisata Gunung Rinjani, Sembalun District, East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province (NTB). This study uses the concept of a promotional mix in the form of advertising, personal selling and sales marketing. This study uses a descriptive method using qualitative data. The methods used in collecting data are interviews, observations or coming directly to tourist attractions, and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the form of promotion strategy implemented by Umbul Square Tourism, namely advertising using various TV stations, billboards, and various social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and websites), needs to be implemented in the procurement of waste management according to the category, minimizing use of non-environmentally friendly vehicles. The promotion strategy plays an important role in increasing the number of tourists, the promotional activities carried out by the destination manager are good and need to be improved again so that they are more famous, and tourists want to return to Pusuk Sembalun Tourism

Abstract

This study aims to determine: the application of TPP (additional employee income) and ASN performance at BPKAD West Lombok Regency, as well as the effect of TPP implementation on ASN performance at BPKAD West Lombok Regency. The type of research used in this research is descriptive and associative. The population in this study were all ASN employees at BPKAD West Lombok Regency, totaling 59 employees. The number of samples used was 58 employees with purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive, classic assumption test and simple linear regression. The results showed that the implementation of TPP in the West Lombok BPKAD in terms of Class of Position, Workload and Attendance was in the "Good" category (average 4.09); The ASN's performance at the West Lombok BPKAD was in the "Good" category (4.03). The results of simple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 26.536 + 0.266X and from the results of the hypothesis test the value of t count > t table (4.548 > 1.6715) showed that TPP had an effect on ASN performance at BPKAD Lombok Barat.

Abstract

Konsumen memiliki berbagai pertimbangan dalam memanfaatkan jasa transportasi online seperti Maxim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kenyamanan, keamanan, dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Maxim di Kota Batam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif-deskriptif. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden yang merupakan konsumen Maxim di Kota Batam. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 100 sampel dimana teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda yang dimulai dengan uji kualitas data dan uji asumsi klasik sebelum melakukan uji pengaruh dan uji hipotesis. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan, keamanan, dan kepercayaan secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil penelitian ini bisa menjadi dasar bagi Maxim maupun perusahaan transportasi online lainnya untuk semakin meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen perusahaan dari segi kemudahan, keamanan, dan kepercayaan.
