Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on the decision to repurchase Slai O'lai products in the people of Kediri City and Regency. This type of research is explanatory research, which explains and proves the relationship and influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The research method used is quantitative method. This study used a sample of 110 respondents and distributed questionnaires in the City and District of Kediri with the help of Google Forms. Sampling used non-probability sampling method with convenience sampling method. The sample consists of respondents who live in the City and District of Kediri, aged 17 years and over, and have purchased Slai O'lai products more than 2 (two) times. The data used are primary and secondary data, while the analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) with validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on the decision to repurchase Slai O'lai sandwich biscuits. Keywords: brand Image, Product Quality, Repurchase Decision Abstrak Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang produk Slai O’lai pada masyarakat Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research, yang menjelaskan dan membuktikan hubungan dan pengaruh antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 110 responden dan menyebarkan kuesioner di Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri dengan bantuan Google Forms. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan metode convenience sampling. Sampel terdiri dari responden yang berdomisili di Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri, berusia 17 tahun ke atas, dan telah membeli produk Slai O'lai lebih dari 2 (dua) kali. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder, sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, serta uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa citra merek dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang biskuit sandwich merek Slai O’lai. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover, liquidity and solvency on profitability in food and beverage sub-sector companies in the Indonesian Capital Market for the 2016-2020 period. Working capital turnover variable is calculated using the Working Capital Turnover ratio, liquidity is measured using Current Ratio, solvency is measured using Debt to Assets Ratio and Profitability is measured using Return on Assets. This type of research is quantitative using the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and partial test. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling method. The results of the analysis that have been done, show that the working capital turnover, liquidity and solvency significantly influence the profitability of the company. This is evidenced by the results of correlation analysis which shows the value of r = 0.831 which means there is a strong relationship between working capital turnover, liquidity and solvency to profitability. Partially, each independent variable significantly influences profitability. Keywords: Working Capital Turnover, Liquidity, Solvency, Return on Assets

Abstract

Abstract In the midst of the rapid development of MSMEs, suddenly MSMEs were hit by a very formidable obstacle, namely the Covid-19 Pandemic. MSMEs as one of the supporters of the economy are also affected by the implementation of the PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar), which automatically causes a decrease in the mobility of business actors, some even do not open their businesses at all. The purpose of this study is to find out what strategies must be carried out by convection entrepreneurs in Sukawana to survive during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is descriptive qualitative using SWOT analysis. One alternative strategy that should be carried out by convection entrepreneurs in Sukawana to survive is to minimize weaknesses by avoiding threats (W-T), namely starting to do more professional business management in terms of production, human resources, finance, and marketing. Keywords: Depend strategies, MSMEs, Covid-19 Pandemic, SWOT analysis Abstrak Di tengah perkembangan UMKM yang semakin pesat, tiba-tiba UMKM diterpa hambatan yang sangat berat, yaitu Pandemi Covid-19. UMKM sebagai salah satu penyokong perekonomian ikut terkena imbas dikeranakan diberlakukannya PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar), yang otomatis menyebabkan menurunnya mobilitas para pelaku usaha, bahkan ada yang tidak membuka usahanya sama sekali. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahu strategi apa yang harus dilakukan oleh para pengusaha konveksi di Kelurahan Sukawana untuk bertahan di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan analisis SWOT. Salah satu alternatif strategi yang sebaiknya dilakukan oleh para pengusaha konveksi di Kelurahan Sukawana untuk bertahan adalah dengan meminimalkan kelemahan dengan menghindari ancaman (W-T), yaitu mulai melakukan manajemen usaha yang lebih professional dari segi produksi, SDM, keuangan, maupun pemasaran.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is very important for business development. Inti Tani Utama Sambi Agricultural Store is one of the shops in the agricultural sector that has problems with poor service quality and too expensive prices. This makes the customer feel unsatisfied. This study uses quantitative techniques with descriptive analysis. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling using the Slovin formula. The number of samples from this study were 83 respondents who were customers at the Inti Tani Utama Sambi Agricultural Store. The data in this study were obtained through observation, interviews and questionnaires. From the analysis that has been done using SPSS for Windows 16.0, the results show that service quality has a partial effect on customer satisfaction, price has a partial effect on customer satisfaction, service quality and price have a simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction. This is evidenced by the results of R Square of 0.893 or 89.3% and the remaining 10.7% is influenced by other variables outside the study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tax management on corporate income tax (in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange). The research variable is the issuance of Tax Management (X), Corporate Income Tax (Y). Collecting data using the documentation method, data on the sample companies' financial statements are available on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which can be accessed through the website www.idx.co.id. The researcher accessed the data through the Indonesian Stock Exchange's Sharia Investment Gallery at the Kadiri Islamic University. Based on the results of the research data analysis as stated in the previous chapter, it can be concluded as follows: There is an effect of tax management by companies on corporate income tax in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 period. This is based on research findings which found that from seven sample companies, only KAEF companies had an effective tax rate and cash effective tax rate above 25% continuously in the 2016-2018 range. Meanwhile, companies that continuously avoided taxes during 2016-2018 were SMSM companies. Suggestions that can be given are in accordance with the research results, namely tax avoidance as one of the company's efforts to carry out tax management in general, it can be legally carried out by companies, but this condition will certainly reduce the potential for tax revenue that should be acceptable to the state. It is important to raise awareness for companies not to evade taxes because this will harm state revenues and even disrupt development processes in the long term. For the government, it can provide tax payment incentives so as to encourage companies to properly report tax obligations which are the responsibility of the company

Abstract

Indonesia experienced a drastic economic downturn during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector is the economic sector that is affected. Researchers analyzed from SWOT on the marketing of Sampeuin cassava processed products and determined marketing strategies for Sampeuin cassava processed products in the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted on cassava processing SMEs. In this study, researchers used qualitative research methods. Based on the analysis of the "Sampeuin" cassava processing business using a SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) analysis, there is a use of cassava as a processed food ingredient. Cassava which has many benefits for the human body is processed into "Sampeuin" which is used as a business opportunity in the snack food sector. Since the advent of social media, many business owners have used social media to do business.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the most critical factors in boosting corporate performance. The goal of this study was to add work discipline as a mediating variable to the influence of motivation and compensation on employee performance. The research data used was gathered from PT. Truba Garda Device personnel using questionnaires. A sampling of responders was conducted using the sensus method, with a total of 110 employees. The use of SPSS software to test research instruments and path analysis to test hypotheses are examples of data analysis methods. The findings suggest that direct motivation improves employee performance and work discipline, and that motivation influences employee performance via work discipline as a mediating variable. Compensation has a direct impact on work discipline but not on employee performance, and compensation has an indirect impact on employee performance when work discipline is mediated. The corporation can directly raise employee motivation or increase work discipline to improve employee performance, and employee performance through compensation channels must be improved through greater work discipline

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the entrepreneurial motivations that encourage married women to become entrepreneurs and explore the efforts of women in entrepreneurship in improving their family economy. Entrepreneurship is a way that can help the family economy and become a self-actualization tool for women. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. The sample of this research was selected by random sampling technique. The data were collected by using interviews, questionnaires and observation. The results of this study revealed that the motivation of women in entrepreneurship, among others, because of the desire to be economically independent, fulfilling the family's daily needs, spending spare time, utilizing existing places for business, hobbies, being motivated by other people, and having certain skills. Efforts to improve the family economy by entrepreneurship have a positive impact on improving the family's economic condition. With good financial management, the family's economic condition will improve. Entrepreneurial women share their income for several needs, including for the needs of their business continuity, family needs and investing. Keywords: Entrepreneur, motivation, economy.

Abstract

This study offers a theoretical follow-up discussion on the implementation of public finance strategies and policies used to help the creative industry from the disruption of the COVID-19 pandemic. This article also presents various policies that have been taken by the government with a fiscal approach. The policies used by the government have also been replicated by countries in the Southeast Asian region that are members of ASEAN. This research focuses on the integration of research on the pattern of the creative industry economy with the contemporary paradigmatic discourse of the creative industry. This study proves that the fiscal policy strategy used by the government is able to reduce the slump in the national economy. This study found that there was uniformity in the pattern of economic recovery policies in the Southeast Asia region to respond to COVID-19. This uniform pattern is related to stimulus policies in 6 (six) important sectors, one of which is the creative industry. This research also finds that the pattern used in the policy is to focus on incentives for creative industry players, creative industry roadmap, creative economy training, legal protection of creative economy products, and investors for development.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis darimana sumber-sumber modal kerja PT Gudang Garam Tbk dan Entitas Anak diperoleh dan digunakan untuk apa modal kerja yang telah diperoleh pada periode usaha tahun 2020. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebijakan yang telah diambil oleh PT Gudang Garam Tbk dan Entitas Anak sudah tepat atau keliru, dalam hal penggunaan modal kerja yang telah dilakukan dari sumber-sumber modal kerja yang telah diperoleh apabila ditinjau dari prinsip pembelanjaan konservatif. Hasil analisis sumber-sumber dan penggunaan modal kerja PT Gudang Garam Tbk dan Entitas Anak menunjukkan bahwa sumber-sumber modal kerja PT Gudang Garam Tbk dan Entitas Anak dalam periode usaha tahun 2020 berasal dari: saldo laba belum dicadangkan, liabilitas imbalan pasca kerja, depresiasi aset tetap dan yang lainnya, sedangkan penggunaan modal kerjanya untuk: pengadaan aset tetap, mengangsur pinjaman jangka panjang, menambah modal kerja dan yang lainnya. Menurut prinsip pembelanjaan konservatif bahwa kebijakan yang telah dilakukan oleh manajemen PT Gudang Garam Tbk dan Entitas Anak dalam tahun 2020 menggunakan sumber modal kerjanya yang bersifat permanen (jangka panjang) yaitu laba yang belum dicadangkan, depresiasi aset tetap dan liabilitas imbalan pasca kerja untuk membelanjai investasi yang bersifat jangka panjang yaitu pengadaan aset tetap, menambah modal kerja dan yang lainnya adalah sudah tepat dari aspek likuiditas.
