Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia dan untuk menggambarkan upaya yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan serta untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor hambatan dan pendukung dalam pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia dalam Meningkatka Mutu Pendidikan pada lembaga Raudhatul Athfal di Kutai Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian multi situs pada tiga Raudhatul Athfal (RA) al-Bayan, RA Ni’matul Ulum, dan RA al-Amanah di Kutai Barat, Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Observasi, Wawancara dan dokumentasi, sebagai informan adalah kepala RA, guru dan masyarakat. Data di analisis menggunakan model Miles Huberman dengan pengumpulan data, kondensasi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menamukan adanya manajemen sumberdaya manusia yang berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan pengelolaan sumberdaya manusia, meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan serta evaluasi dilakasanakan dengan baik walaupun sederhana dan sesuai kebutuhan yayasan dan RA. Sedangkan upaya yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan Sumber Daya Manusia dan Mutu Pendidikan pada lembaga Raudhatul Atfhal di Kutai Barat yaitu adanya perhatian pada komunikasi, kolaborasi dan Kerjasama, memperhatikan mutu RA walaupun sangat minim guru atau SDM, masih mengikutkan pada pelatihan dan diklat guru agar sesuai dengan keahlian TK/ RA. Faktor-faktor hambatan yaitu kendala adalah dari pembiayaan atau keuangan yang sangat minim, fasilitas sarana dan prasarana terbatas, alat bermain di halaman minim dan kurang baik, terdapat latar belakang pendidikan guru yang beragam. Factor pendukung adanya bantuan dana dari pihak pemerintah seperti dari Kemenag, Pemda dan Kecamatan, adanya kepedulian dan semangat pengelola RA baik guru maupun kepala RA terhadap berjalannya RA sesuai visi dan misi yang disusun. The aim of this research is to describe the management of Human Resources and to describe the efforts made to improve the Quality of Education as well as to determine the obstacles and supporting factors in the management of Human Resources in Improving the Quality of Education at the Raudhatul Athfal institution in West Kutai. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, multi-site research on three Raudhatul Athfal (RA) al-Bayan, RA Ni'matul Ulum, and RA al-Amanah in West Kutai. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation, as the informant is the head RA, teachers and the community. Data was analyzed using the Miles Huberman model with data collection, condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that human resource management is running well in accordance with human resource management, including planning, organizing, implementation and evaluation, which is carried out well even though it is simple and meets the needs of the foundation and RA. Meanwhile, the efforts made to improve Human Resources and the Quality of Education at the Raudhatul Atfhal institution in West Kutai include attention to communication, collaboration and cooperation, paying attention to the quality of RA even though there are very few teachers or human resources, still including teacher training and training to suit their expertise. Kindergarten/ RA. Obstacle factors include very minimal funding or finances, limited facilities and infrastructure, minimal and poor play equipment in the yard, and teachers' educational backgrounds vary. Supporting factors include financial assistance from the government, such as from the Ministry of Religion, Regional and District Governments, the concern and enthusiasm of RA managers, both teachers and RA heads, for the running of RA in accordance with the vision and mission prepared.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to describe e-RKAM-based financial management in improving the quality of Madrasah education in Balikpapan City. To analyze the inhibiting and supporting factors for E-RKAM-based financial management in improving the quality of Madrasah education in Balikpapan City. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Research location at MTs Negeri 1 and MTs Negeri 2 and MTs Ibnu Khaldun Balikpapan. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique uses the Milles Huberman and Saldana model which includes data collection, data presentation, condensation and conclusions. The data validity test was carried out using triangulation. The result of this research is to find that e-RKAM-based financial management in improving the quality of Madrasah education in Balikpapan City has been implemented according to the stages and elements of the financial management function which includes planning, implementation, organizing and monitoring or evaluating. According to the instrument, the quality of madrasah education can be improved by running a budget according to the needs of the madrasah, the quality of education is carried out in accordance with the vision and mission of the madrasah and to achieve the goals of the madrasah, realizing improvements in madrasah facilities and infrastructure by creating transparency in madrasah financial management. Meanwhile, the findings of the obstacles and supporting factors for E-RKAM-based financial management in improving the quality of Madrasah education in Balikpapan City, are that the obstacle factors include operators who do not properly understand the E-RKAM application and must take part in training or outreach activities, limited infrastructure and facilities. which needs to be fought for in budgeting, the quality of teaching staff and educational staff. Meanwhile, the supporting factors for financial transparency and accountability are between kamad, head of TU, treasurer, operators and other staff. Kamad and related staff take part in upgrading, there are improvements to support all financial transparency and accountability between kamad, head of TU, treasurer, operators and other staff.

Abstract

The Merdeka curriculum demand differentiated instruction in learning process. The implementation of differentiated instruction has not been well facilitated because there is no teaching material that suits the learning needs of students. Teachers need adequate teaching materials to facilitate the implementation of differentiated instruction. One of the teaching materials that can be applied by teachers is worksheet. The purpose of this research is to develop of guided inquiry based worksheet to support differentiated instruction. The type of research is Educational Design Research (EDR). The research instruments were self evaluation sheets, one to one sheets, validity and practicality questionnaires. Worksheet was validated by 5 validators was done by 9 students for the practicality test. The results showed that guided inquiry based worksheet to supporting differentiated instruction had an average validity of 0.88. This number correspond to valid category and a practicality level of 93% of students had very practical category. This research is recommended for further research in terms of effectiveness test in small groups, practicality and effectiveness in field tests.

Abstract

This study was aimed to evaluate the implementation of Game-Based Learning (GBL) method to improve EFL students vocabulary mastery at SMPN Satu Atap 1 Katingan Hilir. The researcher chose class VII students totaling 23 as the subjects, and the informant was one English teacher. The research method employed was qualitative descriptive, enabling the researcher to gain in-depth insights into the effectiveness of GBL in improving the English vocabulary mastery of the students. Data was collected through observation, questionnaires, and interviews with English teachers involved in the teaching process. This data was used to evaluate the implementation of GBL in three phases: pre-teaching, while teaching, and post-teaching. The finding indicated that the implementation of Game-Based Learning (GBL) methods was effective in improving English vocabulary mastery EFL students at SMPN Satu Atap 1 Katingan Hilir. This indicated that a more interactive and enjoyable approach to learning addressed the previous weakness in English vocabulary mastery. The data analysis results demonstrated a substantial improvement in students' vocabulary mastery after they participated in learning sessions using the GBL method. Presenting learning material in the form of engaging games had the capability to improve students' learning interest, thus motivating them to actively participate and interact within the learning environment. Therefore, method GBL could be regarded as an effective alternative in designing enjoyable and efficient teaching strategies to improve EFL students' vocabulary mastery.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi permainan matematika berbasis Android yang diperuntukkan bagi siswa Sekolah Dasar dengan konsep endless running, yang diberi nama "Math Runner". Rancangan gim ini difokuskan pada pengembangan keterampilan matematika siswa dengan menggunakan pendekatan permainan yang interaktif dan menghibur. Penelitian melibatkan siswa Sekolah Dasar sebagai partisipan utama yang menggunakan aplikasi Math Runner. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas gim dalam meningkatkan pemahaman matematika siswa dan menilai tingkat minat mereka terhadap pembelajaran matematika melalui permainan Android berbasis endless running. Harapannya, hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan metode pembelajaran matematika yang inovatif dan menarik di tingkat Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Artikel ini menggali transformasi signifikan dalam sektor pendidikan Tanah Papua melalui analisis kebijakan yang diterapkan oleh Yayasan Pemberdayaan Amungme dan Kamoro. Fokus utama yayasan ini adalah meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di wilayah tersebut, dan artikel ini secara rinci mengeksplorasi dampak positif yang dihasilkan dari kebijakan-kebijakan tersebut. Yayasan ini telah mengambil langkah-langkah inovatif, termasuk penerapan teknologi untuk mendukung pembelajaran jarak jauh, pelatihan guru, dan pemberdayaan komunitas lokal dalam proses pengambilan keputusan pendidikan. Analisis mendalam juga mencakup tantangan yang dihadapi, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan kompleksitas dinamika wilayah Papua. Melalui kolaborasi yang diperkuat dengan pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya, Yayasan Pemberdayaan Amungme dan Kamoro berperan penting dalam memacu perubahan positif di sektor pendidikan. Artikel ini bukan hanya mencerminkan peran strategis yayasan dalam meningkatkan akses dan kualitas pendidikan di Tanah Papua, tetapi juga memberikan wawasan yang bernilai bagi para pembuat kebijakan, praktisi pendidikan, dan masyarakat yang tertarik pada transformasi pendidikan di daerah ini. Dengan demikian, artikel ini menjadi sumbangan berarti untuk pemahaman dan perencanaan kebijakan yang berkelanjutan di Tanah Papua.

Abstract

This research is situated in the context of the evolving digital era, highlighting the imperative for proficient employees capable of fulfilling their roles and responsibilities to achieve organizational objectives. The study explores the strategies employed by the Human Resources Development Agency of West Java Province in enhancing employee competencies, drawing upon Hasibuan's theoretical framework. This framework encompasses educational methods, training initiatives, and transfers as means of competency development. The qualitative descriptive research method is employed, and data is gathered through documentation studies, observations, and interviews. The study is conducted at the Human Resources Development Agency of West Java Province facility situated at Jl. Colonel Masturi No. 11 Cipageran Cimahi. The findings reveal that employee competency development is achieved through three key approaches: education, training, and transfers. The research concludes that the competency development processes at BPSDM West Java Province align with sound management principles, encompassing planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating stages.

Abstract

Humas' strategic communication management plays a crucial role in enhancing the positive image of the Bandung Employment Service. First of all, there is a need for a deep understanding of the external and internal environments that can affect the image of the service. This research is to describe and analyse about Strategic Management of Human Communication in Improving the Positive Image of Employment Services, covering formulation, implementation and evaluation. This research uses a qualitative approach in which this research aims to analyze issues of strategic management of communication in enhancing a positive image. The research methods used in this research are descriptive methods. The location that will be the object of this research is the Government Intension located in Bandung City. The location of this research is located at the Bengal City Employment Service, located at R.A. A. Marta State No.4, Turangga, Lengkong District, Bandung City, West Java 40264. Integrating well-planned communication, this strategy is able to create message alignment across communication channels, forming a more positive public perception of the role and contribution of the Labour Service. The strategic role of communication proved to be a major driver, linking communication activities with the long-term vision of the institution and building a strong reputation. Responsiveness to the needs of the community, supported by the use of modern communication technologies, provides the ability to engage more effectively and respond quickly to emerging issues.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of Technology in the world of education, which with this development has become a challenge for the world of education, especially PAUD Hiber so that it can provide interesting, fun, interactive, and varied learning through the demands of the times in the digital era. Currently, many non-formal education institutions have emerged that have quite modern infrastructure, therefore this is a warning for formal early childhood education institutions to carry out various innovations in learning so that they can compete with non-formal institutions. In connection with this learning media being an important element in supporting the learning process in a varied, creative, and innovative way, to improve learning at Hiber PAUD in Bandung City, it is necessary to have facilities that support improving the quality of learning, so by providing this cinematic assistance it is hoped that it can be used to support the learning of young children. early so that learning is more interesting and interactive. This research aims to describe the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the Liquid Crystal Display Interactive Whiteboard cinematic assistance. The research location was carried out by the Bandung City Education Office, TK Assalam, and Kober Imanda. Using qualitative descriptive research methods. This research concludes that we can obtain an overview of the assistance of the Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) Interactive Whiteboard cinematic obtained through SWOT analysis.

Abstract

The background of this research is based on the need to understand the influence and implications of utilizing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the learning processes of 10th-grade students at SMAN 1 Banjaran. The implementation of technology in the educational context has become an integral part of enhancing learning quality and influencing students' motivation to learn. A qualitative method was employed. Data were gathered in the field through in-depth, structured interviews, and from literature sources. Findings from the literature review and field study are presented as research outcomes. The presented data are then abstracted with the objective of showcasing facts. In the subsequent stage, this data is interpreted to produce information or knowledge. The study concludes that the use of ICT at SMAN 1 Banjaran, especially by 10th-grade students, has a significant impact on the learning context. Although the majority of students actively use the internet for learning, challenges such as unstable connections and inadequate devices remain barriers. The majority of students show good learning motivation, but there is a small group that is less motivated, emphasizing the importance of a more inclusive learning approach. Nonetheless, the use of technology contributes positively to student engagement. Despite challenges such as access difficulties and technological limitations, more effective utilization of ICT is expected to enhance the overall learning motivation of students at SMAN 1 Banjaran
