Coopetition : Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen (E-ISSN : 2615-4978, P-ISSN : 2086-4620) adalah jurnal ilmiah bidang manajemen yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen, Institut Manajemen Koperasi Indonesia, yang semula dua kali dalam setahun, menjadi tiga kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Maret, Juli dan Nopember. Jurnal ini mempublikasikan hasil penelitian berkaitan tentang konsep, teori, paradigma dan metodologi ilmu manajemen sesuai visi Program Studi Magister Manajemen Ikopin yaitu Unggul dalam menghasilkan lulusan magister manajemen yang berkualitas di bidang perkoperasian dan kewirausahaan untuk menghadapi persaingan global pada tahun 2027. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, compensation and work environment on research work performance at PT. AnugerahMulia Sentosa Yogyakarta. The population and samples used in this study are all employees of PT. Anugerah Mulia Sentosa, totaling 60 people using a questionnaire as a data collection technique. IBM SPSS Statistics 25 is used as data analysis through two stages of testing, namely: classic assumption test and hypothesis test (t test and F test). The results of this study indicate that work discipline has no effect on employee performance, compensation has no effect on employee performance, work environment has no effect on employee performance and work environment has no effect on employee performance in PT. Sentosa Noble Award.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence office layout has on the work productivity of employees of the Koperasi Serba Usaha (KSU) Mitra Saudara. The method used is a case study and the subjects are KSU Mitra Saudara employees. Meanwhile, the analysis technique uses simple linear regression to test the hypothesis of the influence of office layout on employee work productivity. The results of the research show that office layout has an effect on employee work productivity at KSU Mitra Saudara, namely 77.6%.

Abstract

Cooperatives are business entities that are formed from individuals and legal entities that are carried out on the principles of cooperatives based on the principle of kinship. Transparency will make it easier for interested parties in assessing and evaluating the performance of cooperatives. Accountability will improve the performance of cooperatives because the various work results made can be answered well. Independence will make the company more objective in making decisions. In this study it was found that the performance of cooperatives in Indosurya experienced a lot of incompleteness due to existing cases. In the national economic governance compiled as a joint effort based on the principle of family and economic democracy. Transparency will make it easier for interested parties in assessing and evaluating the performance of cooperatives. Accountability will improve the performance of cooperatives because the various work results made can be answered well. Responsibility in which a company is able to carry out company activities in accordance with applicable rules. Independence will make the company more objective in making decisions.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is that there is a phenomenon that occurs in the field that the housing and settlement area services of South Sumatra Province have problems such as minimal employee motivation due to demands to fulfill their rights and obligations as state civil servants, as well as a decreased level of enthusiasm so that it becomes an obstacle for the realization of the performance process in completing the work given. This study aims to determine the motivation and competence of the employees of the Department of Housing and Residential Areas of South Sumatra Province. Sampling of 53 respondents in this study using simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used multiple linear analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS 22 program. The results obtained both partially and simultaneously that work motivation and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Housing and Settlement Area Office of South Sumatra Province.

Abstract

Financial literacy and inclusion are the keys to business success, especially in managing finances well. This research aims to provide an overview of financial literacy and inclusion of local woven entrepreneurs in East Sumba Regency. The sample used was 78 respondents using a purposive sampling technique, spread across three weaving centers in East Sumba Regency, namely Mbatakapidu Village, Malumbi Village, and Kotak Kawau Village, using descriptive analysis techniques. The conclusion of this research is that the level of literacy understanding and financial inclusion of local woven entrepreneurs in East Sumba Regency is categorized as good, but the financial practices carried out by entrepreneurs tend to be carried out less well.

Abstract

At the end of 2019, the world was startled by the emergence of a new disease caused by the Sars CoV-2 virus, now known as Coronavirus Disease-19 (Covid-19). The manufacturing sector is one of the industries affected by the onset of Covid-19 in Indonesia. Covid-19 forced manufacturing companies to lay off employees and caused a decline in the Manufacturing Purchasing Managers Index in 2020. This research aims to analyze the financial performance of manufacturing companies in Indonesia, specifically focusing on profitability ratios before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. This study is a quantitative research type using descriptive analysis. The hypothesis testing in this research utilizes non-parametric statistical analysis techniques, employing the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test approach with the statistical tool SPSS version 25.0. The results of the research indicate that Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Asset (ROA), and Return On Equity (ROE) before Covid-19 in 2019 were better compared to Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Asset (ROA), and Return On Equity (ROE) during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 for manufacturing companies in Indonesia.

Abstract

On June 8, 2018, the government issued Government Regulation Number 23 to replace Government Regulation Number 46 of 2013, as it was deemed too burdensome for taxpayers with unstable gross income. This replacement certainly changed the Final Income Tax rate from the initial 1% to 0.5%. In this research, variables include Tax Knowledge, Tax Compliance, and Taxpayer Motivation. The research method employed a descriptive-verification approach through interview surveys and questionnaires. The findings indicate that tax knowledge does not have a significant influence on taxpayer compliance. However, the analysis with the t-test shows a t-value significance of 0.189, which is greater (>) than 0.05. Nevertheless, taxpayer motivation has a significant impact on strengthening the relationship between tax understanding and taxpayer compliance, as the t-test result shows a significance value of 0.021, which is smaller (<) than 0.05.

Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan hasil seminar nasional ekonomi bisnis pada tanggal 11 Desember 2023 di Politeknik Piksi Ganesha sehingga penulis mengembangkan dalam sebuah jurnal, evolusi peradaban manusia dari Revolusi Neolithik hingga era digital, dengan fokus pada dampaknya terhadap ekonomi, bisnis, dan kesehatan. Menggunakan metode studi dokumentasi, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami perubahan mendasar dalam cara kita bekerja, berbisnis, dan merawat kesehatan seiring berjalannya waktu. Proses penelitian melibatkan identifikasi tujuan penelitian yang melandasi eksplorasi tentang Revolusi Industri dan struktural Masyarakat 5.0. Dokumen-dokumen terkait, seperti laporan penelitian, kebijakan pemerintah, dan artikel ilmiah, diidentifikasi, dikumpulkan, dan dievaluasi untuk mendukung analisis dan interpretasi. Hasil penelitian menyoroti pentingnya inovasi teknologi, digitalisasi bisnis, pembangunan kota cerdas, dan pelayanan kesehatan terkoneksi dalam era Society 5.0. Namun, bersamaan dengan peluang, penelitian ini juga menekankan tantangan, termasuk ketidaksetaraan akses, keamanan siber, dan pergeseran struktur pekerjaan. Dengan memberikan saran untuk meningkatkan akses, mengatasi tantangan keamanan siber, dan mendukung pendidikan dan pelatihan keterampilan, penelitian ini menggarisbawahi upaya yang dapat diambil untuk mengoptimalkan dampak positif teknologi. Fokus pada aspek etika, kolaborasi lintas sektor, dan keberlanjutan menjadi kunci dalam merancang masa depan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan di era digital ini. Dengan menggabungkan pendekatan holistik ini, diharapkan kita dapat menghadapi masa depan dengan bijaksana, meminimalkan risiko, dan meraih manfaat maksimal dari revolusi teknologi yang terus berkembang

Abstract

Skincare is a product that is in great demand by the public. Because skin and facial care is very important to look better, many skincare companies are competing to market their products by offering various types of skincare with various brands. AB and XY are two skincare brands that are in demand by the public because of their affordable prices. AB and XY must be able to maintain brand equity. The purpose of this study is to understand the comparison in brand equity between two skincare products, namely AB and XY, through four key aspects of brand equity, including brand awareness, brand loyalty, brand association, and perceived quality. Data was collected using questionnaires distributed to 163 respondents who use AB and XY products. This research approach is a quantitative descriptive method, used to identify comparisons in brand equity through the four dimensions that have been mentioned. Data analysis was conducted using Kolmogorov Smirnov Normality Test and Mann-Whiteny U-Test. The findings showed significant differences in the dimensions of brand awareness, brand loyalty, brand association, and perceived quality between AB and XY products.
