Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguraikan peluang dan tantangan penyelesaain sengketa bisnis fintech melalui Lembaga Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa (LAPS) di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini pendekatan legal research dan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu dengan mengkaji sumber data primer dan sekunder terkait peraturan-peraturan tentang penyelesaian sengketa bisnis di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukan fintech berperan dalam mendorong perkembangan ekonomi masyarakat khususnya sebagai alternatif pembiayaan. LAPS berperan sebagai solusi penyelesaian sengketa para pelaku bisnis di Indonesia lembaga ini dipilih karena lebih efektif dan efisien, putusan bersifat final dan binding yang bertolak belakang dengan jalur litigasi yang terkesan memakan waktu dan biaya yang mahal. Peluang LAPS sangat besar mengungat maraknya bisnis dan pembayaran berbasis digital yang masih menyisakan banyak masalah hukum sementara LAPS khsusus fintech belum tersedia dimana LAPS menyediakan layanan yang sejalan dengan bisnis digital; penyelesaiannya yang bersifat win-win solution, yang sesuai dengan karakter dunia usaha, yang wajib mengelola resiko, termasuk resiko reputasi, resiko operasional dan resiko hukum. Sedangkan tantangan yang dihadapi LAPS pada fintech antara lain : Dualisme alternatif penyelesaian sengketa fintech bisa melalui LAPS dan bisa juga melalui Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen (BPSK); Terbatasnya infrastruktur hukum jumlah transaksi fintech yang terus meningkat sejalan dengan potensi sengketa yangakan terjadi; Ketersediaan mediator dan arbiter LAPS sektor jasa keuangan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of academic information system to benefits through user satisfaction of academic information system in Institut Manajemen Koperasi Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive approach and verification approach. The sample of this research is 184 students who used academic information system. The measuring instrument used in this research is questionaire with 21 statement items. Data analysis techique using path analysis using software IBM SPS 22.0. Based on the results, (1) user satisfaction is influenced by quality of academic information system, (2) benefits is influenced by user satisfaction, and (3) benefits is influenced by quality of academic information system through user satisfaction.

Abstract

Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Excel adalah sertifikasi yang diselenggarakan oleh Microsoft sebagai pengakuan kompetensi seseorang dalam menggunakan Microsoft Excel, adapun beberapa materi yang diujikan adalah formula, table design, worksheet design, dan data design. Untuk mengikuti sertifikasi tersebut, diperlukan adanya pelatihan persiapan sertifikasi kepada para mahasiswa Ikopin penerima Beasiswa Utusan Daerah (BUD) Bengkayang untuk meningkatkan kesiapan secara materi sertifikasi maupun mental peserta. Outcome yang dihasilkan ialah kelulusan para peserta ujian sertifikasi MOS Excel yang dapat dilihat dari perbandingan antara rata-rata skor sertifikasi yang memenuhi standar kelulusan ujian sertifikasi.

Abstract

This research was conducted to outline the opportunities and challenges of resolving fintech business disputes through the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute (LAPS) in Indonesia. The research method used in this research is a legal reasearch approach and qualitative approach that is to review primary and secondary data sources related to regulations on business dispute resolution in Indonesia. The results show that fintech plays a role in encouraging the economic development of the community, especially as an alternative to financing. LAPS serves as a solution to dispute resolution of business people in Indonesia this institution was chosen because it is more effective and efficient, the verdict is final and binding that is contrary to litigation lines that seem time-consuming and expensive costs. LAPS opportunities are very large for the rise of digital-based businesses and payments that still leave many legal problems while LAPS khsusus fintech is not yet available where LAPS provides services that are in line with digital business; the settlement is a win-win solution, which is in accordance with the character of the business world, which is obliged to manage risks, including reputational risk, operational risk and legal risk. While the challenges faced by LAPS in fintech include: Dualism alternative fintech dispute resolution can be through LAPS and can also through the Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency (BPSK); Limited Legal Infrastructure The number of fintech transactions that continue to increase in line with the potential for disputes that will occur; Availability of Mediators and Arbitrators of LAPS Financial Services Sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze marketing strategy for competitive advantage. The method used in this research is SWOT analysis to examine alternatives of strategies to be applied. The results of SWOT analysis in Kerta Cafe is aggressive strategy, the right alternative strategy is SO strategy that allows Kerta Cafe to use all of its strengths maximally to make the most of opportunities.

Abstract

KPPKW latex productivity in 2013 – 2016 at KPPKW decreased by 13.48% which resulted in KPPKW not being able to produce processed rubber optimally, causing production costs and income to be not optimal. The purpose of this study was to test the optimum model of processed rubber at KPPKW. The method used in this research is a case study method with the help of linear programming using LINDO 6.1 software. The results showed that the optimal production cost was Rp 219,262,253 and the optimal profit was Rp 2,030,588.00 with an efficiency of 3.57% with a combination of RSS production of 135,292 kg and non-RSS of 6,000 kg. Analysis of resource status shows that the constraint that is limiting the production of processed rubber in KKPKW are auxiliary materials and non-RSS production estimates. With this research, it is hoped that it can be applied to cooperatives for optimal rubber planning in the future.

Abstract

Some research about economic restoration after covid-19 have been researched, but nothing is focused on discussing circular economy (CE). Circular economy is an alternative to reduce waste and fix the environment. CE maximizing benefit between economic and environment. This research is implemented by the CE approach of Ellen Macarthur Foundation, there is reduce, reuse, recycle, refurbish, and renew. The results of this research show that SME in Kabupaten Sumedang have enormous potential in improving their standard of living which combines economic and environment. As it supports a circular economy, the application based on technology is very helpful in the process of its implementation.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence office layout has on the work productivity of employees of the Koperasi Serba Usaha (KSU) Mitra Saudara. The method used is a case study and the subjects are KSU Mitra Saudara employees. Meanwhile, the analysis technique uses simple linear regression to test the hypothesis of the influence of office layout on employee work productivity. The results of the research show that office layout has an effect on employee work productivity at KSU Mitra Saudara, namely 77.6%.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan importance performance analysis untuk melihat tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa sebagai pengguna sistem informasi akademik. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 184 mahasiswa pengguna sistem informasi akademik. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah angket dengan jumlah item pernyataan sebanyak 22 item yang diadopsi dari WebQual 4.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terdapat 2 indikator yang masuk kedalam kuadran I (concentrate here), 15 indikator masuk kedalam kuadran II (keep up the good work), dan 5 indikator masuk kedalam kuadran III (Low Priority).
