Coopetition : Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen (E-ISSN : 2615-4978, P-ISSN : 2086-4620) adalah jurnal ilmiah bidang manajemen yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen, Institut Manajemen Koperasi Indonesia, yang semula dua kali dalam setahun, menjadi tiga kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Maret, Juli dan Nopember. Abstract

Payakumbuh City is inhabited by 141,184 people, most of whom have a labor force participation rate of 71.73 percent, most of whom work in the trade sector, especially traditional retail. However, the increasingly rapid development of modern retail means that traditional retail is starting to be abandoned by consumers, so according to researchers there must be a competitive strategy. needed to help traditional retail survive. The methods in this research are 1). Identification stage evaluation of internal factors, evaluation of external factors, 2). Matching stage with Internal-External Matrix, SWOT, and 3). Conclusion stage with SQPM. The research results can explain that the internal and external conditions of traditional retail in Payakumbuh City are quite good because the total EFI value is 2.89 and EFE is 3.2. This is in quadrant II on the IE matrix with a general strategy of growth and development, on the SWOT matrix it gets 7 Alternative strategies were then ranked by the seven strategies using the QSPM matrix, so the highest score was in strategy 1, namely providing comfortable shopping services for motorists with free and safe parking with a score of 5.12 and strategy 2, providing neater product displays, price labeling with better lighting. enough with a score of 4.87.

Abstract

Today's intense competition among banks encourages each bank to pay attention to customer needs, wants, and demands, which can be used as a marketing strategy to increase customer satisfaction. This research aims to examine the influence of core service quality and peripheral service quality on customer satisfaction. The population in this research is all 1,082 Bank BNI Persero Cikijing customers. The sample in this research was 100 customers taken using the accidental sampling technique. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21 software. The results of this research show that core service quality and peripheral service quality have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. However, in this case, the quality of core services is the dominant factor in influencing customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of financial literacy, financial inclusion and financial management on the performance of MSME in the city of Bandung. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach and the data used is primary data. Based on the results of the study, it is known that financial literacy has no positive effect, financial inclusion has an effect of 40.7% and financial management has an effect of 40.8% on the performance of MSME. Simultaneously, financial literacy, financial inclusion and financial management have an effect of 55.2% on the performance of MSME actors.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the differences in the level of bank soundness before and after the implementation of PSAK 71 in commercial banks in Indonesia. The soundness level of 41 selected bank samples will be compared between the periods preceding and following the implementation of PSAK 71. The bank's soundness level will be evaluated using a Risk-Based Bank Rating (RBBR) based on assessment factors, including Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Earnings, and Capital. Descriptive statistics, normality tests, homogeneity tests, and the Wilcoxon test will be employed to examine whether there are any significant differences in the level of bank soundness after the implementation of PSAK 71. The results indicate that the differences are not substantial, with a decrease in risk profile, a decrease in earnings, and an increase in capital. No significant difference is found in the GCG factor.

Abstract

This research is motivated by factors that influence stock prices through the variables Profitability, Liquidity and Leverage which have different results. This research aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and leverage on stock prices of the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The dependent variable in this research is stock price measured by annual closing price, while the independent variables are profitability as measured by Earning Per Share (EPS), liquidity as measured by the Current Ratio (CR), and leverage as measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio. (DER). The research method used descriptive and verification methods. The data collection technique used documentation techniques with secondary data types originating from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the form of financial reports and company annual reports. The population in this research amounted to 12 companies for 10 years of observation from 2011-2020. Based on the determination of the sample using the saturated sampling method, the sample used is 12 companies and the observation data is 120 data. Hypothesis testing in this research was carried out using panel data regression. The results of the regression significance test show that the regression model means that it can be used to draw conclusions. The results of hypothesis analyst show that profitability has a positive effect on stock prices, while liquidity and leverage have no effect on stock prices.

Abstract

Recognition, Measurement, Presentation and Disclosure of Fixed Assets. This research was conducted at the Wredatama Sumedang City Cooperative which is one of the cooperatives in the Sumedang Regency which is engaged in the savings and loan sector. The purpose of this study was to determine the recognition, measurement, presentation and disclosure of fixed assets in the Wredatama Sumedang City Cooperative. In this study the authors used quantitative methods. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis. The data collection techniques carried out were interviews and questionnaires to the Management of the Wredatama Sumedang City Cooperative, observations of fixed assets and documentation of fixed asset.The results showed that the recognition of fixed assets was in accordance with SAK ETAP (Entity Financial Accounting Standards Without Public Accountability). The measurement of fixed assets is not in accordance with SAK ETAP due to an error in calculating the value of accumulated depreciation and no depreciation is carried out for 3 (three) years, in the presentation of fixed assets the accumulated depreciation account is not presented as a deduction from fixed assets and the nominal depreciation presented on the statement of financial position is not in accordance with carrying amount in the detailed list of fixed assets and last on the disclosure not disclosed regarding the depreciation method used and there is no provision for the useful life of fixed assets.

Abstract

Disrupsi sektor pariwisata perlu diukur untuk meningkatkan daya saing pariwisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan daya saing pariwisata dengan pilar Travel and Tourism Competitiveness Index (TTCI) pasca pandemi Covid-19. Dari 14 pilar TTCI yang dirilis World Economic Forum, hanya digunakan 8 pilar dengan 56 indikator yang relevan dengan kondisi dan ketersediaan data di level desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode mix method dengan pendekatan sequential explanatory design. Data menggunakan data potensi desa dari Badan Pusat Statistik tahun 2018, 2019, dan 2021. Unit analisis terdiri dari 270 desa dan tujuh kelurahan di Kabupaten Sumedang. Hasil penilaian komposit dari semua indikator dan pilar TTCI menunjukkan perbedaan mencolok pada pilar kelestarian lingkungan, yang telah meningkat sangat tinggi dibandingkan sebelum pandemi Covid-19. Hasil skoring TTCI telah memetakan aspek potensi, keunggulan, dan kelemahan ditinjau dari delapan pilar daya saing pariwisata baik di tingkat desa, kecamatan, maupun kabupaten. Penelitian ini menyajikan data riil potensi desa untuk meningkatkan daya saing pariwisata dengan menggunakan parameter TTCI, dan dapat menjadi acuan bagi stakeholder untuk melakukan perbaikan pada wilayah yang menjadi prioritas pengembangan pariwisata, khususnya menghadapi pasca pandemi Covid-19. Pilar sumber daya manusia yang menurun di masa pandemi, memerlukan perhatian para pemangku kepentingan, khususnya dalam pengembangan wilayah prioritas pariwisata.

Abstract

The Indonesian Tempe and Tofu Producers Cooperative is a primary cooperative belonging to the type of producer cooperative and has 3 units, namely: a savings and loan unit, a soybean trading unit, and a non-soybean trading unit. This study aims to determine the development of cooperative digitalization to increase member participation. The method used in this research is a case study method by describing each related variable through data collection with questionnaires and literature study. Members of The Indonesian Tempe and Tofu Producers Cooperative responded positively to digitization and welcomed the digitization policy by participating in every activity carried out by the cooperative and always following the information that was spread. This policy is a distinct advantage for cooperatives because if it is realized, the opportunities for cooperatives to compete with other business entities and expand their reach will be more wide open. That way, cooperative efforts to increase member participation will be more real to be realized.

Abstract

The essence of the problem in this research is that the performance of employees at PT Fuzi Citra Mandiri has not been optimal. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, the effect of work ethic on employee performance, the influence of work discipline and work ethic on employee performance at PT. Fuzi Citra Mandiri. This study used a descriptive analytical method with a survey approach, quantitative methods, data collection techniques namely observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, correlation test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the discussion show that the effect of work discipline on employee performance is 96.2%, the effect of work ethic on employee performance is 54.2% and the influence of work discipline and work ethic on employee performance at PT. Fuzi Citra Mandiri is 67.4% and there are still 32.6% other factors. The results of testing the hypothesis that f count = 6.133 and f table = 3.35, the hypothesis which states that simultaneously work discipline and work ethic have an influence on employee performance at PT. Fuzi Citra Mandiri.

Abstract

Technological progress is a new driver of economic growth, if it is related to the financial sector, financial technology has been able to become a new instrument with the hope of increasing financial growth. This research aims to determine the role of financial technology in increasing financial literacy in generation Z . This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method, research that includes an arrangement of interpretative techniques with understanding, not the frequency, of phenomena that often or rarely occur naturally in the social world. The research results show that all respondents know the term financial technology (fintech) and the fintech applications commonly used by generation z are Gopay, OVO, Shopee Pay, Dana. Regarding financial literacy, respondents are in the less literate category, only having limited knowledge about financial institutions, financial products and services. Special education is needed so that literacy regarding fintech and financial literacy continues to increase.
