Abstract

Lingkungan perkotaan di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan besar dalam mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitasnya. Tujuan dari riset ini adalah untuk mengkaji perubahan tingkat kualitas lingkungan perkotaan di Kota Depok dari tahun 2010 hingga tahun 2020. Dengan menggunakan indikator dari City Prosperity Index (CPI). Analisis terhadap infrastruktur perumahan dan lingkungan, infrastruktur sosial, serta mobilitas perkotaan dilakukan. Diperoleh hasil bahwa dengan meningkatnya jumlah penduduk, kualitas infrastruktur lingkungan perkotaan di Kota Depok dalam satu dekade terakhir tidak turut meningkat. Bertambahnya kepadatan penduduk tidak diiringi dengan meningkatnya infrastruktur lingkungan yang masih pada tingkat pelayanan rendah. Disimpulkan bahwa, untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan Kota Depok maka peningkatan kuantitas, dan kualitas dari infrastruktur lingkungan perumahan, sosial, dan transportasi masih harus menjadi prioritas utama.

Abstract

One example of work that has a high risk of work in the world of railways is the maintenance of railway facilities. One of the risks posed comes from the noise generated from the maintenance activities carried out. This study used a Soundlevel Meter tool to measure noise intensity in the railway facility maintenance work environment. The measured noise level is the equivalent noise level. This study also seeks to find out the impact and what impact prevention steps have been taken. The equivalent noise level in the work environment, especially in the final test, is 90.82 dB. The impact of noise experienced includes physiological disorders, psychological disorders and social disorders. Common physiological disorders experienced by facility nurses are the appearance of nausea, insomnia and shortness of breath. This feeling of discomfort will diminish and become less and less felt after some time. In the sense of hearing is also not found permanent interference. Psychological disorders can be in the form of discomfort, lack of concentration, insomnia, emotional instability, feelings of irritability to colleagues and superiors, and feeling tired quickly. One form of social disorder that can appear is masking effect, which is a lack of clear communication due to sounds that cover hearing. Noise control carried out is by isolating (separating facility nurses from noise sources), periodic toolbox meetings, administrative arrangements (setting working hours and facility nurses), providing K3 training, routine health checks, and using PPE properly and correctly.

Abstract

The Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia has issued Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number PM 63 of 2019 concerning Minimum Service Standards for Transportation of People by Train which is a reference for infrastructure operators and / or operators of railway facilities in providing services to service users. Tidak terkecuali bagi PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) DAOP VI Yogyakarta which is the organizer of the Yogyakarta-Solo Electric Rail Train.This research is about the Implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 63 of 2019 concerning Minimum Service Standards for Transportation of People by Train, by taking place at PT. Indonesian Railway DAOP VI Yogyakarta. This research method is normative legal research, which uses key informants as research subjects, to analyze the development of information and its sources, then the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The population in the study was all management and employees at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia DAOP VI Yogyakarta, while the sample used was only partly from the management and employees of PT. Indonesian Railway DAOP VI Yogyakarta dimulai dari arahan key informan. The results of the study are expected to inform that the implementation of the Ministerial Regulation has been implemented by the railway operator, namely PT. Kereta Api Indonesia DAOP VI Yogyakarta properly and correctly as stated in the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 63 of 2019.

Abstract

The development of da'wah in the present, known as the digital era, has been increasingly advanced in the use of da'wah media. The millennial generation, as a generation that is responsive to technology, does not miss using internet media to convey da'wah messages with its journalistic da'wah. One of the selected media is social media, this is because social media users are increasing every year in Indonesia. In the use of social media and internet networks, communication that is built in da'wah journalism certainly follows the journalistic code of ethics and remains consistent in spreading the function of da'wah journalism as prophetic journalism.

Abstract

Media must really be utilized in the millennial era. Nowadays almost everyone uses the internet in sending, searching and reading information. In addition, in interacting too, most of it is done through social media rather than communicating directly. Millennials have authority over themselves in using the media they access. The millennial generation is able to show distinctive patterns of diversity influenced by technology. The internet is used as a teacher and friend for the digital society. The digital generation is a new group that receives da'wah messages with contemporary concepts. Network communities that are active in commenting, criticizing and carrying out da'wah activities by sharing through the platform used. In approaching da'wah, the Prophet SAW taught us his people to deliver Islamic da'wah according to the language, terminology and perspective of the target of da'wah itself. It is a must for dai and daiyah to know the ins and outs of the terminology and communication model of the millennial generation to make it easier for him to convey da'wah messages.

Abstract

At the beginning of 2022, the Ministry of Transportation through the Directorate General of Railways made improvements in railway operations by developing electrification of the Yogyakarta – Solo KRL line to Palur Station to support the progress of the railway. The development of electrification is one form of development across Yogyakarta – Solo as a real step by the government to provide effective and efficient mass transportation services to support the mobilization of the people of Solo as part of the golden triangle in Central Java This research was conducted to determine the financial feasibility that is the basis for carrying out all activities in life as well as the economic impact generated by the extension of the Yogyakarta-Solo KRL line to Palur Station. In this study, researchers will calculate several aspects, namely net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), benefit cost ratio (B/C ratio), fuel cost savings and time value savings The method used in this study is the study of literature. This research is expected to provide input to operators and regulators regarding financial independence and the economic impact of the implementation of the Yogyakarta - Solo KRL

Abstract

The responsibility of online loan entrepreneurs and legal protection for debtors of online loan services is still lacking due to limited information technology literacy for debtors, this limitation causes debtors not to think about the dangers of borrowing easily offered from various financial services. Because of this, it is necessary to conduct a study regarding information literacy between the borrower and the lender (online-based financial service entrepreneurs), literacy in the form of Information Technology knowledge which is explained according to article 26 is that loan service entrepreneurs have an obligation to maintain integrity, confidentiality, and availability than the debtor's data from the time the data was obtained until the data was destroyed. Reaffirmed in Law no. 19 of 2016 concerning ITE which contains articles regarding the provision of accountability and protection for consumers of loan services. In addition, there is a need for cooperation between the Ministry of Communication and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia, the Financial Services Authority and the authorities in carrying out supervision, increasing the digital literacy of the community.

Abstract

Early childhood education plays an important role in forming a solid foundation for child development. In this context, teacher leadership is a key factor in addressing inclusion issues in ECCE. This study aims to explore teacher leadership from the point of view of critical education in addressing the issue of inclusion in early childhood education units. The critical education approach emphasizes the development of critical and creative thinking skills in children, as well as their ability to ask questions and solve problems. Through literature review and conceptual analysis, this research reveals the close relationship between critical education and teacher leadership in early childhood education. The implications of critical education on teacher leadership can be seen in several aspects. First, critical education influences teachers' leadership mindsets and attitudes, encouraging them to become reflective, analytical, and innovative leaders and applying participatory leadership principles. Second, critical education influences the practice and learning strategies applied by teachers, by expanding discussion spaces, encouraging collaboration, and stimulating critical reflection in children. This research makes an important contribution to our understanding of the importance of critical education and teacher leadership in early childhood education. The implications of this research are expected to provide insights for curriculum development and learning strategies, as well as training and professional development for early childhood education teachers. In the face of complex future challenges, critical education-oriented early childhood education and strong teacher leadership will provide a solid foundation for holistic and sustainable child development to address inclusion issues.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara berkembang yang menitikberatkan pada pertumbuhan ekonomi domestik. Usaha mikro dan usaha lain yang belum diakui dalam ekonomi informal juga berkontribusi terhadap kemajuan nasional. Pembangunan ekonomi negara mana pun, terutama negara berkembang, dapat memperoleh manfaat dari penciptaan usaha mikro. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh simultan dan parsial e-commerce, tenaga kerja, dan modal terhadap keuntungan usaha kecil industri fashion di Kota Denpasar. Data primer untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan pemberian kuesioner kepada populasi sampel sebanyak 99 orang untuk dianalisis. Secara keseluruhan, 6.769 usaha mikro di Kota Denpasar diikutsertakan dalam analisis. Metode Proportionate Accidental Sampling digunakan untuk menetapkan sampel. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan di sini untuk penelitian. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pendapatan usaha mikro bidang fashion di Kota Denpasar dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh faktor penggunaan e-commerce, tenaga kerja, dan modal sekaligus. Usaha mikro bidang fashion Kota Denpasar mendapatkan keuntungan yang signifikan dari pendekatan yang lebih fleksibel terhadap e-commerce, tenaga kerja, dan modal, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan keuntungan mereka. Temuan studi menunjukkan bahwa, untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan, bisnis harus berinvestasi lebih banyak pada sumber daya manusia dan keuangan dan mengadopsi strategi penjualan online.

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas mengenai dinamika peran intelijen era reformasi yang berkaitan dengan demokrasi dan hak asasi manusia. Reformasi intelijen menempatkan intelijen lebih menyesuaikan diri dengan nilai-nilai reformasi secara ideal. Namun, praktik intelijen pada era reformasi tidak sesempurna yang dibayangkan. Dalam tulisan ini, terdapat peluang dan tantangan intelijen ke depan sebagai bagian dari upaya pengembangan intelijen. Tulisan ini menggunakan teori intelejen demokratik yang dimiliki Uri Bar-Joseph. Kesimpulan dari tulisan ini adalah intelijen sebagai perangkat institusi keamanan negara juga bisa berpeluang besar mendorong nilai-nilai demokrasi jika penegakan undang-undang benar-benar berjalan. Akan tetapi, upaya tersebut tidak semudah membalikkan telapak tangan, sebab intelijen masih berhadapan dengan tantangan yang belum bisa terselesaikan hingga saat ini.
