Abstract

This paper is behind the concept of innovation that became one of the universal and fundamental strategy. The substance of innovation in education has the purpose of improving and updating the context of human development and educational institutions. Reference and inspiration of Islamic principles into modern theoretical problematic have a significant impact as the basic foundation of management science study in the future. Planning is part of a management science resulting from the process of human innovation of the object of education. This paper uses a method of commentary maudu'I or thematic interpretive analysis, which refers to a unity of certain themes in the verses of the Qur'an, as well as analyze the innovative part of planning in the perspective of Al-Quran. The study of educational innovation embodied in the Qur'an has implications for the human mindset to be able to plan the educational process systematically, objectively and dynamically. Planning human resources to the stage of management is a manifestation of human success to improve the paradigm of innovation that entered the world of education.

Abstract

Tulisan ini menunjukan kebrhasilan Al-Quran sebagai representasi perubahan keilmuan sains yang sangat mendasar dan mendalam. Fenomenologis sains dalam kehidupan manusia mengalami peradaban yang sangat pesat dan menyeluruh. Hal ini akan seimbang dengan meningkatkan struktur berpikir manusia dalam melihat dan menjalani kehidupan global seperti saat ini. Al-Qur?an memberikan pengetahuan tentang prinsip-prinsip sains dan pendidikan, yang selalu dikaitkan dengan pengetahuan metafisika, moralitas dan spritualitas. Kajian ini pun bermaksud akan menyikapi bukti pendidikan sains terpadu dalam perspektif Al-Qur?an. Serta berusaha memaksimalkan pendidikan sians modern dengan pengetahuan spritualitas berdasarkan kajian Ilmu Al-Qur?an dalam kehidupan manusia. Fenomena ini membawa paradigma kepada manusia, dalam pandangan sains, yang menjadikan dasar asumsi pengetahuan dimulai dari kecerdasan (Intelektual) manusia dalam memahami fenomena yang terjadi.

Abstract

Al-Quran legal debate and strategy in an effort to improve justice for human life. The legal principles enforced in the life of the community can be seen in the implementation aspect. This writing examines and examines and the substance of law enforcement that is principally seen in the perspective of Qur'anic interpretation as well as the legal problems that are in the community environment. Writing uses the method of tafsir maudhu'I as one of the main points in the principle of law enforcement in the view of the Qur'an. The existence of the law universally becomes an integral part of humanity. It is an objective and an analysis of conditions that every human can feel without looking behind him.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is motivated by the change in paradigm and system of freedom in opinion, equality and fairness towards social behavior in the society. This study measures, compares and analyzes the principles of deliberation in the dimensions of Al-Qur'an, as well as comparing scientific principles that are sourced from the West. The influence of cultural acculturation and the development of Western political theory have become an urgency for the democratic system. So that requires an in-depth analysis about the perspective of Al-Qur'an towards deliberation, the position of deliberation in Islam, the principle of deliberation and the urgency of deliberation through the phenomenology of Al- Qur'an in solving that problem. Keywords: Deliberation, Al-Quran, Paradigm, Social Behavior Tujuan penulisan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perubahan paradigma dan sistem kebebasan berpendapat, persamaan dan keadilan terhadap perilaku sosial di masyarakat. Kajian ini mengukur, membandingkan dan menganalisa prinsip musyawarah dalam dimensi Al-Quran, serta membandingkan kaidah-kaidah keilmuan yang bersumber dari Barat. Pengaruh akulturasi budaya dan perkembangan teori politik Barat telah menjadi urgensi bagi sistem demokrasi. Sehingga memerlukan sebuah kajian analisa yang mendalam tentang perspektif Al-Quran terhadap musyawarah, kedudukan musyawarah dalam Islam, prinsip musyawarah dan urgensi musyawarah melalui fenomenologis Al- Quran dalam menyelesaikan persoalan tersebut. Kata Kunci : Musyawarah, Al-Quran, Paradigma, Perilaku Sosial

Abstract

Economy in The Perspective of The Quran Alquran discuss economic problems because of it’s importance for human life. The level of economic development for human needs is very clear in the Alquran. This article examines the economic values in tafsir of Alquran viewpoints and problems, economic paradigms that are in society. Beginning from the problems in the economy legally up to the principles of economy, this article focuses on a theme and then this study uses a method known as tafsir mawdû’î. The economy based on the Alquran is the study of science that studies the problems of the economy by increasing the values of Islam in deep. The existences of Alquran on the economic development become an integral part of Muslims. The goals for all humans prosper in this world and hereafter and to enhance the physical and spiritual gratification in a balanced way, both individuals and groups.DOI: 10.15408/ajis.v16i2.4455

Abstract

إن إندونيسيا هي أكبر دولة إسلامية من حيث عدد السكان المسلمين في العالم، إذ يبلغ عدد السكان المسلمين نحو 204 ملايين نسمة. إن هذا العدد الكبير من المسلمين يشكل إمكانات كبيرة لتطوير الخدمات المصرفية الإسلامية. وقد بدأ هذا الموضوع في جذب اهتمام الحكومة إلى إصدار القوانين الداعمة للمصارف /البنوك الشرعية / الإسلامية. وذلك عبر السياسات والقرارات المتخذة عبرة فترة استمرت 36 سنة. في الفترة (1974-2008)، بدءا من عقد ندوة وطنية حول العلاقات الثنائية بين إندونيسيا والشرق الأوسط. والتي تمخضت عن فكرة إإنشاء البنوك الإسلامية. في عام 1988 قامت الحكومة بإصدار حزمة من القرارات والسياسات التي عرفت فيما بعد بقرارات أكتوبر 1988 (PAKTO ) والتي سعت إلى صبغة البنوك في اندونيسيا  بالصبغة اللبرالية،  خلت حزمة القرارات المذكورة من أي ذكر للمصارف أو البنوك الإسلامية. ولكنها ذكرت بشكل ضمني أن البنوك يمكن أن تحدد سعر الفائدة البنكية بنسبة 0% . بعد إصدار حزمة قرارات أكتوبر المذكورة بدأت البنوك الصغيرة والمسماة بنوك القروض الشعبية (Bank Perkreditan Rakyat ) والقائمة بناء على الأسس الإسلامية بالنشوء. وجود وعمل هذه البنوك الصغيرة على الأسس الإسلامية كان اكبر دافع لإنشاء أول بنك عام تجاري غير قائم على أساس الفائدة الربوية. وبعد ذلك بأقل من ستنين منذ إصدار باقة قرارات أكتوبر ، وبتارييخ 19-22 أغسطس 1990 أقيمت ورشة عمل للعلماء حول الفوائد البنكية في شيسروا، بوغور، والتي نتج عنها قرار بتكون لجان عمل لإنشاء البنك الإسلامي في إندونيسيا. في عام 1991 تم إنشاء بنك المعاملات إندونيسيا. فقد كان إنشاء ذلك البنك كأول مصرف إسلامي إستجابة جيدة من قبل الحكومة ، وقد قد بدأ نشاطاته في الأول من مايو 1992. ولكن ومع مرور الوقت ومرور إندونيسيا بالضائقة المالية عام 1997-1998 والتي أدت إلى خسائر كبيرة للمصارف في إندونيسيا وخاصة البنوك التقليدية وأدى إلى  نتائج سلبية في الموازنة البنكية. للحد من تداعيات الأزمة الإقتصادية ، صدر في عام 1998 القانون رقم . 10 عام 1998 والتي أعطت الفرصة لنمو البنوك الإسلامية والتي احتوت على فصول من بينها السماح بإنشاء البنوك ذات النظام البنكي المزدوج. ومع كل التطورات الحثيثة في عالم البنوك الإندونيسية ، تم في عام 2008 إقرار القانون رقم. 21 عام 2008 حول المصارف الإسلامية، والمأمول أن يكون لها تأثير ملموس في نمو البنوك الإسلامية مستقبلا.الكلمات الأساسية. المصارف  الإسلامية ، البنوك التقليدية، و الوحدات الإقتصادية الشرعية.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an al-Karim rnerupakan kitab suci umat Islam yang terdiri dari kumpulan pesan-pesan Tuhan diturunkan kepada Nabi Muhamsriad saw baik melalui malaikat Jibrilataupun secara langsung memuat berbagai aturan yang diperpegangi manusia.Term musyawarah menjadi wacana publik di kalangan intelektual muslim pada abad-abad terakhir ini, terutarna abad ke-21. Hal tersebut disebabkan adanya pengaruh kalau, tidak dikatakan sebagai infiltrasi budaya dan teori politik barat terhadap dunia Islam, khususnya dalam wacana demokrasi. Sebenarnya jauh sebelum barat mendengungkan ide tentang demokrasi, dalam Islam telah lahir konsepsi dan aplikasi dan musyawarah. Hal itu dapat dilihat pada masa Nabi memimpin negara Madinah dan menjadikan musyawarah sebagai salah satu prinsip kenegaraan.Tradisi seperti ini dipraktekkan pula oleh para sahabat, khususnya para khulafa' al-Rasyidun pada masa kepemimpinan mereka.
