Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop interactive learning media based on Quizalize in civil service OTKP subjects and to find out the feasibility of interactive learning media based on Quizalize in Civil Service OTKP subjects for Karya Teladan Vocational School students. This type of research uses the ADDIE development method, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. This research took place at Karya Teladan Vocational School and was conducted in May 2024. Data was collected by means of assessments by media experts and material experts. Based on research that has been carried out and developed by validation experts, it is known that Quizalize-based interactive learning media for the OTKP Civil Service subject for Karya Teladan Vocational School students is very suitable for use. The average result for media experts was 90.43% and material experts 95.23, so it was categorized as "very suitable" as an interactive learning media.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to examine the impact of Pressure, Capability, Opportunity, Collusion, Rationalization, and Arrogance on Financial Report Fraud, with the Audit Committee serving as a moderating variable. The study utilized library research and documentation techniques for data collection, focusing on a sample of 54 real estate sector companies listed on the IDX from 2020 to 2022. Regression Analysis was employed to analyze the data, which was secondary in nature. The findings reveal the significant influence of Pressure, Opportunity, and Collusion on Financial Report Fraud, while Capability, Rationalization, and Arrogance did not exhibit a significant effect. Additionally, the Audit Committee as a moderating variable did not significantly impact the relationships between the Fraud Hexagon factors and Financial Report Fraud. These results offer new insights into the role of the Audit Committee in fraud prevention and the application of the Fraud Hexagon model in detecting financial report fraud. The study suggests further research to explore the interactions between these factors and the effectiveness of audit committees in mitigating fraud.

Abstract

Auditor ability, independence, and experience are elements that can have an impact on audit quality; this study focuses on auditor ethics as moderation. Auditors working in the West Kalimantan Provincial Inspectorate Office are the subject of this study. A sample of 35 people who answered was collected by purposive sampling method. This study uses primary data through distributing questionnaires to respondents. Descriptive statistical tests, validity, reliability, normality, multicolinerity, heteroscedasticity, coefficient of determination, F, and t tests were performed on each variable using SPSS 25. The results of this study are the effect of auditor ability is not related to audit quality, independence factors and auditor experience are positively related to audit quality. And auditor ethics cannot moderate the factors of competence, independence and auditor experience on audit quality.

Abstract

The analysis of the flute diaphragm damage in the locomotive was carried out using the Fishbone Diagram method to identify and group the main cause of the damage. This method visualizes the various factors that contribute to the problem through fishbone diagrams, allowing for an in-depth understanding of the relationship between causative factors such as design, materials, operational processes, and maintenance. The results of the analysis show that the damage to the distilled diaphragm is affected by a combination of internal and external factors, including material wear, excessive operational load, and lack of regular maintenance. These findings provide a basis for formulating more effective repair and prevention strategies, thereby improving the reliability and longevity of components in locomotives.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) play a crucial role in organizations as strategic drivers to face market competition. One important factor affecting performance is work motivation. This reaserch aims to examine the impact of work motivation on employees performance at Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak Resort. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach, using purposive sampling with 68 respondents. Data analysis is conducted using Simple Linear Regression. The results show that work motivation significantly and positively affects employee performance at Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak Resort. The analysis indicates that work motivation accounts for 65% of the impact on employee performance, with the remaining 35% influenced by factors not covered in this study. Thus, increased employee motivation correlates with improved performance. To enhance employee performance, management support is essential, including increasing employee motivation through appropriate salary, benefits, and health insurance.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between work motivation and psychological well-being (PWB) in internship students in Jabodetabek. The Kampus Merdeka program policy provides opportunities for students to develop their skills and work experience. This study aims to identify how work motivation, both intrinsic and extrinsic, affects the psychological well-being of student interns. Using a predictive correlational approach, data were collected through questionnaires measuring the dimensions of work motivation and PWB. The results showed that intrinsic motivation has a significant positive impact on psychological well-being, while excessive extrinsic motivation can have a negative impact. The research emphasizes the importance of creating a supportive work environment to motivate student interns, improve their performance, and prepare them for the transition from academia to the world of work. The researcher obtained 103 respondents from various students in Jabodetabek. universities with 25.2% male and 74.8% female gender. This research data was processed using convenience sampling techniques, using the Multidimensional Work Motivation Scale (MWMS) questionnaire and Psychological Well Being (PWB) distribution this questionnaire through social media by using google form. The analysis of the data is known through the Kolmogorov Smirnov test obtained a figure of 0.200> 0.05 for both variables, it is concluded that the residual data is normally distributed.

Abstract

This research aims to initiate innovations that can build and maintain the existence of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in the digital era, taking into account the perspective of customer needs and expectations. The digital era brings challenges as well as opportunities for Islamic educational institutions, including MI, to adopt technology in the learning process and education management. This study examines how MI can adapt to the development of digital technology without ignoring Islamic values that are the foundation of education. Through the literature research method, this study analyzes various literature related to technology adaptation in education, and explores strategies that have been successfully implemented in other Islamic educational institutions. The results of the study show that the adoption of digital technology in MI can improve teaching effectiveness and strengthen the interaction between teachers and students. However, this adaptation must be done carefully to ensure that technology does not diminish the essence of Islamic teachings. In addition, the study found that MIs that are responsive to customer needs and expectations, such as students, parents, and the community, have higher competitiveness. Collaboration between MI, the government, and the private sector was also identified as an important factor in supporting innovation in MI.

Abstract

Interfaith marriages in Indonesia continue to be an issue, with ongoing social and legal discrimination, against couples who enter into such arrangement. This paper discusses the challenges faced by Undang-Undang No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage, along with its amendments in Undang-Undang No. 16 of 2019, in adhering to the principles of human rights. This study employs a literature review approach to examine how the government, through existing legal substance and structure, can ensure legal certainty, legal justice, and legal benefits for interfaith married couples.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase youth understanding of their important role in advancing the local, regional and national economy. This socialization was held at the GPdI Eben Haezer Jayapura Church and involved church youth as participants. The methods used include preparation, delivery of material, as well as discussions and questions and answers. The results of this activity show an increase in youth understanding of their role in economic growth. The participants also gained knowledge about the concept of economic growth, the role of youth, and ways to develop their potential in creating jobs. This activity succeeded in involving the active participation of participants and increasing their understanding of the importance of the contribution of the younger generation to the economy. However, there are shortcomings in the limited duration of activities and the scope of participants only from one community.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the contribution, revenue growth, and effectiveness of tourism sector revenue to Mamasa Regency's Regional Original Revenue (PAD) in the 2019-2023 period. Researchers used a qualitative descriptive method with analysis of contribution ratios, growth ratios, and effectiveness ratios. The results showed that the contribution of the tourism sector to Mamasa Regency PAD was still relatively low, with an annual average of 69.26%. The lowest contribution occurred in 2020 at 6.23%, while the highest contribution was recorded in 2023 at 18.59%. The highest tourism sector revenue growth was recorded in 2021 at 125.63%, and the lowest in 2020. The level of effectiveness of tourism sector revenue during 2019-2023 is included in the highly effective category, with an average of 123.12% per year.
