Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, Brand Image, Brand Trust, and Word of Mouth on Customer Loyalty for Garnier facial wash products among national university students. The sample in this study were 100 national university student respondents who used Garnier facial wash products. This study uses primary data with data collection methods through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique uses inferential analysis with multiple linear regression and uses the Statistical Product and Service solution (SPSS) version 26.0 program. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, using the t test where Product Quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y), Brand image (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y), Brand Trust (X3) has an effect positive and significant impact on Customer Loyalty (Y), Word Of Mouth (X4) has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y). So it can be concluded that Product Quality, Brand Image, Brand Trust, and Word Of Mouth have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the independent variables in this study in the form of product quality variables, brand image variables and electronic word of mouth variables on the dependent variable of this study changing interest in buying Body lotion Ms glow. The method in this study is descriptive - quantitative with a population of respondents or more specifically consumers of Ms. Glow's body lotion. The sample which is the research respondent is 96 with non-probability sampling technique. In using the non-probability sampling technique, it is expected that the sample is in accordance with the terms or criteria needed in this study. The data used is in the form of primary data by distributing questionnaires with the model test in the form of multiple linear regression processed using SPSS 23. The results were found after being analyzed using data processing with the following conclusions that product quality, brand image and electronic word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on buying interest. Previously tested against statement items which were declared valid and reliable

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product variations, brand image, and price perceptions on purchasing decisions for fried noodles at basic food agents in the Kumpay sub-district, Banten. The sample in this study were 100 respondents who had purchased fried noodles at least once. This study uses primary data with data collection methods through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique uses inferential analysis with multiple linear regression and uses the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 22.0 program. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, using the t test where Product Variation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a score of 3.665 > 1.985. Brand Image (X2) has no positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a score of 1.276 <1.985 and Price Perception (X3) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a score of 4.873 > 1.984. So it can be concluded that Product Variation and Perceived Price have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, brand image has no positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image, brand awareness, and halal labeling on purchasing decisions for Sarimi instant noodle products at Alfamidi Jeruk Raya, South Jakarta. The population in this study were customers who bought Sarimi instant noodle products at Alfamidi Jeruk Raya, South Jakarta. The sample used in the study was 96 people. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques to test the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this study found that brand image and brand awareness had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, however, halal labeling had a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions for Sarimi instant noodle products at Alfamidi Jeruk Raya, South Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence brand trust, brand image, and lifestyle have on purchase intention. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative methods and data analysis techniques using inferential analysis data and using primary data formed closed questionnaires to 100 respondents and assisted by using the SPSS version 23 program. To obtain results from consumer buying interest in the Samsung Galaxy A smartphone Series. The results of this study reveal that brand trust, brand image, and lifestyle variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. This can be seen in the coefficient table in the regression equation Y = 0.308 X1 + 0.324 X2 + 0.280 X3. The conclusion is that the independent variable has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention.

Abstract

This study was conducted in order to analyze the Influence of Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Perumda Pasar Jaya Central Jakarta. The sample in this study was 120 respondents based on the Yamane formula. The data used in this study came from primary data assisted by questionnaires that had been distributed to 120 respondents. Related to data analysis, this study uses inferential analysis with multiple linear regression. It is known that the results obtained in this study are that Leadership Style has a good impact on employee performance, work motivation has a good impact on employee performance, and work discipline has a good impact on employee performance. Therefore, Perumda Pasar Jaya Central Jakarta should have a better impact so that it can continue to maintain stability

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Taste, Word of Mouth and Consumer Satisfaction on the Purchasing Decision of Panada Dapur MayankSouth Jakarta. The population in this study used Anderson sampling technique where the population taken amounted to 96 people with a significance level of 95% and a standard deviation of 25%. This study used primary data with a data collection method through questionnaires distributed to 96 respondents. Data analysis techniques using inferential analysis with multiple linear regression and using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program version 26.0. The results showed that Taste had a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions with a path coefficient value of 0.553 and a significant t of 0.000. Word Of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions with a path coefficient value of 0.248 and a significant t of 0.001. Consumer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions with a path coefficient value of 0.508 and a significant t of 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover and Sales Growth on Firm Value. The sample of this research is consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange from 2017-2021 using a purposive sampling method. There are 18 companies in the consumer goods industry sector that meet the criteria to be used as research samples. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The dependent variable in this study is company value, measured using price book value (PBV). The results of this study indicate that ROA and Total Asset Turnover have a positive and significant effect on firm value, while DER and Sales Growth have no effect and are not significant on firm value. Simultaneously there is a significant effect on the variables ROA, DER, Total Asset Turnover and Sales Growth on Firm Value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Surgika Alkesido. The sampling method used is Non-Probability Sampling with Purposive sampling technique. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive methods and inferential analysis using primary data in the form of a closed questionnaire to 100 respondents and the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. From the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and model feasibility test, a regression equation is obtained. The results of regression analysis in this study indicate a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, which is shown in the coefficient table in the regression equation model. The results of the model feasibility test shown with the significant value shown in the model feasibility table which means that the model in this study is feasible to use based on the significant value obtained. The results of the hypothesis conclusion with the t test obtained a positive and significant value on the variables of communication, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, location, consumer trust and satisfaction on the repurchase interest of Alfamart consumers in South Jakarta in 2021. The sample in this study was 96 respondents using Anderson's formula. This study used primary data with a data collection method through questionnaires distributed to 96 respondents. Data analysis technique using inferential analysis with multiple linear regression and using SPSS program version 23.0. With data testing techniques used in this study include multiple linear regression tests, and research hypothesis testing. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that brand image, trust, and consumer satisfaction affect the repurchase interest of Alfamart consumers in Pasar Minggu in 2021. Meanwhile, location does not affect the repurchase interest of Alfamart consumers in South Jakarta in 2021.
