Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the Moderation Effects of Customer Innovativeness in increasing Phygital Retail Customer Loyalty in the Indonesian Culinary Industry. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of the Phygital Retail concept in order to optimize Phygital Retail outlets in the Indonesian Culinary Industry. This research is a quantitative research with the PLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. Sources of data in this study were obtained by distributing online questionnaires to respondents who were customers of outlets or Resto Phygital Retail. The results of this study state that as a form of effort towards optimizing Phygital Retail outlets that implement the Phygital Retail concept, it is hoped that consumers can carry out innovations which are encouragement from the consumers themselves to become more involved and loyal to the company, hence consumer involvement and loyalty. This can be achieved by implementing strategies in the Phygital Retail sales system that bring pleasure to consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Product Quality, Brand Image and Electronic Word of Mouth on the Purchase Decision of Ms Glow for Men Facial Wash. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression and used SPSS version 23. The results of the researchers found the regression equation Y = 0.347 X1 + 0.297 X2 + 0.340 X3. t count 4.113 > 1.660 t table and sig value 0.00 < 0.50. For Brand Image (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y) based on t count 3.567 < 1.660 t table and sig value 0.01 > 0.50. For Electronic Word of Mouth (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y) based on t count 4.879 > 1.660 t table and sig value 0.00 < 0.50. Among the third, most significant variables is the Product Quality variable (X1) based on t count 4.113 > 1.660 t table and sig value 0.00 < 0.50. The results of this study are expected to be a reference material to improve Product Quality (X1) and (X2) Brand Image that can support Purchase Decisions (Y)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, job training and work discipline on the performance of Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Perikanan Tangkap employees. The analytical method uses in this study are descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Data analysis of several tests are instrument testing, multiple linear regression analysis, model feasibility testing, hypothesis testing t test and using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26.0 program. The subject of this research is an employee at the Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Perikanan Tangkap with 71 employee respondents with the method of collecting data through questionnaires. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the variables of Competence, Training and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which is shown in the coefficients table in the regression equation model Y = 0.150 X1 + 0.420 X2 + 0.466 X3 + 4.157. The results of the model's feasibility test are shown with a significant value of 0.000 which is shown in the ANOVA table, which means that the model in this study is feasible to use based on the significant value obtained. The conclusion from the results of the hypothesis with a partial t-test obtained a significant value on the competence variable of 0.044, while the training and work discipline variables have a significant value of 0.000. It can be partially concluded that the three independent variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Product Quality, Price Perception, and Promotion on Purchase Decisions in Jakarta. This study uses primary and secondary data with the method of collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis shows that Product Quality variable has a positive and insignificant effect, Price Perception has a positive and significant effect, Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that people who lived in Jakarta area will be more interested to buying AQUA brand drinking water because of the Product Quality, Price Perception, and Promotion provided by AQUA

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine and analyze the influence of product quality, brand image and brand trust on purchasing decisions for Yamaha Mio motorbikes. The data source for this research uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire given to 100 Yamaha Mio Motorbike respondents at the Sumber Multiera Dealer, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta. The sampling technique in this research used the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used was inferential analysis with multiple linear regression and used t-statistics which had been processed in SPSS version 23.0. The results of this research can be seen from the hypothesis test where product quality has a positive influence on purchasing decisions, this is proven by the tcount value of 2.790 with a significant value of 0.006, brand image has a positive influence on purchasing decisions, this is proven by the tcount value of 2.035 with a value significant 0.045, brand trust has a positive influence on purchasing decisions, this is proven by the t value of 2.652 with a significant value of 0.009.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, mutation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Indomarco Prismatama Gunung Sahari 2 Branch, North Jakarta. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative methods and inferential analysis using primary data in the form of a closed questionnaire to 100 respondents, and the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. From the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and model feasibility test, the regression equation is obtained, as follows: Y = 0.171K + 0.277M + 0.533 DK The results of the regression analysis in this study show that compensation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), mutations (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), work discipline (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), In an effort to improve employee performance, PT. Indomarco Prismatama Branch Gunung Sahari 2 North Jakarta needs to pay attention and know what is the problem because it can be used as a basis for correcting weaknesses and maintaining effectiveness through compensation, transfers and good work discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance of the Depok City National Narcotics Agency. The data of this study used primary data in the form of a questionnaire to 55 individuts. The data analysis technique was using inferential analysis with multiple linear regression and using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26.0 program. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the variables of Work Environment (X1), Work Motivation (X2), and Work Discipline (X3) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study expect the company to improve the work environment, work motivation, and work discipline that can support employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, compensation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. ANZ Bank Indonesia. This type of research data uses descriptive quantitative methods and uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire to 80 respondents in a closed manner at PT. ANZ Bank Indonesia. The data analysis technique uses inferential analysis with multiple linear regression and uses the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25 program. The results of smultiple linear regression analysis show that the motivation variable (X1) has no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, compensation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the results of this study, it is expected that PT. Bank ANZ Indonesia can maintain and evaluate deficiencies in Compensation, Motivation, and Work Discipline that can improve Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Indonesian macroeconomic factors on the LQ45 stock index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange: inflation, interest rates, IDR/USD exchange rate, and the money supply. The survey period covers the period from 2016 to 2020. The subject of this research is the LQ45 stock index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis with a significance level of 0.05 or 5%. The results of this study show that inflation has a positive and insignificant effect on the LQ45 stock price index in 2016-2020. The results of the interest rate variable show that interest rates have a positive and insignificant effect on the 2016-2020 LQ45 stock price index. The results of the exchange rate variable (X3) show that the IDR/USD exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on the 2016-2020 LQ45 Stock Price Index. The results of the Amount of Money Supply (JUB) variable show that the Money Supply (JUB) has a positive and insignificant effect on the LQ45 stock price index 2016-2020.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, service quality and sales promotion on purchasing decisions for Toyota Avanza at AUTO 2000 Pramuka, Central Jakarta. This study uses primary data with data collection methods through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique was using inferential analysis with multiple linear regression and using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 23.0 program. From the research results, it can be seen that product quality (X1) has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, this is shown from the t-test where the t- count value is 2.668 > 1.660 ttable and significant is 0.009 (0.009 < = 0.05), then H0 is rejected. and Ha accepted,. Service Quality (X2) from the results of the study is shown from the tcount, which is 2.613 > 1.660 ttable and the significance is 0.010 (0.010 < = 0.05), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Sales Promotion (X3) from the results of this study can be seen in the tcount value of 3.111 > 1.660 ttable and significant 0.000 (0.000 < = 0.05) then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that Sales Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Buying decision. Thus, it can be concluded that product quality, service quality and sales promotion variables influence purchasing decisions together.
