Abstract

This research is entitled “Analysis of Increasing Existence of Furniture Product Marketing Promotion Amid the Covid - 19 Pandemic at UD. Mabruk Mataram”, which aims to increase the existence of marketing promotions for furniture products in the midst of the Covid - 19 pandemic. This research is a descriptive study using the case method. Data collection techniques in this study are using observation, interviews and documentation. The type of data in this research is using qualitative data and quantitative data and the data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of this research analysis to improve the existence of marketing promotion for furniture products in the midst of the Covid - 19 pandemic at UD. Mabruk Mataram can be done such as: placing advertisements through print and electronic media, posters and leaflets, through electronic shopping media, creating catalogs, sponsoring events, preparing professional employees, providing souvenirs, coupons with prizes and discounts/prices and holding events/entertainment activities for the surrounding community. Increasing the existence of furniture product marketing promotions in the midst of the Covid - 19 pandemic at UD. Mabruk Mataram, so that in the future it can continue to exist in the midst of the Covid - 19 pandemic in marketing furniture products so that it can increase sales volume and can satisfy consumers who buy furniture products at UD. Mabruk Mataram and can market UD. Mabruk Mataram furniture products to outside the area.

Abstract

Eksistensi Tuhan dan agama selalu menjadi perbincangan bahkan menjadi perdebatan sepanjang sejarah umat manusia. Perdebatan yang tak kunjung selesai itu telah melahirkan berbagai pandangan yang satu dengan lainnya sangat berbeda bahkan bertentangan. Fakta belakangan ini menunjukkan bahwa secara teologis ada yang bertuhan dan beragama hanya pada tataran teoretis tapi tidak dalam tataran praktis sekularisme, yang berlindung di balik ketidak mampuan atau kemustahilan manusia untuk mengetahui Tuhannya. Manusia adalah makhluk sejarah,oleh karenannya nama-nama Tuhan juga muncul dalam wacana sejarah dan pemikiran agama. Hubungan agama, budaya dan masyarakat sangat penting atau merupakan sistem kehidupan karena adanya keterkaitan satu sama lain. Untuk soal keberagamaan dan pembangunan sosial tidak lengkap jika hanya dilihat dari satu aspek tertentu saja, untuk itu dalam memandang persoalan kemasyarakatan harus melalui pendekatan holistik. Kehidupan beragama terlihat dari cara berpikir, perilaku atau sikap dan tata krama dalam masyarakat dan berbangsa.

Abstract

Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah investasi bisnis cabang baru layak atau tidak. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data dengan alat analisis Studi Kelayakan Bisnis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa aspek non keuangan dinyatakan layak karena Aspek hukum memiliki dokumen perizinan usaha dan menjalankan hukum dengan taat bayar pajak. Aspek tekniks dan teknologi memiliki peralatan yang dibutuhkan untuk kegiatan operasional dan mampu menghasilkan produk sesuai dan tepat waktu. Aspek pasar dan pemasaran mampu mencapai target pasar dan pasar sasaran, Aspek manajemen memiliki struktur organisasi dan mampu membiayai gaji dan insentif karyawan dan aspek keuangan menunjukan bahwa pada perhitungan Payback Periode 1 tahun 9 bulan. Net Present value sebesar Rp 96.012.973, Internal rate of returm sebesar 51% dan Profitability index sebesar 1.80. Berdasarkan perhitungan aspek keuangan dengan penilaian kelayakan investasi menunjukan bahwa investasi cabang baru Confetti Project layak dilakukan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan kebijakan pembinaan gerakan keluarga sakinah dalam pelayanan keagamaan kepada keluarga di Kabupaten Garut. Kebijakan pembinaan ini bertujuan memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat untuk tercaiptanya keluarga sakinah mawadah warohmah. Pendekatan metode adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, serta studi dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis interkatif dari Huberman dengan tahapan reduksi ata, display data dan kesimpulan. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan kebijakan pembinaan gerakan keluarga sakinah dalam pelayanan kepada masyarakat terlaksana cukup baik dalam arti berjalan secara optimal. Kegiatan ini dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik jika ada bantuan para tokoh agama melalui kegiatan pengajian disetiap masjid Jamie yang ada dilingkungan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu peran serta masyarakat sangat mendukung terhadap pelaksanaan kebijakan ini. Sehingga kerjasama para petugas dengan tokoh masyarakat perlu lebih ditingkatkan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the stages of managing relationships, developing strategies and developing networks in Allianz Indonesia's media relations strategy. Through the Corporate Communications department, Allianz Indonesia pays attention and carries out media relations activities as a way to get positive news that can affect the company's image and reputation. This research use descriptive method with qualitative data presentation. The results showed that in the stage of managing relationships, Allianz Indonesia has built intensive communication with media partners, either directly or indirectly. Also, compiling the media list according to the type of audience, coverage and level of the mass media. Furthermore, Allianz Indonesia's public relations practitioners have a media relations team that acts as writer, spokesperson and media coordinator. At the strategy development stage, the company's goals have been set to increase awareness, change attitudes and encourage public action, by carrying out various media activities such as Press conferences, media gatherings, media workshops, journalist competitions, and others. The Corporate Communications Department has also conducted a SWOT analysis. At the stage of developing the network, Allianz Indonesia has joined two associations, namely the Indonesian General Insurance Association (AAUI) and the Indonesian Life Insurance Association (AAJI)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the difference of employee performace in PT Surya Indah Food Multirasa Jombang districts. This type of research is quantitative research with survey research methods. In collecting data using purposive sampling techniques. The population of this research is all employees at PT Surya Indah Food Multirasa Jombang districts, so that the sample in this study is 52 respondents. To analyze the data obtained using the Classic Assumption Test, and One Way Anova. Whereas the data collection was carried out through several techniques, namely field studies and lift deployment studies. The results of research and data processing show that the three independent variables, gender, age, and length of working simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Correlation coefficient test results show that the R value of 0,662, it means gender, age, and legth of working together have a very strong relationship of employee performance. While the result of One Way Anova test show that sig is 0,009 < 0,05 that it can be interpreted there is a performance difference of gender, than sig as 0,011 < 0,05 that it can be interpreted there is a performance difference of age, and than sig as 210 > 0,05 that it can be interpreted there is a performance difference oflegth of working. Expected things to pay attention to further improve employee performance at PT Surya Indah Food Multirasa Jombang districts that is evaluating in the employee’s work

Abstract

Hypertension is a factor that often gives effect to the occurrence of heart disease and blood vessels. Hypertension often does not cause symptoms in the initial phase, but hypertension will disrupt the function of the heart even the patient will have a stroke. In addition to pharmacological therapy, the management of hypertension can use non-pharmacological therapy one of them therapy warm water foot soak. The aim of this research is to know the influence of foot soak with warm water to blood pressure of hypertension patient of Sp 4 Setuntung. This study uses a quantitative approach. The method used is quasi experiment. The design of this research is pre and post test without control. Sampling technique used is Purposive sampling. Respondents in this study as many as 17 people. The result based on Wilcoxon test on systole blood pressure before and after get p value of systole 0.001 (<0.05) and for diastole blood pressure p value of diastole 0.048 (<0.05). The conclusion of this study foot soak therapy with warm water effectively lower blood pressure in patients with hypertension in the region Sp 4 Setuntung Kecamatan Belitang Kabupaten Sekadau.

Abstract

The expansion of business has passed the limit of space, time and territory of a country. One of efforts in entering others country to expand business is by using franchise system. That’s why so many entrepreneur starting their business not by establishing the new one, but by purchasing business system called franchise. In Indonesia the word of franchise known as waralaba and regulated by the regulation of the government of Republic of Indonesia Number 42 Year 2007 upon Franchise. Literally waralaba can be interpretedas a business which is giving more profit. In short,a franchise is the agreement between two legally independent parties which gives : First, a person or group of people (franchisee) the right to market the product or service using the trademark of another business (franchisor). Second,the franchisee the right to market a product or service using the operating method offranchisor.Third, the franchisee the obligation to pay the franchisor fees for this right. Forth,the franchisor the obligation to provide the rights and suport to franchisee. The agreement made between the franchisor and the franchisee on franchise must have legal protection in it, in particular with regard to the use of Intellectual Property Rights. The agreement has to cover law protection relates to the rights and obligations of both franchisor and franchisee, so that during the agreement both parties adhere to each other. For that it takes a good agreement and benefiting both parties.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the link and match in vocational education collaboration with the business and industry in Indonesia. In the cooperation that exists between vocational education with the business world and the industrial world, it cannot be separated from the role of school collaboration with the community. The SMK has an important task to create a cooperation and benefit. In this research, using qualitative research and descriptive approaches. The data source in this study used informants at SMKN 4 Serang city and industry. Types of data collection used in this study include observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data used in the study using an interactive model from Milles & Huberman. The results of the study indicate that link and match planning through the vocational education relationship program with the business world and the industrial world has been implemented at SMKN 4 Serang city, namely industrial practices, training, industrial visits, and recruitment of outstanding alumni. The implementation of establishing school cooperation includes the procedures for implementing partnerships with the business world and the industrial world at SMKN 4 Serang city.

Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan penyumbang Pendapatan Asli Daerah bagi Kabupaten Manggarai Barat. Taman Nasional Komodo (TNK) merupakan daya tarik pariwisata utama di kabupaten ini. Selain itu, Gua Batu Cermin merupakan atraksi wisata yang sering ditawarkan sebagai pelengkap paket wisata kepada turis (second order attraction). Namun demikian, dari jumlah kedatangan ke TNK, presentasi yang berkunjung ke Gua Batu Cermin masih sedikit. Oleh karena itu, diperlukannya penelitian menggunakan analisis SWOT untuk mengindentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman yang dimiliki oleh Gua Batu Cermin sebagai atraksi wisata untuk menentukan strategi pengembangannya. Setiap komponen SWOT, dianalisis dengan menggunakan IFAS dan EFAS untuk menentukan titik koordinat keadaan Gua Batu Cermin. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Gua Batu Cermin berada pada situasi SO (Strength-Opportunities), dimana strategi yang diterapkan harus memaksimalkan strength guna mendapatkan peluang secara maksimal. Strategi tersebut diantaranya melakukan perbaikan dari sisi fasilitas dan infrastruktur, pengelola Gua Batu Cermin melakukan kerja sama dengan para travel agent, promosi digital secara intens, dan melakukan pelatihan bagi seluruh elemen pengelola Gua Batu Cermin
