Abstract

Baratama Rezeki Anugerah Sentosa Utama secara administratif terletak di Kabupaten Bungo, Provinsi Jambi. Efisiensi pengangkutan dengan menggunakan truck dipengaruhi oleh waktu edar. Besar kecilnya waktu edar dipengaruhi oleh kecepatan alat angkut. Jalan tanah yang tidak mengalami perawatan dan pemeliharaan dapat memperkecil produksi alat mekanis, dan memperlambat laju kendaraan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode penelitian bersifat eksploratif melalui pendekatan rumus dalam penyelesaian masalah. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis waktu edar optimum terhadap pencapaian target produksi dan faktor penyebab tidak tercapaianya target produksi pada kegiatan pengupasan tanah penutup. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kecepatan optimum alat angkut Hino 500 saat loaded travel dengan jarak 1 km diperoleh sebesar 16,07 km/jam dan empty travel diperoleh sebesar 19,44 km/jam, pencapaian produksi alat angkut diperoleh sebesar 35.926.07 BCM/bulan. Sedangkan kecepatan maksimum diperoleh produksi sebesar 43.293,68 BCM/bulan terhadap target produksi sebesar 75.343,10 BCM/bulan dengan ketercapaian produksi sebesar 57%. Tidak tercapainya produksi disebabkan oleh rendahnya efisiensi kerja, jumlah isian bucket ke dalam alat angkut. Setelah dilakukan evaluasi terhadap efisiensi kerja dari 74% menjadi 80% dan koreksi terhadap faktor pengisian diperoleh produksi sebesar 70.479,80 BCM/Bulan dengan ketercapaian produksi sebesar 93%. Perlu ada pengawasan dilapangan dan tetap menjaga kondisi jalan dengan melakukan perawatan secara rutin dalam memperoleh produksi yang dicapai.

Abstract

Muslim travelers are potential market and are currently growing rapidly. People in tourism industry is aware about this phenomenon. This study was conducted to find out how the current development of halal tourism or muslim friendly tourism in the Southeast Asian region of ASEAN members. The research was conducted with descriptive qualitative methods, data collection was carried out by studying literature through scientific journal articles, books and websites. The countries studied were Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. Malaysia is a country that is fast in seizing halal tourism opportunities and a pioneer in meeting the needs of Muslim travelers. Indonesia as a country with the world's largest Muslim population is starting to catch up with Malaysia, which has often won various halal tourism awards. Singapore as a non-OIC (Organization of Islamic Cooperation) country is able to become a leader in halal tourism among non-OIC countries. In order to become the world's best halal tourist destination, Indonesia needs to encourage the awareness of tourism industry players to carry out halal certification on products and services.

Abstract

Epidural Hematoma (EDH) is an extra-axial bleeding condition with clinical symptoms that commonly occur after head trauma. The typical symptom in cases of EPD is progressive loss of consciousness. The treatment of choice for EDH cases is to perform a decompressive laminectomy and evaluation of the hematoma using a craniotomy. Craniotomy action makes neurological changes characterized by seizures and changes in breathing patterns. The author's aim is to provide nursing care for post-craniotomy epidural hematoma patients who experience ineffective breathing patterns. The author uses a case study method through a nursing care approach. Action refers to providing airway management. Implementation was carried out for 3 days of treatment. Problems with ineffective breathing patterns related to neurological disorders, head injuries are partially resolved, so longer treatment is needed and collaboration with family and other medical teams is needed

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of promotion, location, service and interest rates on the decision to make financing for people's business credit (KUR) BRI branch Kebumen, either partially or simultaneously. This research is a survey research with 100 respondents who are customers of Bank BRI branch Kebumen. The research method is quantitative, the data obtained are based on the answers from the respondents to the questionnaire, which are then tested for validity and reliability, while the data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis (t test and F test), which has previously been tested for analysis prerequisites including normality, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity. After analyzing the data, the following results and conclusions were obtained. Promotion had a significant effect on the decision to make KUR financing for BRI branch Kebumen. (2) Location has a significant effect on the decision to make KUR financing for BRI branch Kebumen. (3) Service does not have a significant effect on the decision to make KUR financing for BRI branch Kebuemn. (4) Interest rates have a significant effect on the decision to make KUR financing for BRI branch Kebumen. (5) Promotion, location, service, and interest rates simultaneously have a significant effect on the decision to make KUR financing for BRI branch Kebumen

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat beban kerja pegawai pada Puskesmas di Kota XYZ. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pegawai ASN di Puskesmas yang berada di salah satu kota di Sumatera Barat. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 155 orang dan sampelnya berjumlah 108 orang dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perhitungan beban kerja pada pegawai Puskesmas di Kota XYZ ditemukan bahwa rata-rata beban kerja pegawai berada pada kategori Sedang yaitu sebesar 57. Untuk pegawai dalam klasifikasi beban kerja pada kategori ringan sebanyak 34%, untuk kategori sedang sebanyak 62% dan untuk kategori berat sebanyak 4%. Setelah dilakukan pengukuran, pembobotan dan pemberian skor, aspek yang paling dominan mempengaruhi beban kerja pegawai Puskesmas yang berada di Kota XYZ adalah Performance dan Effort. Untuk aspek yang paling tidak dominan mempengaruhi beban kerja pegawai Puskesmas yang berada di Kota XYZ adalah Frustration atau Frustasi

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi eksternal berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan CV. Upindo Jaya Banjarmasin. Untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi internal berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan CV. Upindo Jaya Banjarmasin. Dan Untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi eksternal dan internal berpengaruh simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan CV. Upindo Jaya Banjarmasin. Metode kuantitatif yang digunakan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 44 responden. Untuk menjawab hipotesa menggunakan teknis analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi eksternal berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja. Motivasi internal berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja. Kemudian motivasi eksternal dan motivasi internal secara simultan dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

The Indonesian government has launched various programs to deal with existing population problems. One of the programs with national planning as an integral part of national development whose family has a goal is to encourage PUS (Pupes of Childbearing Age) to take part in the Family Planning Program (BKKBN 2016). This type of research is a quantitative analytic study using a cross sectional approach where the method of returning data on the independent variable and the dependent variable is taken at one time at the same time which aims to determine the factors that influence the use of the implant contraceptive method at the Kencana Clinic Office. DPPKB Bungo Regency in 2021. Based on the research that has been carried out with Chi Square statistical tests with 163 respondents, it was found that respondents aged 30-35 years who chose contraceptive implants were 71 people with KB Implants 31 people (30.9%) p-value 0.003 where p < 0.05, moderate parity respondents who chose Implant KB contraception as many as 76 people with KB Implant 32 people (33.1%) p-value 0.007 where p < 0.05, respondents who graduated from high school/MA 77 people, who used KB Implant 33 people (33.5%) p-value 0.005 where p <0.05, respondents who work formally 78 people, who use KB Implant 34 people (34.0%) p-value 0.007 where p <0.02 , there is a significant relationship between age, parity, education, and health factors with implant contraceptive methods. For DPPKB, to add references and input materials in making policy planning to increase public participation in the use of contraceptive methods

market pada tahun 2022, blockchain merupakan salah satu bidang pekerjaan yang nampak banyak dicari oleh perusahan sehingga ahli blockchain atau blokchain developer diperlukan dalam ekosistem criptocurrency. Harga dari criptocurrency belakangan ini mengikuti harga saham yang ada di wall street sehingga perlu adanya suatu pemodelan untuk melihat trend harga dari perkembangan asset kripto, hal ini dilakukan agar investor memahami pola-pola yang terjadi sehingga dapat mengurangi kerugian. Asset cryptocurrency memiliki hubungan dengan harga saham wallstreet karena pada saat ini sebagai besar teknologi memegang asset crypto sebagai asset perusahaan. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan sebuah pemodelan korelasi antara harga wall street yang terdiri indeks saham utama di amerika serikat terhadap harga cryptocurrency berbasis business intelligence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang upaya pemenuhan hak administrasi kependudukan terhadap Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa (ODGJ) di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Karanganyar (Disdukcapil). ODGJ ialah orang yang mengalami gangguan dalam pikiran, perilaku, dan perasaan yang termanifestasi dalam bentuk sekumpulan gejala dan atau perubahan perilaku yang bermakna, serta dapat menimbulkan penderitaan dan hambatan dalam menjalankan fungsi orang sebagai manusia. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian empiris yang bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Upaya pemenuhan hak administrasi terhadap ODGJ dilakukan dengan pelayanan jemput bola, kemudahan persyaratan pendaftaran dokumen kependudukan khususnya KTP-el dan KK serta disediakannya tiga pilihan pengambilan dokumen yaitu 1) Keluarga dapat mengambil dokumen sudah jadi di Disdukcapil Kabupaten Karanganyar, 2) Keluarga dapat menggunakan jasa pengiriman melalui kantor pos, 3) Pemohon yang tidak dalam satu KK seperti RT/RW maupun lingkungan sekitar diperbolehkan mengambil dokumen ODGJ ke Disdukcapil atau dapat melalui kantor pos. Sedangkan, hambatan sendiri dibagi menjadi dua faktor yaitu internal dan eksternal. Selanjutnya peneliti menggunakan indikator keberhasilan pelayanan (penerapan kebijakan) diantaranya kesesuaian antara penerapan kebijakan dengan desain, tujuan dan sasaran kebijakan itu sendiri serta hasil positif bagi pemecahan permasalahan yang dihadapi. Maka dari itu, dilihat dari indikator tersebut, pelayanan yang dilakukan terhadap ODGJ tergolong berhasil.

Abstract

The development of elementary mathematics teaching materials with Malay cultural nuances for fourth grade elementary school is motivated by the absence of mathematics teaching materials based on Malay cultural values ​​to get a positive response from students because the teaching materials used are still general in nature so that regional nuances are far from students. So, there is a need for innovation in instilling real mathematical concepts through pictures of sites or historical objects that are around in order to contribute to students' understanding of Malay culture-based teaching materials so that mathematics teaching materials are more in touch with the student's world on geometry material, especially flat wake materials. This study aims to develop mathematics teaching materials with Malay cultural nuances on geometry material in the fourth grade of elementary school. This development research uses the Research and development (R&D) research method with the ADDIE model research method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). This research is basically carried out through five main stages, namely the analysis stage, the design stage, the development stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. This research only reached the development stage and did not reach the evaluation stage. This study uses a questionnaire as a tool to test the feasibility of learning teaching materials through the validation of material experts, media experts and teacher responses. The results of the development obtained are the product of teaching materials for learning mathematics in the fourth grade elementary school grade flat shape material. The teaching materials developed were validated by material experts, media experts and teacher responses. After the validation process was carried out by material experts, media experts and teacher responses, which were then revised and produced textbooks that were appropriate for fourth grade elementary school students. Thus the learning teaching materials developed were declared suitable for use in learning.
