<![CDATA[During the COVID-19 pandemic, students experienced many changes due to policies to carry out social and physical distancing. This change is then related to students' mental health problems. If mental health problems are not addressed, it will have an impact on their well-being. This study was conducted to find out what are the barriers experienced by students in managing mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological research design. The participants involved were three students who were recruited by purposive sampling with the following criteria: (1) ages 19-25 years, (2) higher students, and (3) being in Salatiga during the COVID-19 pandemic. Data was collected by semi-structured interviews and then the data were analyzed using descriptive phenomenological analysis (DPA). The results of the analysis show that the barriers experienced by students in managing mental health during the pandemic include: (1) prohibitions on gatherings, (2) changes in activity, and (3) fear of contracting the virus. This study suggests the provision of mental health assistance services that can be easily accessed by students.]]>

<![CDATA[Pecenongan merupakan kawasan yang terletak di Ibu Kota Jakarta, tepatnya Jakarta Pusat. Kawasan Pecenongan merupkan kawasan wisata kuliner yang menyajikan berbagai macam jenis makanan dan minuman yang dapat dinikmati oleh pengunjung. Kuliner merupakan bagian dari pendukung parwisata yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Wisata kuliner dapat menjadi daya tari wisatawan yang berkunjung untuk sekrdar mencicipi rasa serta mengetahui proses penyajiannya yang dikenal dengan gastronomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu kualitatif, bersumber dari observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatahui daya tarik gastronomi yang terdapat di Kawasan Pecenongan, Jakarta Pusat. Hasil penelitian Kawasan Pecenongan memiliki potensi daya tarik gastronomi sesuai dengan indikator operasional variabel penelitian, terdapat tiga potensi daya tarik wisata gastronomi yaitu Lumpia Jakarta, Bubur Kwang Tung, dan Martabak Pecenongan. Pada tempat ini wisatawan bisa belajar mengenai sejarah perkembangan rumah makan dan melihat proses pembuatan dari makanan yang disajikan. Selain itu Kawasan Pecenongan memupunyai nilai sejarah sebagai wisata gastronomi di Jakarta.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat orientasi masa depan remaja di Kota Salatiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 270 orang, diambil dengan cara mendatangi sekolah tempat partisipan menjalani pendidikan dan juga memberikan langsung alat ukur kepada partisipan untuk kemudian diisi. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk variable orientasi masa depan adalah Prospective Life Course Questionnaire (PLCQ) yang dikembangkan oleh Seginer (2009) dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,930 untuk dimensi motivasi, 0,727 untuk dimensi kognitif dan 0,918 untuk dimensi perilaku. Data diolah menggunakan crosstabulation dan chi-square dengan bantuan SPSS Versi 26.0. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah sebagian besar remaja di Kota Salatiga telah memiliki tingkat orientasi masa depan yang termasuk dalam golongan sedang dan juga tinggi pada keseluruhan dimensi dan tidak ada hubungan antara jenis kelamin dan pendidikan yang terakhir ditempuh dengan orientasi masa depan pada remaja di Kota Salatiga. Namun, di sisi lain masih terdapat remaja yang tingkat orientasi masa depannya tergolong rendah yaitu sebanyak 22,59% pada motivational component, 20,74% pada cognitive component dan 21,48% pada behavioral component. Indikasi dari temuan ini adalah pemerintah dapat mengembangkan program pelatihan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan remaja di kota Salatiga terkait orientasi masa depan.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kematangan emosi dan perilaku melukai diri pada mahasiswa menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 34 mahasiswa di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan Alat ukur Emotional Maturity Scale berdasarkan teori Singh dan Bhargave serta Alat ukur Self-harm Inventory (SHI) dari Randy Sansone et al., 2011) digunakan untuk mengungkapkan perilaku melukai diri sendiri yang dilakukan individu. Analisi data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada mahasiswa Universitas kristen satya wacanadengan menggunakan uji Spearman’s Rho menunjukkan hasil koefisien korelasi -0,755engan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05) yang berartirdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara kematangan emosi dengan perilaku melukai diri pada remaja akhir, yang berarti makin tinggi kematangan emosi makin rendah perilaku melukai diri dan sebaliknya semakin rendah kematangan emosi maka semakin tinggi perilaku melukai diri.]]>

<![CDATA[Red ginger grated poultice provides a non-pharmacological effect that reduces pain. The efficacy of red ginger is very diverse, one of which is to relieve joint pain in the elderly who suffer from rheumatoid arthritis. A poultice of grated red ginger can relieve pain in rheumatoid arthritis because of the water and non-volatile oil in ginger. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of hot red ginger poultice in relieving pain in the elderly with rheumatoid arthritis, based on a literature review. The type of research used in this study is an analytic type based on a literature review. The literature search was based on advanced research journals. The results of a study of 11 peer- reviewed journals found the effectiveness of red ginger poultice in reducing rheumatoid arthritis pain in the elderly.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the Indonesian Youth National Committee (KNPI) in shaping the character of Dairi Regency's youth. This study focuses on the role performed by the Indonesian Young National Committee (KNPI) in implementing its work program to enhance youth character in the Dairi Regency. Youth development may be accomplished via a variety of ways, including character education, since character education is one of the keys to national advancement. Character education is a method of character development that may be included into any educational program. This study employs a descriptive technique with a qualitative approach. This research utilizes both primary and secondary data sources, including the Dairi Regency Youth Sports and Tourism Service, the Dairi KNPI, the Youth and Sports Office, and the Dairi Regency Central Bureau of Statistics. The results show that the KNPI youth have a role in building youth character in Dairi Regency and there are also obstacles to the Dairi Regency KNPI DPD in building youth character.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the ability of students' learning outcomes before using the picture and picture model on the ability to write poetry by students and to determine the effect of the picture and picture model on the poetry writing ability of class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Batang Kuis. This research is a quantitative study using a quasi-experimental method with the type of One Group Pretest-Postest (single group initial test-final test). The subjects of this study were 20 students of class VII SMP Negeri 1 Batang Quiz, consisting of 10 male students and 10 female students. From the results of the pre-test, it can be seen that 16 students (80%) did not complete, only 4 students (20%) completed with an average score of 66.5. The application of the picture and picture model with media images has an effect on increasing student activity in learning poetry writing skills. In post-test I, there were 12 students who completed (60%) with an average score of 74.5 and as many as 8 students (40%) who had not completed. In post-test II, there were 19 students who passed (95%) with satisfactory scores and met the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) requirements, with an average score of 87. Only 1 student (5%) did not complete. From these results it can be seen that the use of the Picture and Picture learning model has an effect on students' ability to write poetry.]]>

<![CDATA[Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kepemimpinan yang berfokus pada transformasi transaksi antara karyawan dan penyelia mereka akan berdampak positif pada kinerja karyawan. Jumlah populasi adalah dengan 50 karyawan CV. Sentosa Jaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel berdasarkan metode sensus. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji t, Uji F, dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi. Metode analisis ini sangat andal dan dapat digunakan untuk membuat prediksi yang akurat. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan variabel kepemimpinan transformasional, kepemimpinan transaksional dan motivasi kerja berdampak terhadap kinerja karyawan. 74,9 persen dari seluruh aktivitas karyawan CV. Sentosa Jaya dipengaruhi 3 variabel independen yaitu kepemimpinan transformasional, kepemimpinan transaksional serta motivasi kerja dan sisanya sebanyak 25,1 persen dipengaruhi oleh variabelnya.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of the times allows the number of human population to increase, so that human needs also increase which causes an increase in the desire to meet the needs of life, one of which is the need for a place to live or a house. The emergence of sharia home ownership credit products has provided an alternative to purchasing housing that is free from usury (interest). BSI KCP Medan Juanda uses a murabhah bil al-wakalah contract. In this study the authors used a qualitative approach and type of research (field research), data collection techniques by way of interviews with the BSI KCP Medan Juanda. Furthermore, it is then analyzed using a descriptive method that emphasizes observation first, then draws conclusions based on these observations. The results of the study concluded that the reason for using murabahah bil al-wakalah financing in housing loans (KPR) at BSI KCP Medan Juanda is that the financing makes it easier for customers and banks. Because customers tend to want to buy the goods they need themselves rather than represent them to the bank. In addition, the impossibility of the bank to provide all the goods needed by customers.]]>
