Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of Mobile Recording E-Identity Card Service Activities in Tanjung Lago District, One of which supports the implementation of the E-Identity Card is a printing press. The regions do not yet have permission to choose their own E-Identity Card because the current authority is still at the Center. On the basis of the above problems, a special government apparatus in Tanjung Lago Subdistrict, Banyuasin District, did a recording of the E-Identity Card to help and facilitate the community in the process. This study uses a qualitative method with observation techniques and direct interviews with informants. The conclusion of this study is that there are still people who do not have an E-Identity Card because the people in Tanjung Lago District are happy to record e-ID Card and related printing machines that are still at the center and there are still responses to the government that are less friendly from the government apparatus in Tanjung District, For this reason, infrastructure facilities to support the e-ID card recording process in Tanjung Lago Subdistrict are provided by the central government.

Abstract

Dalam rangka mengurangi tingkat kemacetan di DKI Jakarta sudah seharusnya menggunakan sarana transportasi publik massal cepat dan murah. Hal ini dikarenakan untuk memberikan efisiensi waktu dan biaya dalam memindahkan penumpang dari kendaraan pribadi ke transportasi publik seperti Bus Transjakarta. Bus Transjakarta atau yang dikenal Busway digharapkan dapat memberikan solusi terhadap masalah kemacetan di Ibu Kota Negara. Oleh sebab itu perlu ada kebijakan yang mengatur tentang pelayanan publik berbasis Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) yang memerikan kemudahan bagi penumpang dalam melakukan perjalanan. Pelaksanaan implementasi kebijakan transportasi publik pada Bus Transjakarta dapat dilihat dari teori kebijakan Donald S. Van Meter dan Carl E. Van Horn yang dilihat dari Ukuran dan Tujuan Kebijakan, Sumber Daya, Karakteristik Agen Pelaksana, Sikap Kecenderungan Para Pelaksana, Komunikasi Organisasi Antar Aktivitas Pelaksana, dan Lingkungan Ekonomi Sosial dan Politik. implementasi kebijakan trasnportasi publik bus tarnsjakarta busway masih terdapat kekurangan dan harus diperbaiki. Kekurangan tersebut antara lain belum maksimalnya petugas gabungan khusus busway dalam menindak kendaraan umum yang menilatsi di jalur busway. Namun dari sisi ekonomi transportasi busway sudah dapat dinikmati oleh masyarakat Jakarta.

Abstract

The research aims to describe the process of procurement of goods and services electronically in the government of Tasikmalaya City. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with interviews and observations of the website LPSE Tasikmalaya. Through the facility of the digital system, the process of procurement of goods and services electronically done openly, without interference or barriers and can be supervised by all stakeholders who have a sense of responsibility to the process is the best solution to answer the problems of procurement in the Government of Tasikmalaya. Administratively, the implementation of the procurement of goods and services electronically in the government of Tasikmalaya City has already been running legally and procedurally and the principles of procurement of goods and services electronically are efficient, effective, transparent, open, competitive, fair or not discriminatory, accountable or responsible have already been implemented well.

Abstract

This research begins with some positive changes in the quality of public services that occur at PT. Indonesian Railways which turned out to have a positive impact on the level of satisfaction of users of railroad services, especially in the City of Tasikmalaya. Of course, this change is a factor that is the cause. So in this study questioned: how changes in the quality of public services, Factors that support the process of realizing the change in the quality of public services, and how satisfaction of train service users in the City of Tasikmalaya. To answer these questions and get information, qualitative research methods are used with interview techniques, documentation studies, and observations. The conclusion from the study was obtained that changes in the quality of public services that occurred so far PT. Indonesian Railways is indeed influenced by several factors, all of which are internal factors of PT. Indonesian Railways. And these changes prove that changes in the quality of public services have an impact on the level of public satisfaction. With the high level of satisfaction of users of railroad services, of course, this must be maintained by PT. Indonesian Railways. So that PT. Indonesian Railways will continue to be a trusted provider by land transportation users.  Keywords: Quality of Public Services; Service User Satisfaction

Abstract

This study discusses environmental monitoring which is an activity carried out directly or indirectly by the regional environmental supervisory apparatus to determine compliance with business and / or activity compliance with regulations in controlling environmental pollution. This research method uses qualitative research using the theory proposed by T. Hani Handoko (1995: 23) "Basic Oversight", namely: 1. Preliminary Supervision; 2. Supervision of Implementation; 3. Feedback Monitoring (After Implementation). Key informants were: Head of the Banyuasin District Environmental Agency, Head of Environmental Compliance and Capacity Building, Head of the Environmental Monitoring Section, Head of the Environmental Pollution Control Section, the Head of the Environmental Damage Control Section and the Company Management. The results of the research show that compliance with business and / or activities responsible for the regulation in controlling environmental pollution has problems, namely: the available budget is still limited for supervisory operational needs, the implementation of supervision in Banyuasin District seems slow and has not been implemented well apart from the lack of company compliance in reporting liquid waste management in Banyuasin Regency for that important role with stakeholders, namely the government, the community, and companies that produce waste is needed. Conducted joint supervision will have a very effective impact in overseeing industrial waste that will result in environmental pollution, while the company itself should periodically and continuously check the industrial waste produced

Abstract

 This thesis is titled “The Effect of the Application of Integrated Licencing Service Information System (SIPINTER) on Customer Satisfaction in the Investment Service and One-Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP) of Tangerang District”. The population in this study is the people who use Application SIPINTER in the Investment Service and One-Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP) of Tangerang District amount of 1,337 people from which in the whole population the researchers used 93 people as samples to be tested. This is indicated by the results of testing using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Solution Service) which shows a significant level of 0,000 which means smaller than 0,05 and t count of 7,656 which is greater than t table that is 1,986. This situation shows that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, so the hypothesis that the researchers proposed proved correct. The conclusion is that there is a positive and significant effect between the Integrated Licensing Service Information System (SIPINTER) Application on Customer Satisfaction in the Investment Office and the One-Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP) of Tangerang District. Keywords: Management Information System, Customer Satisfaction, Licensing

Abstract

Regional Secretariat (Regional Secretariat) both institutionally and functionally occupies a strategic position as the center of organizational and management activities in the region. Personally, the employees are a group of individuals who possess specialists and competencies that are bound by the structure in carrying out such complex tasks and functions; The dynamics of organizational development and government management shows the level of development is increasingly oriented towards the use of information technology. The problem of this research starts from the effectiveness of the Regional Secretariat organization in carrying out its function as a staff organization. The results of data analysis, Organizational Structure has a correlation (r) of 0.842 to Organizational Effectiveness. The Effect of Organizational Structure on Organizational Effectiveness is 70.8%. F Test Results, simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between Organizational Structure on Organizational Effectiveness in the Regional Secretariat of Tasikmalaya Regency. Partially, the Complexity Dimension (X1), Formalization Dimension (X2) and Centralization Dimension (X3) have a positive but not significant effect on Organizational Effectiveness (Y) in the Regional Secretariat of Tasikmalaya Regency. The conclusion of this study is that organizational structure simultaneously has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Effectiveness and Partially, Complexity X1, Formalization X2, Centralization X3 has a positive but not significant effect on Organizational Effectiveness in the Regional Secretariat of Tasikmalaya Regency

Abstract

This research is entitled "Implementation of the Child Identity Card (KIA) Policy in the Population and Civil Registry Office of Tasikmalaya City"."The research method used is the qualitative research method. According to Bogdan in Moleong (2007: 4) explains that "Qualitative Method is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people and observable behavior". To get an intensive, in-depth, detailed and complete qualitative analysis, the data collection in this study will use data sources namely Observation, Interviews and Use of Documents. Every Child is required to have this Child Identity Card (MCH) listed in Permendagri No. 2 of 2016. KIA at the Tasikmalaya City Population Service is still aimed at improving Data Collection, Protection, and Fulfillment of Children's Rights. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. Research Methods using descriptive research methods with a quantitative approach. Research Results Also The discussion in this MCH policy research was felt to be still lacking because a lot of Tasikmalaya residents especially the city of Tasikmalaya did not know much about what is a Child Identity Card (MCH) and the benefits of the MCH itself.Keywords: Police implementation, Child Identity Card,

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze The Influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance in The Library and Archives Service in Tangerang District. The population in this study amounted to 48 respondents, the sampling technique used was the saturation sampling technique (census). Respondents in this study were the Library and Archives Service in Tangerang District. The research method used is a quantitative-associative method. Then the data were analyzed using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) for windows version 21.0 using the correlation technique with the Pearson product moment method and then proceed with regression and hypothesis testing. The results in this study are "There is a Positive and Significant Effect Between the Work Environment on the Performance of Employees in the Tangerang District Library and Archives Office". Based on obtaining the calculated t value of 7.141 while the value in t table is 2.013. Thus, according to the calculation of the statistical hypothesis if the value (7,141)> (2,013), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Keywords : Work Environment, Employee Performance, Library and Archives.

Abstract

 Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 109 orang, sedangkan untuk mengtahui jumlah sampel yang akan dijadikan reponden diambil berdasarkan rumus slovin dengan sampel 86 orang. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan asosiatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan dengan cara observasi , wawancara dan angket. Selanjutnya di uji secara analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi product momen dan dilanjutkan dengan pengujian regresi linier sederhana  dalam SPSS (Statistical Product and Solution Service).  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukan : Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi Dinas Perhubungan Kota Tangerang sebesar 75%, sedangakan Produktivitas Kerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kota Tangerang sebesar  76%. Hubungan Pengaruh  Iklim Organisasi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Perhubungan Kota Tangerang  95,6% sehingga nilai korelasi tersebut memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat antara variabel Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Perhubungan Kota Tangerang. Yang ditunjuka dengan dengan r = 0,956. Jika diinterprestasikan menurut Sugiyono (2017 : 231) bahwa : ” interval koefisien korelasi memiliki tingkat hubungan kuat, atau nilai-nilai ini terletak pada posisi interval koefisien antara 0,80 – 1,000” Koefisien determinasi (r2) = 0,9782 = 0,956 Peneiti memberikan pengaruh kepada variabel kepuasan kerja karyawan sebesar 95,6% dan sisanya 4,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hal ini ditunjukan oleh hasil pengujian menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Product and Solution Service) yang menunjukan tingkat signifikan 0,000 yang berarti lebih kecil dari 0,5 dan t hitung sebesar 42,936 yang lebih besar  dari t tabel 1,662 dalam keadaan ini menunjukan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, jadi hipotesis yang peneliti ajukan terbukti kebenarannya, artinya ada pengaruh secara signifikan dari Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Perhubungan Kota Tangerang  Implikasi yang peneliti ajukan pada Dinas Perhubungan Kota Tangerang yaitu untuk mengantisipasi masalah Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Perhubungan Kota Tangerang maka dapat ditingkatkan melalui Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi Dinas Perhubungan Kota Tangerang.
