Abstract

This study aims to study and explain the level of planning for the implementation of development planning deliberations in Pameutingan Village, Cipatujah District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The Musrenbang in Pameutingan Village, Cipatujah Subdistrict, is still not optimal. With research methods that use research by using descriptive research methods for qualitative, and deepening the data collection techniques used to use observation, interview and documentation techniques. From this study are the results that show the Effectiveness of Musrenbang Implementation in Pameutingan Village, Cipatujah District, Tasikmalaya Regency based on the dimensions of goal achievement, integration and adaptation that have not been well implemented. Keywords: Effectiveness, Development Planning, Participation

Abstract

In implementing regional autonomy in a broad, tangible, and responsible manner, budget reform is needed. The main aspect of budget reform is the budget of the traditional budget for the performance budget, and one component that must be developed within the framework of budget implementation is to compile the General Budget Directions and Policies. General directions and policies are a guideline for regional governments in carrying out various public service activities in order to effectively achieve their goals and objectives. APBD General Direction and Policy. Service components and expected level of approval in each area of authority. Local Government will carry out one fiscal year. Preparation of APBD Direction and General Policy, must consider the Regional Strategic Plan, the results of the evaluation of the performance of the previous period of the government, the main ideas of the Regional Budget and directions from the central government. Directions and APBD General Policies that are compiled must receive instructions and general provisions approved by the APBD. In the performance budget system, APBD Direction and General Policy besides being a budget planning instrument are also the basis for evaluating regional financial performance.

Abstract

The title of this thesis is “The Influence of Effectiveness of Village Fund Management of Community Empowerment in Teluknaga sub-district of Tangerang Regency”. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. In determining the sample size of researchers using the technique of Quota Sampling (Sugiyono 2016: 85). Where the technique used to determine samples from populations that have certain characteristics to the desired amount. The samples are the community that has the characteristics of following a community empowerment program held in each village where they live which is located in three villages in the sub-district of Teluknaga Tangerang Regency. In the data collection, the research uses the dissemination of adoptive instruments, interview and observations. The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis method is research conducted by collecting answers from respondents or questions that are the measurements of the variables studied. Then the data obtained were analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Solution Services) for windows version 24 using correlation techniques using the method person product moment according to Sugiyono and continued regression testing.Keywords : Effectiveness, Village Fund, Community Empowerment

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul“Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat Pembuat Kartu Kuning (AK-I) Pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Tangerang”. Sampel yang digunakan Sampel kuota, Peneliti mengambil sampel 100 orang, responden pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat pembuat kartu kuning (AK-I) pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Tangerang. Dalam Penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan dengan cara observasi, angket dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS (Statisical Product and Solution Service) for Windows Versi 24 dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi dan dengan metode pearson product moment dan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pengujian regresi.

Abstract

Good Governance Berpengaruh Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Program Kewirausahaan Dan Keunggulan Kompetitif Bagi Usaha Kecil Dan Menengah di Dinas Koperasi Dan UMKM Kota Tangerang. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 11.746 UMKM yang tersebar di 13 kecamatan se-Kota Tangerang, sedangkan untuk mengetahui jumlah sampel yang akan dijadikan responden diambil berdasarkan rumus slovin dengan sampel 99 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukan : Good Governance di Dinas Koperasi Dan UMKM Kota Tangerang sebesar 74%, sedangakan Kualitas Pelayanan Program Kewirausahaan dan Keunggulan Kompetitif Bagi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah di Dinas Koperasi Dan UMKM Kota Tangerang sebesar 74%. Hubungan Good Governance Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Program Kewirausahaan dan Keunggulan Kompetitif Bagi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah di Dinas Koperasi Dan UMKM Kota Tangerang 0,762 sehingga nilai korelasi tersebut memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat antara variabel Good Governance Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan yang ditunjukan dengan r = 0,762.Kata kunci : Good Governance, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kewirausahaan

Abstract

Policy implementation in the government programs and activities is often constrained by weak coordination of stakeholders. The State-Owned Property (SOP) Revaluation Program conducted by the Ministry of Finance in 2017 and 2018 runs slowly and takes a long time to validate the revaluation data. This study intends to uncover the causes of these constraints and how to increase stakeholder engagement in the SOP Revaluation Program. The research method used is qualitative research. The research will conduct literature studies based on various references, documents, and reliable sources at the Directorate General State Asset Management of the Ministry of Finance. This research shows that the policy implementation in the SOP Revaluation Program has not been effective. This shows the low-level of stakeholder engagement caused by the low capability of the human resources at the units of the Ministries/Institutions, the low quality of the SOP management by the units, and the low commitment of the units to achieve the objectives of the program. For this reason, stakeholder mapping needs to be done, as well as choosing a different approach for different stakeholders.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of the main task and the special role of the communication and informatics center in the field of service and delivery of information for the people of the city of Tangerang. The communication and information technology center of the city government of Tangerang always strives to satisfy its people in creative and innovative ways. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of management information systems on community satisfaction. The type of research that researchers use is quantitative research using sampling techniques that are accidental sampling techniques. Based on the results obtained in this study between management information systems and community satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on results obtained in the management information systems variable that is equal to 81% of the criteria set and the results obtained on the community satisfaction variable that is equal to 86% of the criteria set.Keywords: Management Information Systems and Community Satisfaction

Abstract

Beberapa studi tentang distribusi sumber daya negara di Provinsi Banten menunjukkan bahwa kerap terjadi politik distributif dalam distribusi hibah dan bansos dengan berbagai pola, terutama pola pork barrel, dimana distribusi hibah dan bansos dilakukan dengan pertimbangan politik balas budi pasca kontestasi politik. Penelitian ini hendak menindak lanjuti beberapa  temuan dalam studi sebelumnya tentang kecenderungan politik distributif dalam distribusi hibah dan bansos di Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini ingin memfokuskan studi pada pola politik distributif dalam distribusi hibah Kesejahteraan Rakyat (Kesra) di Provinsi Banten pada tahun 2019. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dengan cara menganalisis data-data primer yang didapatkan, dan melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan narasumber yang dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini kemudian menemukan pola baru dalam distribusi hibah Kesejahteraan Rakyat Provinsi Banten tahun 2019, yang berbeda dengan pola yang ditemukan dalam beberapa penelitian sebelumnya.Kata Kunci : Politik Distributif, Kebijakan, Hibah Provinsi

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui evaluasi penerapan e-SPT terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi studi kasus pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Tangerang Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskripsi kuantitatif. Adapun data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jumlah Wajib Pajak Terdaftar, Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi yang wajib menyampaikan, OP Non karyawan dan OP karyawan, Wajib Pajak yang menyampaikan SPT manual, Wajib Pajak yang wajib menyampaikan SPT elektronik dan presentase yang diharapkan tentang kepatuhan wajib pajak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan Wajib Pajak untuk Orang Pribadi dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan dari jumlah Wajib Pajak dalam penerapan e-SPT. Pada tahun 2017 terlihat persentase kepatuhan sebesar 46,47%, tahun 2018 sebesar 48,46 %, dan tahun 2019 persentase kepatuhan sebesar 49,28%. Sedangkan penerapan e-SPT untuk Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi yang melaporkan dengan SPT Tahunan kurang efektif karena kurangnya pengetahuan, pemahaman dan sosialisasi tentang penerapan e-SPT.

Abstract

This journal entitled Implementation of Electronic Absence Policy (BNI E-Attendance Innovation) Affects Employee Performance in the Jakarta Division of Collection Management at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia 1946 (Persero) Tbk, West Jakarta ”. The population in this study are employees who work at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia 1946 (persero) Tbk, West Jakarta, which measured 222 people, from which the researcher used 69 people as samples to be tested. The research method used in this research is the associative method, the data technique used is literature study and field study through observation and questionnaires. Furthermore, it is tested by quantitative analysis using a proportional stratified random sampling technique, and data processing using the SPSS (Product and Solution Service) program. Keyword: Implementation, E-Attendance, the performance
