Abstract

Perubahan rancangan perundang-undangan mengenai ketenagakerjaan dalam cipta lapangan kerja (omnibus law) menimbulkan perselisihan hubungan industrial. Hukum seharusnya bertujuan memberi keadilan, kepastian dan manfaat yang sebesar-besarnya bagi kesejahteraan hidup pekerja beserta keluarganya. Hukum ketenagakerjaan akan memberi perlindungan bagi pekerja terhadap kekuasaan yang sewenang-wenang.Aksi pekerja terhadap perubahan sistem ketenagakerjaan dalam peraturan ketenagakerjaan akan mempengaruhi hubungan industrial terhadap pemerintah, pengusaha dan pekerja. Hubungan tripartite tersebut memerlukan perlindungan terhadap pekerja yang secara sosial ekonomi berada dalam pihak yang lemah serta mengalami dinamika antara surga dan neraka dalam hubungan industrial di Indonesia. Padahal secara yuridis dalam kedudukan pengusaha dengan pekerja/buruh memiliki hak dan kewajiban yang sama dalam melaksanakan hubunganindustrial.Sejumlah pekerja di Indonesia menolak omnibus law dimunculkan melalui masalah hukum ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia. Dalam imlementasinya revisi atas undang-undang tersebut belum menyentuh pada pihak pekerja/buruh , sehingga menimbulkan perselisihan hubungan industrial dalam mencapai keadilan sosial , yakni kesejahteraan hidup pekerja beserta keluarganya.

Abstract

Employment developments in Indonesia, influenced by the Industrial Relations between Government and Employers. Industrial relations are needed in the protection of workers in each company. Employment law in legislation, contracts, and cooperative agreements are continuing to experience the dynamics change in industrial relations. Employment issues in Indonesia often arise in industrial relations disputes in particular the case of termination of employment (FLE) unilaterally by the company. Industrial disputes due to layoffs, require the law enforcement aspect through the regulation of Law No.13 of 2003 on Manpower, and Law No.2 of 2004 on Industrial Relations Dispute Settlement. In its implementation, these laws and regulations have not reached the disputing parties, so that problem solving often results in disputes between workers and employers, and the government. This research method use a normative juridical. Primary data and csecondary data were analyzed qualitatively. The bipartite layoff settlement between the company and the workers, in its implementation, has met with many failures in the bargaining process. Department of Labor has attempted to implement Law No.13 of 2003 and Law No.2 of 2004 on Mayor Regulation No.64 of 2016 as an implementation of the mediation settlement. However, the data in the field shows the implementation has not been effective, because industrial dispute settlement case takes approximately 6 months (180 days), exceeds the provisions in Law No.2 of 2004.Keywords: Labor; Industrial Relation; Dispute

Abstract

Termination of employment by companies is a dynamic of industrial relations for actors in the process of producing goods and services between workers, employers, and the government. The company has a socio economic nature in carrying out industrial relations, dealing with the juridical aspects that apply in Indonesia. The company terminates the employment relationship unilaterally, causing suffering to the workers because they lose their livelihood for their lives and their families. Labor laws and regulations in Indonesia have not been effective and have caused many problems in implementing harmonious industrial relations. Government interference as a power organization can provide protection for workers affected by termination of employment by the company. Abstract

Perselisihan hubungan industrial yang terjadi setiap hari buruh nasional tanggal 1Mei setiap tahun, selalu diperingati oleh pekerja Indonesia dengan aksi mogok kerja dan unjuk rasa pada pemerintah. Padahal hukum ketenagakerjaan secara normative sudah mengatur hubungan industrial melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan jo Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2004 Tentang Penyelesaian Perselisihan hubungan Industrial. Tuntutan kaum pekerja sudah berlangsung setiap tahun yang menyangkut materi upah minimum, pekerja kontrak (outsourching), pemutusan hubungan kerja sepihak dan sarana industrial lainnya. Pemerintah sebagai organisasi kekuasaan negara tidak berpihak kepada pekerja yang secara social ekonomi sangat lemah dalam memperjuangkan kesejahteraan hidupnya.

Abstract

AbstrakCoronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) merupakan virus yang ditemukan pada akhir tahun 2019 di Kota Wuhan, China. Virus ini telah menyebar ke seluruh penjuru dunia dan sejak saat itu semua negara berfokus untuk penanganan pandemi COVID-19 yang terjadi termasuk negara Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja yang menjadi faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penanganan pandemi COVID-19 di wilayah Kecamatan Serpong Utara Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini berupa deskripsi yang menjelaskan mengenai faktor-faktor pendukung serta penghambat dalam rangka penanganan pandemi COVID-19 yang ditemukan di wilayah Kecamatan Serpong Utara Kota Tangerang Selatan.Kata Kunci: Pandemi COVID-19, Penanganan, Faktor Pendukung dan Penghambat. AbstractCoronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a virus that was discovered at the end of 2019 in Wuhan City, China. This virus has spread to all corners of the world and since then all countries have focused on handling the COVID-19 pandemic, including Indonesia. This study aims to find out what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in handling the COVID-19 pandemic in the North Serpong District, South Tangerang City. The method used is a qualitative method with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are in the form of a description explaining the supporting and inhibiting factors in the context of handling the COVID-19 pandemic found in the North Serpong District, South Tangerang City.Keywords: COVID-19 Pandemic, Handling, Supporting and Inhibiting Factors.

Abstract

Pancasila, which has become an ideology of the state, is currently facing a polemic with the Draft of the Pancasila Ideology (RUU HIP) proposed by members of the DPR. This polemic arose because the absence of TAP MPRS NUMBER 25 / MPRS / 1966 of 1966 concerning the Disbanding of the Indonesian Communist Party, Statement as a Prohibited Organization in the Entire Territory of the Republic of Indonesia and the Prohibition of Every Activity to Spread Or Develop Communist / Marxist-Leninism and Pancasila Doctrine has been conceived to be squeezed into Trisila and Ekasila. The research method used in this study is normative research. The existence of the Draft Bill of Ideology is considered to change the basis of the state and change the state and national life order of the Indonesian people, therefore the Draft of the Pancasila Ideology Bow course must be rejected. Abstract

Elections for Regional Heads or commonly known as “Pilkada” are carried out directly by residents of the local administrative area who meet the requirements. The election of regional heads is carried out in a package together with the deputy regional heads. The regional heads and deputy regional heads in question include the governor and deputy governor for the province, the mayor and the deputy mayor for the city, and the regent and deputy regent for the district. Regarding the elections, By law, winning the empty box is allowed based on Article 54 D (2) of Law Number 10 of 2016 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 1 of 2015 concerning Stipulation of Government Regulations in Lieu of Law Number 1 of 2014 concerning Election of Governors, Regents , and the Mayor becomes Law. However, the next question is that the official appointed by the government based on the winner of the empty box represents legal interests. This has not been regulated by the government, so it is necessary to revise the latest Law to find out about it. Keywords: Election, Regional Head, Empty Box

Abstract

Status gizi adalah tanda-tanda atau penampilan yang diakibatkan oleh keseimbangan antara pemasukan dan pengeluaran oleh tubuh. Status gizi merupakan ekspresi dari keseimbangan dalam bentuk variabel tertentu. Masalah status gizi anak meliputi kurus, sangat kurus, gemuk dan obesitas. Stunting menjadi permasalahan kesehatan karena berhubungan dengan risiko terjadinya kesakitan dan kematian, perkembangan otak suboptimal, sehingga perkembangan motorik terlambat dan terhambatnya pertumbuhan mental. Hal ini menjadi ancaman serius terhadap keberadaan anak-anak sebagai generasi penerus suatu bangsa. Salah satunya Desa Gunung Kaler Kabupaten Tangerang sebagian anak-anak mengalami pertumbuhan gizi yang tidak baik/seimbang, meskipun di Desa tersebut dikategorikan cukup luas dan banyak penduduknya, namun di Desa ini perlu diperhatikan sekali pertumbuhan dan perkembangan gizi anak, yaitu dengan sosialisasi pentingnya gizi seimbang kepada anak-anak dan memberikan vitamin penambah nafsu makan pada anak dan penambah darah untuk ibu hamil. Untuk itu perlu diadakannya Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dalam kegiatan sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya pengurangan kasus stunting pada anak. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk program kerja berkelanjutan oleh Mahasiswa Kelompok 12 Kuliah Kerja Kemasyarakatan UNIS Tangerang di Desa Gunung Kaler Kabupaten Tangerang .

Abstract

Rancangan Undang-Undang Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana yang baru akan segera disahkan untuk menggantikan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana yang lama. Salah satu aturan dalam Rancangan Undang-Undang Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana baru yang menjadi sorotan yaitu terkait kepemilikan hewan unggas yang masuk pekarangan orang lain akan dikenakan pidana denda. Namun hal ini belum diketahui secara luas oleh Masyarakat khususnya Masyarakat di Desa Gunung Kaler. Banyak warga desa Gunung Kaler memiliki hewan ternak yang dilepas begitu saja tanpa diberi kandang yang layak. Hal itu berpotensi menimbulkan permasalahan di masa yang akan datang terkait banyak hewan ternak yang bebas masuk pekarangan warga bersiko terkena pidana denda dari aturan baru yang akan segera disahkan dalam waktu mendekat. Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Kemasyarakatan Kelompok 12 Desa Gunung Kaler membuat program penyuluhan hukum Sosialisasi Peluang Dan Tantangan Bisnis Peternakan Serta Perlindungan Hukum Bagi Peternak agar warga memahami ada potensi permasalahan pidana terkait hewan ternak masuk pekarangan warga tidak terjadi pada warga desa Gunung Kaler.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze The Influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance in The Library and Archives Service in Tangerang District. The population in this study amounted to 48 respondents, the sampling technique used was the saturation sampling technique (census). Respondents in this study were the Library and Archives Service in Tangerang District. The research method used is a quantitative-associative method. Then the data were analyzed using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) for windows version 21.0 using the correlation technique with the Pearson product moment method and then proceed with regression and hypothesis testing. The results in this study are "There is a Positive and Significant Effect Between the Work Environment on the Performance of Employees in the Tangerang District Library and Archives Office". Based on obtaining the calculated t value of 7.141 while the value in t table is 2.013. Thus, according to the calculation of the statistical hypothesis if the value (7,141)> (2,013), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Keywords : Work Environment, Employee Performance, Library and Archives.
