Abstract

This study aims to determine whether motivation and job satisfactionhave an impact on the performance of hotel employees during the Covid-19pandemic. The sampling technique in this study uses a Non-Probability Samplingmethod where all the population is used in the study. The data analysis techniqueused in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results of this studyindicate that: (a) there is a significant and positive effect between the motivationand performance of hotel employees with a coefficient value of 0.527 and asignificance value of 0.000, and (b) there is a significant and positive effectbetween job satisfaction and hotel employee performance. with a coefficient valueof 0.294 and a significance value of 0.013.

Abstract

Performance as a result of work in quality and quantity that can beachieved by an employee in carrying out tasks in accordance with theresponsibilities assigned to him. One of the factors that affect employeeperformance is employee relations. The population of this research is JimmyButcher Urban Store employees, which are 30 employees. Because thepopulation is less than 30 people, detecting samples using saturated samples isby using the entire population as the research sample. Data collection is donethrough a questionnaire. The results showed that employee relations had apositive effect on employee performance. so it can be said that an increase inemployee relations will be followed by an increase in employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of people and physical evidence partiallyand simultaneously on consumer satisfaction at Bima Hospital. Data was collected bydistributing questionnaires to 50 patients. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test,classical assumption, multiple linear regression, determination, correlation, t test and f testwith SPSS 23.0 application. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant effectof the people variable on consumer satisfaction at Bima Hospital, there is a significantinfluence of physical evidence on consumer satisfaction at Bima Hospital and there is asignificant influence of people and physical evidence on consumer satisfaction at BimaHospital.

Abstract

Growing using marketplace where as online shopping is driven by thetechnological advances that it becomes a trend to the society. Through increase of sales,required of many companies to participate using the digitization currently. A unique andgood television commercials will be easier in the mind of consumers the brand. Theexistence feature of online customer review can decrease received risk of possibility toconsumers online shopping, therefore companies and merchants that can get of the trustwhile consumer of making purchase decisions.The research population is all the Shopeeusers in Bali with was 100 respondents of sample based on purposive samplingtechnique. The data was collected by distributing questionnaire by multiple linearregression analysis.The results of analysis regression show that television advertising and onlinecustomer review the partial has positive and significant effect on purchase decisions.Based on this result, we can suggested that Shopee must to increase of the frequencybroadcasting television advertising and continue to improve advertising innovate andonline review features to create more purchase decisions.

Abstract

Abstrak – Pengembangan usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) telah mengalami kemajuan yang signifikan, khususnya di kalangan wirausahawan muda. Sebagian besar terkonsentrasi di Desa Pejaten, Kabupaten Tabanan, pembuatan kerajinan keramik merupakan salah satu usaha kerajinan yang paling pesat perkembangannya di Bali. Komunitas ini terkenal dengan barang-barang keramik berkualitas tinggi, yang dapat diproduksi dalam jumlah besar. Menganalisis bagaimana strategi inovasi memediasi dampak budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja organisasi UKM kerajinan keramik di Tabanan merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Sebanyak 48 pemilik usaha perajin keramik berpartisipasi dalam survei ini sebagai responden. Wawancara dan kuesioner digunakan untuk pengumpulan data, dan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja organisasi secara positif, meskipun tidak signifikan, dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi. Di sisi lain, strategi inovasi secara positif dan signifikan dipengaruhi oleh budaya perusahaan. Hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja sepenuhnya dimediasi oleh strategi inovasi, yang telah terbukti memiliki dampak positif dan substansial pada kinerja organisasi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa mengatasi budaya perusahaan dan mencapai kinerja puncak sangat bergantung pada strategi inovasi. Nilai-nilai dalam budaya nasional juga terkait dengan budaya organisasi.   Kata kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Strategi Inovasi, Kinerja Organisasi, UKM, Wirausahawan.   Abstract – Small and medium-sized business (SME) development has advanced significantly, especially among young entrepreneurs. Ceramic manufacture, which is mostly centered in Pejaten Village, Tabanan Regency, is one of Bali's fastest-growing handicraft sectors. This community is renowned for its high-quality ceramic goods, which can be manufactured in huge numbers. Analyzing how innovation methods mediate the impact of organizational culture on the organizational performance of ceramic craft SMEs in Tabanan is the goal of this research. 48 proprietors of ceramic artisan businesses participated in this survey as respondents. Interviews and questionnaires were used for data gathering, and the Partial Least Square (PLS) method was used for both descriptive and inferential analysis. The study's findings suggest that organizational performance is positively, although not significantly, impacted by organizational culture. On the other side, innovation strategy is positively and significantly impacted by company culture. Additionally, innovation strategy completely mediates the link between organizational culture and performance and has a favorable and substantial impact on organizational performance. This suggests that a vital element in bridging corporate culture and achieving optimum performance is innovation strategy. National cultural values are also connected to organizational culture. Abstract

The changing global workforce landscape increasingly requires organizations to implement Age-Inclusive Practices and build Age-Friendly Workplaces to sustainably strengthen work effectiveness in a multigenerational environment. Age-Inclusive Practices, through policies and initiatives that ensure equitable access and development regardless of age, play a crucial role in optimizing the contribution of each employee according to their capacity and uniqueness. This has a direct impact on increasing productivity, work efficiency, and the utilization of diverse generational experiences in the organization. Age-Friendly Workplace focuses on creating a healthy, comfortable and flexible environment, while supporting cross-age collaboration. This kind of work environment increases engagement, accelerates adaptation to change, and strengthens the intergenerational transfer of knowledge that is critical to the continuity of business processes. The synergy of the two concepts has proven to create a more responsive, innovative work system and minimize internal conflicts due to age stereotypes. These practices also reduce turnover and increase loyalty, which directly contributes to stability and work effectiveness at both individual and team levels. The impact can be felt in the improvement of work results, the quality of innovation, and the achievement of organizational goals in an increasingly competitive and dynamic environment. Age-Inclusive Practices and Age-Friendly Workplace build an inclusive corporate culture, and become the main foundation for creating sustainable work effectiveness in the era of multigenerational work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh knowledge management dan total quality management (TQM) terhadap kinerja karyawan pada sebuah perusahaan multinasional. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, melibatkan 100 pekerja yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner terstruktur, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik knowledge management maupun TQM memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Peningkatan pengelolaan pengetahuan dan implementasi prinsip TQM terbukti mampu mendorong kolaborasi, inovasi, serta produktivitas individu maupun tim. Implikasi dari temuan ini adalah pentingnya perusahaan untuk berinvestasi dalam sistem manajemen pengetahuan dan perbaikan kualitas berkelanjutan sebagai strategi meningkatkan daya saing dan kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh modal psikologi dan pengalaman kerja terhadap retensi pekerja dalam organisasi. Modal psikologi, yang meliputi harapan, efikasi diri, dan kecerdasan emosional, berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan dan komitmen karyawan. Pengalaman kerja yang positif juga berkontribusi pada rasa keterikatan dan loyalitas karyawan terhadap organisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif asosiatif, yang memungkinkan analisis informasi dari berbagai sumber yang relevan untuk menguji secara empiris. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa organisasi yang mendukung pengembangan kedua aspek ini dapat meningkatkan tingkat retensi pekerja sehingga menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih produktif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam merumuskan strategi yang efektif untuk mempertahankan talenta terbaik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh Green HRM dan Managerial Support terhadap Employees’ Intentions toward Pro-Environmental Actions pada pekerja di empat perusahaan berorientasi lingkungan. Metodologi yang digunakan merupakan survei kuantitatif dengan sampel 100 responden yang diperoleh menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa baik Green HRM maupun Managerial Support berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi karyawan untuk berpartisipasi dalam tindakan pro-lingkungan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi teoretis dan praktis terkait pentingnya penguatan kebijakan SDM serta keterlibatan aktif manajemen untuk mendukung agenda keberlanjutan di tempat kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklan digital dan ulasan pelanggan terhadap keputusan pembelian di platform online. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisis regresi linier berganda yang dilakukan melalui SPSS, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari responden yang berinteraksi dengan iklan digital dan ulasan produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik iklan digital maupun ulasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Iklan yang menarik dan ulasan positif berfungsi sebagai faktor pendorong yang meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dan mendorong mereka untuk melakukan pembelian. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pemasar untuk merancang strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan penjualan melalui platform digital.
