The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program was used to perform data analysis techniques, including classical assumption tests, coefficient of determination tests, F-tests, and t-tests. After testing, the research results showed that the statistical t-test for Professional Skepticism had a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05), Time Budget Pressure had a significance value of 0.399 (>0.05), and Materiality had a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). Based on these results, it was proven that Professional Skepticism and Materiality have a positive and significant effect on audit quality. Abstract

Based on Pangkalpinang City Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2016 concerning Public Service Levy, there are nine types of public service levy, one of which is parking levy..In terms of implementing public service levies (parking), the Pangkalpinang City government through the Pangkalpinang City Transportation Service is the driving force in implementing every policy that has been made, especially in dealing with levy issues. One of the organizations that also supports parking fees is the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) for Transportation Technical Infrastructure Management. However pIn reality, the implementation still has many shortcomings or is still not optimal so that the targets that have been set have not yet been achieved. The theory used in this research is the theory of policy implementation from Michael Hill and Peter Hupe (2002). This theory is determined because this theory not only identifies and explains internal factors but also factors from outside the organization. The research method used in this research is qualitative. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, documentation were carried out on the side of the Pangkalpinang City public road and the Pangkalpinang City Transportation Service Office. Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of UPS design using Lithium ION batteries, automatic smart charging, and monitoring with the Blynk application. This study uses an experimental research design to test and implement Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) that uses Lithium-Ion batteries and Automatic Smart Charging with monitoring through the Blynk application. An Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) is an electrical backup device in case of a sudden power outage. A modified Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA) battery replaces it with an 18650 Lithium-ion battery, which is parallelized in series to produce the same 12V voltage. DC because this Lithium battery has a longer life than VRLA batteries. In this final project, the author uses the Blynk application to monitor batteries and automatic smart charging, making it easier and more practical. The results of this study state that the tool can operate optimally without hurting the electronic devices tested.

Abstract

The current condition of employee performance at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Tourism and Creative Economy Office is felt to be not optimal. This can be seen from the target performance targets, both specific and general targets, in some indicators that have not reached the target. It is indicated that several factors influence it, including organizational climate factors, organizational culture, and employee motivation in carrying out their duties. The research was carried out at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Tourism and Creative Economy Office with a research population of 84 employees; due to population limitations, the sample used was a saturated sample of 84 respondents for data collection using questionnaire method techniques and direct observation. For data analysis using the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method version 3.0, the data tests used in this study are reliability tests, validity tests, statistical tests, and classical assumption tests. The direct influence of organizational culture is more dominant when compared to organizational climate, and the indirect influence of organizational culture is more dominant when compared to organizational climate. Organizational culture and organizational climate both directly and indirectly have the same influence. Implementing organizational culture through the development of innovation and risk-taking by giving freedom to employees to develop innovation and freedom of action also involves employees in making a vision and mission and discipline in carrying out their main duties for the organizational climate to create a harmonious relationship with the team. Employees are free to interact with the team to create relationships between teams, motivation to provide workload and responsibility in completing work results, awards for outstanding employees, and opportunities to advance.
