Abstract

Reporting on budget use is crucial and determines the accuracy of financial circulation within the Fakfak Regency Government. Therefore, increasing the competency factor for preparers of financial reports has an important role in achieving timely reporting performance, and the substance of the report meets aspects of transparency and accountability as stipulated in applicable regulations. The research aims to find forms of increasing competency factors for treasurers who are tasked with preparing financial reports in various Regional Government Organizations in Fakfak Regency. The research was carried out during July – December 2023. The research method was descriptive with a combination approach of quantitative and qualitative analysis. Data was obtained through a direct survey of respondents who had been determined deliberately. The data obtained is given a weight value based on assessment indicators obtained from the results of preliminary research. Test the validity and reliability of the data in a gradual and structured manner using a triangulation and role sharing approach. The research results are presented in the form of a spider web diagram which is equipped with illustrations of shift share gap values, Spearman correlation analysis , regression equation models obtained from the SPSS version 2.3 statistical tool. as well as implementation strategies using the SWOT-BSC approach.

Abstract

The unstable increase in the price of shallots during the holidays causes consumers to experience dissatisfaction. The aims of this research is to analyze the effect of price increases, seller friendliness, ease of access and product quality on customer satisfaction. The research method used quantitative approach using a survey method with a sample of 100 respondents who had purchased shallots. The data analysis methods used multiple liner regression, multiple correlation, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. The research results show that price increases, seller friendliness and ease of access have a positive and significant influence. Meanwhile, product quality does not have a significant relationship with customer satisfaction. This study underlines that price increases have the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the seller's friendliness and ease of access are effective stimulus in increasing customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Beach houses adorning the panorama of village community settlements above the sea waters of Wagom sub-district, Pariwari district, Fakfak Regency must be managed as residential areas whose people have productive behavior and business. The aim of the research is to find a strategy for economic empowerment of the sea village community, so that it develops into a micro industrial center area to encourage accelerated development of Fakfak district. Combined descriptive research using quantitative and qualitative analysis approaches. Data was obtained from closed direct interviews, using certain indicators compiled in the research questionnaire. The description of the questionnaire reflects the variables studied, and each answer is given a weighting value. Data was obtained through a conversion process and its validity was confirmed using a triangulation approach. The data is processed using SPSS statistics and also described using the SWOT approach to find the form of strategy. The research results show that the integration of livable houses requires planning the layout of the house in synergy with the conditions of the sea village; so that people can foster innovation and creativity in building businesses.

Abstract

Arguni District and Kokas District have very exotic marine natural potential, rich history of civilization, and very abundant fishing resources. Almost all villages in this district can only be reached by boat transportation across the sea with very beautiful natural views. The research aims to find a form of implementation of accelerated development of integrated ecotourism and creative economy based on analysis of innovation, motivation and competence of local youth drivers. The research was carried out from May – October 2023. The research method was descriptive with a combination approach of quantitative and qualitative analysis. Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the narrative writing skill for ninth-grade students at SMP Swasta Gajah Mada is significantly impacted by using of Project-Based Learning (PjBL). The study used a quasi-experimental design that included pre-test and post-test with two groups: an experimental group and a control group. Examining whether students' writing abilities increase when project-based learning is implemented is the study's main goal. There were fifteen students assigned to each group (IX A and IX B) at SMP Swasta Gajah Mada, for a total of thirty students engaged in the study. Participants in the data collection process were given written tests. The results of this study show that project-based learning have a beneficial effect on ninth-grade students’ ability to write narratives at SMP Swasta Gajah Mada. The fact that students in the experimental group scored higher on average once project-based learning was implemented lends credence to this. In addition, the data gathered for this research show a normal distribution. Based on the analysis conducted by using T-test was gotten that T-count = 3,28 at significant level α = 5%, dk (n-1) = (15-1) = 14, so, T-table = 1,76. It could be concluded that T-count > T-table (3,28>1.76). It implied that Ha had been accepted and Ho had been denied. It claimed that the skills of the students before and after using the project-based learning teaching approach differed significantly.

Abstract

Electricity consumption is increasing, this is because consumers are using more and more electric current. As a result, disturbances often occur in the transformer and one of these disturbances is caused by deteriorating insulation. This deteriorating insulation is caused by a lack of monitoring of transformer oil. This research aims to predict the temperature of transformer oil to find out whether the transformer oil is in good, fair or bad condition. The research was carried out by entering breakdown voltage data from PT PLN into the math-lab software using the fuzzy toolbox, then the mathl-ab software will display the temperature level. The results of testing and calculating MPE (Mean Percentage Error) show that the percentage value of correctness for temperature calculations using fuzzy logic is well applied to determine temperature predictions with an average correct value of 83.44% for new oil and 91.852% for used oil.

Abstract

At every airport, there is a facility known as a taxiway, which is a special path that connects the runway with the aircraft parking area (apron) around the terminal, and vice versa. This taxiway consists of several types, such as exit taxiway, parallel taxiway, and high-speed taxiway. The main function of a taxiway is as a connecting facility, so in planning it must pay attention to various provisions such as the distance between the taxiway and the runway, taxiway width, wheel clearance, slope, visibility distance, and also the taxiway strip. This research uses qualitative methods to produce findings. By adding a circuit to the taxiway, the load on the constant current regulator (CCR) in circuit C becomes lighter, and the cable route from the CCR on the south side becomes more efficient and easier to handle troubleshooting problems. In the process of adding circuits to taxiway lights, preparations that need to be considered include submitting an application for making an airport pass, preparing a detailed work plan by the worker, as well as submitting material approval. Work implementation must comply with regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Abstract

Through this research, it is hoped that we will obtain empirical evidence regarding the implementation of religion-based school management in improving the learning process and its implications for student achievement . The object of this research is the students of SMPN 44 Bandung , because based on the researcher's observations, the phenomenon of stagnation occurs. learning process which has implications for low student achievement . The research method used is descriptive and descriptive analysis with data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed to students using Non-Random Sampling Techniques/Non-Probability Sampling/Non-Random Samples with Purposive Sampling type . . The total population was 866 people and the sample was 90 people. The results of the descriptive analysis proved that "Implementation of Religion-Based School Management is classified as good, and partially there is a positive and significant influence on the Learning Process and both partially and simultaneously it has a positive and significant influence on student achievement ."

Abstract

One of the government's efforts to realize public order and protect the community, especially in realizing traffic safety, as well as minimizing the incidence of traffic accidents is actualized in the policy of periodic testing of motor vehicles. This policy is contained in Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 133 of 2015 concerning Periodic Testing of Motor Vehicles. The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 133 of 2015 concerning Periodic Testing of Motor Vehicles in realizing traffic safety in the City of Manado. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this research were the Regional Secretary of Manado City, Member of the Manado City DPRD, Head of the Manado City Transportation Service, Head of the Motor Vehicle Testing UPT of the Manado City Transportation Service, Head of the Road Transport Operational Control Section of the Manado City Transportation Service, Staff of the Manado City Transportation Service, Chairman of the Manado City Land Transport Organization, and Motor Vehicle Owner. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 133 of 2015 concerning Periodic Testing of Motor Vehicles in realizing traffic safety in the City of Manado has not gone well as seen from: 1) Communication dimensions (socialization, counseling and coaching) which are less than optimal and less effective carried out, 2) Dimensions of resources (HR and facilities) that have not been supported and are inadequate, 3) Dimensions of bureaucratic structures (SOP and coordination) that have not been effective, 4) Dimensions of disposition (controlling) or supervision that have not been running optimally carried out as inspections , raids, pick-up tests related to periodic testing of motor vehicles.

Abstract

Poverty is one of the problems faced by developing countries in the world, including Indonesia. The government continues to strive to address the problem of poverty through various social policies or programs, one of which is the Family Hope Program (PKH) which is regulated in Minister of Social Affairs Regulation Number 1 of 2018 concerning the Family Hope Program. The research carried out was entitled "Implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Alleviating Poverty in Sumedang Regency". This research aims to describe the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in alleviating poverty in Sumedang Regency. The theory used in this research is Edward III's implementation theory in Agustino which has 4 dimensions, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. This research uses a qualitative research method with an inductive approach to be able to see the facts in the field and draw conclusions. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers are by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in overcoming poverty in Sumedang Regency has gone well, but is not optimal. The suggestion given by researchers is that the Sumedang Regency Government needs to increase cooperation with the Ministry of Social Affairs to increase the quota for PKH Facilitators. And issue a stricter policy in updating DTKS (Integrated Social Welfare Data) according to the results of validation and verification in the field so that PKH assistance can be right on target.
