Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership, competency and readiness to change on employee performance at the Badung Satpol PP, then to determine the influence of transformational leadership and competency on readiness to change, then to determine the influence of transformational leadership and competency on employee performance through readiness to change. changed at Badung Satpol PP. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method. The population in this study is all employees of the Badung Regency Civil Service Police Unit in 2024, totaling 288 employees. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The data source in this research is primary data. Data analysis in this research uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using SmartPLS software, namely SmartPLS 4.0. The research results show that, 1) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) Readiness to change has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on readiness to change, 5) Competence has a positive and significant effect on readiness to change, 6) Readiness to change is able to mediate the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance, and 7) Readiness to change is able to partially mediate the influence of competence on employee performance.

Abstract

Munggu beach community-based tourism development, the Government always includes the community in decision-making. Second, the management of beach tourism objects provides direct and indirect benefits to the community. Directly it can be felt by the community with an increase in the economy from beach tourism activities. Indirectly, the number of visitors who come to the beach tourism location can see and introduce the customs and customs of the local community. Third, involving managers, government and the community about good development procedures. Fourth, the government always gives space to the community to maintain its culture. Then the factors that support the development of community-based tourism are the natural beauty that is still maintained and also free tourist sites. Then the inhibiting factor is the lack of public awareness in maintaining environmental cleanliness and the absence of regulating regulations.

Abstract

In developing community-based tourism at Cemagi Beach, the Government always includes the community in decision making. Second, management of coastal tourist attractions provides direct and indirect benefits to the community. The community can directly feel the economic increase from beach tourism activities. Indirectly, the large number of visitors who come to beach tourism locations can see and introduce themselves to the customs and customs of the local community. Abstract

Conservation Biology lectures are a subject in education that provides students with the experience to understand the concepts of biodiversity, issues and efforts in biological heritage conservation, mitigation, solutions, and promotion of conservation efforts, as well as collaboration with stakeholder involvement in conservation efforts. This course requires students to develop an environmental and conservation awareness attitude as well as problem-solving skills related to environmental damage and biodiversity loss. This study aims to analyze environmental awareness and problem-solving skills arising from environmental damage and biodiversity loss. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, and data is collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and essay questions. The results of this study show that environmental awareness and problem-solving skills related to environmental issues are at a high level. It is hoped that the results of this study can serve as a foundation for the development of conservation biology lectures to foster environmental awareness and problem-solving skills related to environmental damage and biodiversity loss issues, thereby supporting the benefits of conservation biology education.

Abstract

This research aims to design and analyze a DC motor coupling system as a backup electrical energy source controlled by a microcontroller. This system is designed to provide an efficient, reliable and economical backup energy solution, which can be used in various applications such as industrial, household and critical infrastructure. The design process includes integrating a DC motor with a microcontroller to regulate speed, monitor performance, and manage power automatically. Simulations and experimental testing were carried out to analyze the system performance in terms of energy conversion efficiency, operational reliability and response to various load conditions. The research results show that the DC motor coupling system controlled by a microcontroller is able to increase energy efficiency and reliability as a backup power source. The system can also be optimized to ensure maximum efficiency and stable performance. Sustainability evaluation and operational cost analysis show that this system has the potential for significant energy savings and low maintenance costs. Overall, this research contributes to the development of more efficient and adaptive backup energy source technology. Abstract

The level of literacy in our culture, particularly among students and the broader population, remains significantly deficient. Out of the 250 million people living in Indonesia, the literacy rate does not match that figure. The Indonesian people, as a whole, lacks critical thinking skills, as seen by their frequent acceptance of and belief in false news and unsubstantiated claims. In 2015, the government, namely the Ministry of Education and Culture, advocated for the establishment of literacy village programs and services. This strategic measure is seen very suitable in response to diverse national and international policies, as well as in alignment with a worldwide educational movement aimed at eliminating ignorance and prejudice, one manifestation of which is evident in public discretion. The creation of this literary hamlet is a strategic measure aimed at safeguarding society against the ignorance and scarcity of knowledge. May this literary village operate efficiently and provide significant advantages to the surrounding community. Village Literation, a strategic policy in public education that has been implemented for five years, is a fascinating subject to study and analyze. Its impact on education and training programs, social and cultural life, and community development is particularly noteworthy. This study employs a qualitative descriptive methodology. This research reveals that despite being located in areas with limited resources, the village literacy program has been successful in offering innovative educational services. It has significantly improved the dignity of citizens and empowered the community through the mastery of six fundamental literacies: reading, numeracy, science, digital skills, financial literacy, as well as cultural and citizenship education. Data collecting operations were conducted to investigate the implementation of several literacy village programs and services in many locations, including Tegal District, Kendal District, Sleman District, Bogor District, and Kuningan District.

Abstract

In an effort to improve the efficiency and ease of prepaid electricity top-up, Dual Tone Multiple Frequency (DTMF) technology offers an innovative solution that allows users to top up electricity via telephone. This study aims to design and implement a prepaid electricity top-up system that uses DTMF technology as an input method. The research methodology includes hardware and software design consisting of several main components, namely a DTMF module, microcontroller, and communication module. The DTMF module is used to detect and convert dual tone signals from the telephone into digital data that can be processed by the microcontroller. The microcontroller then processes this data to control the prepaid electricity meter top-up process. The system development stage begins with the selection and configuration of the appropriate DTMF module, followed by microcontroller programming to identify the DTMF code sent by the user. The system also includes a verification mechanism to ensure that the code entered is valid and secure. After verification, the microcontroller sends a command to the prepaid electricity meter to top up the credit according to the amount entered. The test results show that the DTMF-based prepaid electricity top-up system functions well, is able to recognize DTMF codes with high accuracy, and performs top-ups efficiently. This system offers ease of use for prepaid electricity customers, eliminates the need to go to a physical credit sales location, and allows top-ups from anywhere using a telephone. The conclusion of this study is that the DTMF-based prepaid electricity top-up system is a reliable and effective solution to improve convenience and efficiency for prepaid electricity users. Further implementation can be focused on improving security and integration with digital payment systems to provide a more comprehensive solution.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of E-Commerce and the Rupiah Exchange Rate on Indonesia's Economic Growth in the 2019-2023 period. Using quantitative descriptive research methods with timeseries secondary data analyzed via SPSS software, this research tests three main hypotheses: the significant influence of E-Commerce on economic growth, the significant influence of the Rupiah Exchange Rate on economic growth, and the simultaneous influence of E-Commerce and the Rupiah Exchange Rate to economic growth. The analysis results show that individually, E-Commerce does not have a significant influence on economic growth, with a sig value of 0.689 (>0.05). Meanwhile, the Rupiah Exchange Rate shows a significant and negative influence on economic growth, with a sig value of 0.022 (<0.05), which means that Rupiah depreciation tends to reduce economic growth. Simultaneously, these two variables show a significant influence on economic growth with a sig value of 0.038 (<0.05) and an R² of 0.962, indicating that the combination of these two variables can explain 96.2% of the variability in Indonesia's economic growth.

Abstract

This research examines the role of information technology in the animation production process, focusing on how recent technologies have improved the efficiency and quality of production output. The main objective of this research is to explore the impact of various information technology-based tools and software on the creativity and productivity of animation teams. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach in several animation studios in Bali. The theories underlying this research are visual communication theory and diffusion of innovation theory, which are used to understand how new technologies are adopted and applied in the animation industry. The results show that the integration of information technology in animation production not only accelerates the production process but also opens up opportunities for greater creative innovation. Technologies such as 3D animation software, cloud-based project management systems, and online collaboration tools have been shown to contribute significantly to the improvement of animation quality and teamwork effectiveness. These findings confirm the importance of investing in information technology for the animation industry to remain competitive in the global market.

Abstract

A Poor power quality, such as voltage fluctuations and harmonic interference, can affect compressor motor performance and life. So this research uses direct measurement and simulation methods to evaluate the influence of various power quality parameters on AC compressor motors. This research aims to analyze the performance reliability of compressor motors in air conditioner (AC) systems based on electrical power quality. and several tests show that harmonic interference and voltage variations significantly affect the efficiency and reliability of the compressor motor. Motors operating under poor power quality conditions exhibit increased operating temperatures, reduced efficiency, and shortened lifespan. The use of harmonic filters and voltage stabilizers has proven effective in improving power quality and, thereby, AC compressor motor performance. This research emphasizes the importance of maintaining power quality to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the compressor motor in the AC system. The implementation of power stabilizer and harmonic filter technology is recommended for industries that use compressor motors extensively, in order to optimize performance and reduce operational costs and made important contributions in the areas of power quality management and preventive maintenance for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, with a particular focus on compressor motors as a key component in these systems.
