Abstract

This study entitled “Analysis of influence of service quality, price, and promotion to customer satisfaction (case study at CV. Fastprint Indonesia, Jl. Manyar kertoarjo VII no 36 Surabaya)” this research aims to influence the influence of service quality, price and promotion satisfaction and to know the dominant influence among service quality, price and promotion in CV. Fastprint Indonesia in January 2018.            Collecting data using questionnaires with sampling technique non probability sampling is incidental sampling that the number of respondents 100 people. The method of data analysis is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed with the help of IBM SPSS 22 application. Variables used are service quality, price and promotion as independent variable and customer satisfaction as dependent variable.             The results of research indicate that the influence of customer satisfaction on service quality, price and promotion that simultaneously effect. This can be shown with the value of F = 55,615, sig 0,000 and R2 value of 0,623 which means 62,3% customer satisfaction is explained by the service quality, price and promotion while 37,7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords : service quality, price, promotion, customer satisfaction

Abstract

This research entiled “ The Influence Factor of Price, Product Quality and Product Completeness on Purchase Decision ( Case Study At Hokky Supermarket in Surabaya ) “. The population in this study were consumers who had been shopping at Hokky Swalayan in Surabaya aged 17 year. Sampel taken as many as one hundred respondents. The variables used are price, product quality, product completeness and purchasing decision.This result can be concludes as follows: There is influence of individual price toward purchasing dicision proven and accepted reality of partial test result (t) obtained with significant level <0,05, there is individual influence of product quality to purchasing decision proven and accepted reality partial test result (t) is obtained with significant level <0,05, there is individual influence of product completeness to proven purchasing decision and accept reality of partial test result (t) obtained with significant level <0,05.This shows that there are problem with purchasing decisions. The main problem to note is the price factor that still many weakness because is that the lowers level of influence than the factor of product quality and completeness of the product.Keywords : Price, Product Quality, Product Completeness and Consumer Purchasing Decision

Abstract

A businessman should be able to think creatively about how to create various products that are different from the other and how to build a good perspective of the product to the consumer. By considering the location factors which are not just strategic but also accessible, easy to recognize and one of the examples is a culinary business. Nowadays, business competition became tighter and the company should pay attention to anything that is could influence consumer judgment when a buy a product. This research tries to explain the significance of the location factor, brand image and product variations toward a consumer purchasing decision. Such as in Warcet  Mas Gimbal. Warcet Mas Gimbal is located at Kh. Ahmad Dahlan Kec. Ponorogo Kab. Ponorogo. This research uses quantitative with survey and questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this research were all the consumer who is already visited at the Warcet Mas Gimbal Ponorogo. The data of research use non-probability sampling. By using a purposive sampling technique among 100 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques.The result of the research shows, all independent variables that are location, brand image, and product diversity are having a positive impact on the independent variable. That positive impact is a buying decision by the consumer.Keywords          : location, brand image, product diversity and purchasing decision.

Abstract

 UD. Rizky Barokah is one forest honey producers headquartered in Surabaya. . With the growing number of entrepreneurs honey from year to year shows the business environment in the increasingly competitive field of honey. Competitive business environment requires all employers to apply the quality of services in addition to providing the best product quality through the application of TQM albeit with different levels in an effort to create customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to: "Determine the influence of TQM on consumer satisfaction UD.Rizky Barokah"Total Quality Management (TQM) is a management approach that is trying to achieve and sustain long-term success to meet customer satisfaction as one of its objectives. . With high product quality and low price, competitive position in the market will increase. The following series of events will help organizations transform and achieve the purpose of profit and grow more easily. In addition, workers will have job security, which will create satisfaction in the workplace (Basterfiel, 2011, 2) According to Krajewski (2005, 196) consumers are satisfied when their expectations for a product or quality are met. Sometimes, consumers use quality requirements common to describe the level of their satisfaction with a product or service. Analysis of total quality management at UD. Rizky Barokah indicate the category of "very good". It is shown from the results of the interview, the application of total quality management is based on three pillars, namely human resources responsive, value and ease of contacting the seller. Of the three pillars researchers found the results were realistic about the application of total quality management concepts UD. Abstract

In the business world have started a lot of competition, especially in the field of transport. In each competition, many business people do way or a better strategy in order to meet the needs of consumers as well as provide satisfaction to the maximum, and to give the best service. Formulation of the problem in this research is to 1) If quality of service effect on consumer satisfaction Uber taxi? 2). Does the facility have an effect on consumer satisfaction Uber taxi?. The purpose of doing research is to know the influence of 1). The quality of service of consumer satisfaction Uber taxi, 2). Facilities against consumer satisfaction Uber taxi.This research use descriptive research type with quantitative approach. Method of quantitative research is research that is based on the philosophy of positivism, used for researching on population or a particular sample, data collection using the instruments of research, data analysisquantitative in nature.The results and conclusions of this research is to 1). Quality of service in a positive effect on consumer satisfaction 2). Facilities positively influential on consumer satisfaction.Recommendations is given to the management of the company to always improve the quality of services such as paying attention to consumers, to the employees of the uber taxi to create quality good service (friendliness, polite – courteous, speed), to increase consumer satisfaction need any additional value offered.Keyword: service quality, facilities and customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship and Creativity Education variables on Entrepreneurial Interest partially, simultaneously and dominating variables. The method used in this study is quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis methods. Students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of the University of August 17, 1945 who are still actively studying (class of 2016 - 2017) and have taken Entrepreneurship courses into the population in this study were 239 students. The number of samples obtained as many as 150 students was calculated using purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires / questionnaires.This study resulted in (1) Partially showing a positive influence between entrepreneurship education variables on the interest in entrepreneurship in students of the University of Surabaya's Faculty of Social and Political Sciences August 17, 1945. (2) The variable of creativity also has a positive effect on the interest in entrepreneurship in the students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Surabaya, August 17, 1945. (3) Simultaneously also shows that between entrepreneurship education and creativity together have a positive effect on the interest in entrepreneurship in the students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Surabaya, August 17, 1945. Keywords: Entrepreneurship Education, Creativity, and Entrepreneurship Interest.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In this era of globalization, there have been many cafes that have sprung up in all countries, such as in Indonesia especially in Surabaya, we have found many cafes everywhere. The words cafe comes from French which means coffee drinks, over time the cafe not only provides coffee but also provides foods such as snacks, appetizers, main course until the desserts. Karah Coffee Rolag Surabaya is a place of this research. The purpose of this study is to find out how much service quality, price, and location influence on customer satisfaction.This type of research is quantitative research. The study population was consumers of Karah Kopi Rolag Surabaya. While the sample of 100 respondents using the non-probability method (non-random sampling) and data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that the quality of service, price, and location have a strong related influence on consumer satisfaction in Rolag Kopi Karah Surabaya. Based on the conclusion, it is expected that Rolag Kopi Karah Surabaya can further increase the variable Service Quality, Price, and Location of Consumer Satisfaction in order to maintain both consumers and customers.Keywords: service quality, price, location, and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in prices and product variants in purchasing decisions at Tji Tong and AMK. Quantitative research methods with survey questionnaires as instruments. The consumer research population once bought Tong Tji and AMK in Surabaya. The research sample used a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique of 96 respondents. The data analysis technique used to answer hypotheses is the independent sample t test.The results showed that the independent variables, namely price and product variants, had differences in the dependent variable in purchasing decisions. The significant value of the price variable is 0.003 and the significant value of the product variant variable is 0.009 and the dependent variable is the purchase decision has a significant value of 0.007. All significant value variables smaller than 0.05 mean that the independent price variables and product variants have differences in purchasing decisions at Tong Tji and AMK.Keywords : Comparative Analysis,price,TongTji product variants,AMK.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  Chatime is one of beverage products are drinks made from tea byaddinga special ingredient, which is bubble.  Thewell-known brand image, good product quality and competitive prices make Chatime beverage products rankedfirstin Bubble Drink sales.This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Brand Image, Product Quality and Price on the Purchase Decision of Chatime beverage products in Transmart Rungkut Surabaya.   The population of this researchis all consumers of Chatime from Surabaya. Samples were taken as many as 100 people based on purposive sampling method. There sults showed that Brand Image and Price hada positive and significant effecton Purchasing Decisions. While the Product Quality does not significantly influence Purchasing Decisions. Because of the product quality is recognized as good so it does not affect the purchase decision.This study also explained that the Purchasing Decision influenced the model by25.8% while there maining 74.2% was influenced by variables or other factors not examined inthisstudy.  For example the promotion variable, service quality, location, franschise atmosphere, product quality, product variation and other variables. Keywords:Brand Image, Product Quality, Price,Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstrack The bussiness world is growing rapidly everyday. This situation make the enterpreneurs doing varrious efforts to create a superior product to make consumers buy their products. The entrepreneurs need the right strategy to create a product with a good quality and different with the products from their competitors. The aims of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of product quality, product design, and brand image on purcase decision of Exsport bag in Surabaya. The type of research used is quantitaive. The data was collected by quesionnare. The population in this research is consumers which have bought the Exsport bags in Surabaya. The sample that used is non probability sampling methods with purposive sampling technique, with a sample of 96 respondents. The data analysis methods used is multiple regression anaylsis, t test, adn F test.The result of this research shows that all the independent variabels that are product quality, product design, and brand image both partially and simultanously are having a positive and significanly on the dependent variable that is purcase decision. Keywords : Product Quality, Product Design, Brand Image, Purchase Decision
