Abstract

Surabaya is an area have all kinds of cafe. Among many cafe in Surabaya one angkringan Jogja Mak Joss having decoration using the concept of ethnic Indonesian Java. So as to create a perception of different received by consumers Mak Joss Surabaya angkringan store.The purpose of this study to know the store atmosphere consumer perception of Java.            In this research using samples from 100 respondents with the accidental sampling and collecting data using a questionnaire.This is the kind of research quantitative. An analysis of the data used was the multiple linear regression analysis, correlation, determination, a partial and simultaneous. The results of the analysis shows that store atmosphere and perception buyers in angkringan Jogja Mak Joss Surabaya very attaching with the java and feel calm and comfort, Based on the conclusion of this analysis expected angkringan Jogja Mak Joss Surabaya can increase elements store atmosphere Java as general interior, exterior, store layout, the interior of display capable of influence the perceptions the purchase of those who are good in its implementation. Keywords: Store Atmosphere Java , General Interior , Exterior , Store Layout , The Interior Of Display , Consumer Perceptions

Abstract

Aims of this study was to determine the effect of internal factors and external factors on the interest of alumni of the university of 17 Agustus 1945 (UNTAG) Surabaya for entrepreneurship. The population in this study was University of 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya alumni who became an entrepreneurs with a sample size of 80 people. Sampling was done by nonprobability sampling method with accidental techniques (accidental sampling). Data from respondents were collected through distributing questionnaires that had been tested for Validity and Reliability Tests. From the validity test, the r value of all questions is bigger than the value of r-table (0.361), so it could be stated that the questionnaire is valid, and from the reliability test, the cronbach alpha value of 1,000 was obtained so that it could be concluded that the questionnaire was reliable. Data were then analyzed using the Regression Test using SPSS version 16.0. Regression testing obtained a sig value of 0,000, this indicates that the Internal Factor (X1) and External Factor (X2) variables have a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest (Y), in addition the R square value (R2) was 0.910 or could be expressed that 91% UNTAG alumni entrepreneurship is influenced by internal and external factors. From these results it can be concluded that both Internal (H1) and External (H2) or both (H3) Factors have a significant effect on UNTAG's alumni entrepreneurship interest.Keywords : Internal Factor, External Factor. Abstract

in the business world have started a lot of competition, especially in the field of transport. In each competition, many business people do way or a better strategy in order to meet the needs of consumers as well as provide satisfaction to the maximum, and to give the best service. Formulation of the problem in this research is to 1) If quality of service effect on consumer satisfaction Uber taxi? 2). Does the facility have an effect on consumer satisfaction Uber taxi?. The purpose of doing research is to know the influence of 1). The quality of service of consumer satisfaction Uber taxi, 2). Facilities against consumer satisfaction Uber taxi. this research use descriptive research type with quantitative approach. Method of quantitative research is research that is based on the philosophy of positivism, used for researching on population or a particular sample, data collection using the instruments of research, data analysisquantitative in nature.the results and conclusions of this research is to 1). Quality of service in a positive effect on consumer satisfaction 2). Facilities positively influential on consumer satisfaction. Recommendations is given to the management of the company to always improve the quality of services such as paying attention to consumers, to the employees of the uber taxi to create quality good service (friendliness, polite – courteous, speed), to increase consumer satisfaction need any additional value offered. keywords: service quality, facilities and customer satisfaction

Abstract

One of the important activities conducted by each company is employee payroll. This study aims to determine the internal controls in the payroll system which has been implemented by the company. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis technique to describe the internal control system implemented in the company's payroll.The results showed the company has not yet implemented the control system so well that may arise fraud management employee salaries. Implications arising fraud in the calculation of working time of employees; the employee time data manipulation; and errors in the payment of salaries of employees.Improvements that can be made form of accounting and finance division and division personnel; implementing authority systems and procedures in both the recording. Another improvement is the presence of accounting functions which authorize the salaries of employees before paid. Keywords: Systems, Payroll, Internal Control

Abstract

Ethics is an important issue in business activities at the moment. This study is to find out how the application of Business Ethics in Sea Products Processing SMEs in Sukolilo Baru Village, Bulak District, Surabaya, especially in UKM Toko Risma. The type of research used is qualitative research. The focus of this research is the application of the principles of business ethics carried out by SMEs in Seafood Processing in Sukolilo Baru Village, Bulak District, Surabaya. The results of the Toko Risma  research have considered and applied several business ethics principles. Starting from the principle of autonomy, honesty, justice, mutual benefit, and moral integrity. Toko Risma does not use preservatives, the product only lasts about one month and for coloring it usually uses cake coloring that is safe for consumption. Keywords: Business Ethics, UKM, Toko Risma

Abstract

Elizabeth bag products are brand bag that has become the symbol of “prestige” for lovers bags. A brand bags are already quite prominent in Indonesia. In this study tried to see how much influence variable product design and quality of the purchasing decision. The sample used was the visitors who shopped in the store bag Elizabeth Surabaya and aged 18 years and older. The results showed the product design and product quality and significant positive influence on purchasing decisions and product quality vareabel the dominant influence on the purchase decisions. Keyword: Design product, quality product, purchasing decisions

Abstract

Produk madu telah lama dikenal masyarakat Indonesia  sebagai food supplement yang berkhasiat menjaga kesehatan, namun produksi madu Indonesia belum mampu memenuhi permintaan nasional.. Untuk itu dibutuhkan peran Analisis SWOT (strengh, weakness, opportunity, and threat) sebagai alat bantu dalam menetapkan strategi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian. Analisis Internal Factor Evaluation  (IFE) menghasilkan kekuatan utama kegiatan promosi iklan melalui media cetak dan brosur yang di edarkan secara berkala, sedangkan untuk kelemahan utama yang dimiliki adalah peralatan pengolahan yang masih sederhana. Analisis External Factor Evaluation (EFE) menghasilkan peluang utama yang dapat dimanfaatkan yaitu program pemerintah bagi UMKM dalam bentuk Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR), sedangkan ancaman utama adalah berkurangnya jumlah areal pakan lebah akibat konversi lahan. Analisis matriks Internal-Eksternal (IE) menetapkan posisi dalam kuadaran V (Jaga dan Pertahankan).  Analisis SWOT menghasilkan beberapa strategi yang dapat diterapkan: (1) Inovasi kemasan ekonomis, (2) Meningkatkan kegiatan promosi, (3) Membina hubungan baik dengan peternak binaan, (4) Menambah modal kerja melalui pinjaman Kredit Usaha Rakyat, (5) Meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, (6) Memperbaiki kinerja dan Meningkatkan teknologi produksi, (7) Memperbaiki sistem manajemen perusahaan, (8) Meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kepada konsumen, (9) Mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas produk, (10) Memperluas pangsa pasar. Hasil dari pengolahan QSPM (quantitative strategic planning matrix), menghasilkan prioritas utama inovasi kemasan ekonomis. Kata kunci: analisis swot, strategi pemasaran, madu

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of quality, infrastructure, and diversity of animals at the Surabaya Zoo which is one of the iconic tourist attractions in the center of Surabaya. In its own development KBS has changed from year to year. The Surabaya Zoo which used to be just a place of recreation has now developed its function as a means of protection and preservation, education, research and recreation, of course. Animals that become the collection of KBS from year to year are increasing, both from domestic and abroad. Tourism objects with infrastructure, and complete diversity of animals is one reason tourists visit the Surabaya Zoo. So here researchers measure the influence to be used as a study.The population in this study were visitors who had visited the Surabaya Zoo. The measurement technique of data analysis in this study using SPSS version 16 for windows.Based on the results of tests conducted it is known that at Surabaya Zoo Service Quality, Infrastructure Facilities and Animal Diversity have a significant effect on Visitor Satisfaction.Keywords: Service Quality, Infrastructure, Animal Diversity Visitor Satisfaction.Pendahuluan

Abstract

Progress is rapidly increasing social media development in line with advances information technology. Sharing of experiences between the consumer of a product can be done through the online media that can be accessed by other potential customers and are able to influence the purchase decisions of these products. This study aims to analyze the influence of electronic word of mouth Twitter on purchasing decisions at Restoran Mie Akhirat, Surabaya. Social media is a very fast growing Twitter, Twitter large number of potential users in conducting marketing activities. Methods of analysis used in this study is multiple regressions analysis. The results showed that the electronic word of mouth Twitter has a strong influence on purchasing decisions at Restoran Mie Akhirat, Surabaya.Keywords: electronic word of mouth, social media marketing, purchase decisions

Abstract

In This study to determine to effect of atmosphere stores, product Variation and Price to Consumer buying interest in Food Coma Daily Cafetaria. Where independent variables are Store Atmosphere (X1), Product Variation (X2), and Price (X3) influence Consumer buying interest (Y). in this population are all consumer of Food Coma Daily Cafetaria samples taken as many as 100 respondent. This sampling method used in Non Random Sampling Method. Then done the analysis through data obtained by using data analysis quantitative. This analysis includes: test of validity, reliability, multiple liner analysis, hypothesis test through t test, F test coefficient of determination analysis (R2).Based on the research has fulfiled the validity and reliability test by obtaining the regression equation as follow: Y = 0,047+ 0,157(X1) + 0,419(X2) + 0,414(X3). Testing t test hypothesis shows that variable Store Atmosphere no significant effect on consumer buying interest. based on the results of this study suggested that Food Coma Daily Cafetaria still maintain the benefits of Store Atmosphere is adequate because some consumers decided to buy because Store Atmosphere and still make one of the main goals because it has a major impact on subsequent purchases. And variable Product Variation and Price significantly influence consumer interest. then F test can know that the three independent variables are meticulous simultaneously affect the dependent variable consumer buying interest can be explained by Store Atmosphere, Product Variation and Price while the rest 52,6% . so the rest factora beyond other variables in this study.Keyword: Store Atmosphere, Product Variations, Price and Consumer buying interest
