Abstract

Kodomo No Kata is made for children who want to learn the basics of judo. Consisting of a prologue and seven units or seven levels, Kodomo No Kata covers all the moves and techniques that must be mastered at each level. Each unit consists of a dropping technique (ukemi), moving places (Tai sabaki), and a slamming/throwing technique (nagewaza), a holding technique (osaekomi waza). With the ongoingpandemic, Covid 19which resulted in the imposition of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) which made school-age children unable to exercise regularly and had to comply with health protocols. One alternative for children to be able to exercise and practice judo is to practice judo techniques independently using tools that are around, anywhere, anytime, both under normal and pandemic conditions based on the video Kodomo No Kata. This study aims to develop basic judo techniques based on the video Kodomo No Kata for school-aged children (6-14 years). This research is a research and development method which is often called R&D (Research and Development). The small group test was conducted on the athletes of the Judo Club Judo Cendana Surabaya, the large group test was carried out on the athletes of the City of Surabaya, the Mojokerto Regency Government and the Mojokerto City Council. The result is a video product of basic judo technique training which is carried out independently using existing tools, equipped with a guide book as a support.

Abstract

The root of the problem of this research is the lack of interest in student learning during the COVID-19 pandemic which resulted in low student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to see the improvement of student learning outcomes during online learning by using learning videos on a two-variable linear equation system material. The type of research used in this research is classroom action research which was carried out at MTS Negeri 1 Simalungun. This research was conducted in two cycles with each action including planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. To see the learning outcomes used tests in cycles I and II. The results of the study show that learning video media on the material of a two-variable linear equation system in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era can improve learning outcomes and minimum learning mastery of students in class VIII-5 MTS Negeri 1 Simalungun for the 2020/2021 academic year". The completeness of student learning outcomes on the SPLDV material after being taught using learning video media when the initial condition (23.52%) increased to 52.94%. Abstract

Since its implementation in 2005, the School Operational Assistance (BOS) program has encountered several obstacles. The problems that often arise are the lack of planning and the lack of participation of the school ecosystem, especially in determining plans, planning documents and project priorities. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) model is a prioritization approach based on the determination of the priority scale on the comparison of one option with another. This approach is widely used to make decisions in various sectors, business, government, management, and education. It is very important to have a solution optimization tool in place to deal with the main problems that arise in allocating these funds. In this research, The AHP model is used to determine the priority scale on the criteria for BOS funds in the current year so that BOS funds can be optimally absorbed and can be utilized properly in its implementation for Vocational High School (SMK) activities. The results showed that the use of AHP made it easier for school residents to prioritize the use of funds for school activities. AHP can also be used for various stakeholders in schools (principals, treasurers, teachers, and committees, parents/guardians) to participate in making decisions about the use of BOS funds to improve school performance and quality.
