Abstract

This analysis aims to display inflation, exchange rates of currencies, SBI, and the Dow Jones Index on IHSG and IDX from 2013 to 2018. Quantitative testing approaches using the SmartPLS 3 technology and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques. Inflation has a large positive effect on the JCI. Which indicates that as inflation rises, the JCI value falls. Exchange rates significantly impact the JCI. Therefore, the exchange rate indicator directly affects the path of the high exchange rate, which reduces the JCI figure. The SBI rate has no Impact and negative on JCI. This means JCI would not be affected by the increased number of SBI interest rates. For the Dow Jones Index, the JCI is significantly positive. Which suggests that the Dow Jones index's rise has an effect on the JCI. The Dow Jones Index has the most impact on work motivation, at 0.982, in contrast to the inflation, exchange rate, and SBI interest rate variables against the IHSG of IDX from 2013 to 2018.

Abstract

The personality of a nation will be reflected through its culture. Culture is a form of intangible wealth owned by a country. Intangible Cultural Heritage is the cultural heritage of the ancestors that is passed down to the next generation. Intangible Cultural Heritage has cultural, political and economic values. Intangible Property Inheritance has been regulated in the 2003 UNESCO Convention which “Protection” referred to the word "safeguarding". The purpose of this is to discuss the concept of "Safeguarding" according to the 2003 UNESCO Convention for The Safeguarding of the Intagible Cultural Heritage and examine its application in Indonesia. The method of the study is a normative juridical legal research with a statute and a case approach. Meanwhile, the efforts made by the government include making intellectual property rights, making catalog with a list of Indonesia’s intangible heritage and create communities that are interested in various forms of heritage and Indonesia’s culture itself, including intangible heritage. In addition, Another effort that can be done is to hold an art exhibition or exhibition. The results of this study indicate that the concept of "safeguarding" in the 2003 UNESCO Convention is interpreted as protection, safeguarding, preservation of an open intangible heritage. This means that a country which is not the owner of such intangible wealth is still allowed to use, display or create an object which is an inheritance of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of another country as long as the beneficiary country does not claim to be the culture of its country.

The background of the research was the observations regarding the low student learning outcomes because the learning process takes place without a student handbook and the teacher's lack of ability in developing teaching materials so that the learning process still uses the lecture method. Thus, it causes the learning process to be less effective. The purpose of this research was to determine the feasibility of booklet teaching materials based on the learning cycle model developed in accounting subjects for class X SMK BM Panca Budi 2 Medan. The location of the research was at SMK BM Panca Budi 2 Medan, on Jalan Gatot Subroto KM 4,5. The 4D development model consists of 4 main stages, namely: (1) define, (2) design, (3) develop, and (4) disseminate. The data analysis technique used was descriptive and inferential techniques. Based on the results of the research, the product of booklet teaching materials based on the learning cycle model in accounting subjects with general journal material in class X SMK BM Panca Budi 2 Medan was feasible to use based on material expert validation with an average of 96.37% design experts, an average of 95, 8% and media experts with an average of 92.9%.
