Abstract

To determine the effect of emotional intelligence and learning independence on mathematics learning outcomes. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a correlational design of ex-post facto research type. Sampling in this study was done by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires and documentation of learning outcomes. The questionnaire used in this study was divided into two, namely the emotional intelligence questionnaire and the learning independence questionnaire. Even semester exam results will be used as data on mathematics learning outcomes. The data analysis technique used the F-test. The results of the research data analysis showed that emotional intelligence had an effect on student learning outcomes by 12.2%. Independent learning of students also affects the learning outcomes of mathematics by 10.5%. This shows that emotional intelligence and learning independence have a low relationship with learning outcomes

Abstract

This research is a summary to highlight thoughts on capital structure in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Deciding on the optimal capital structure is a very important managerial decision. Given the company's specificity in the MSME segment, achieving an optimal capital structure is a challenging task because there is no optimal capital structure model that can be universally applied in corporate practice. This study uses a literature review approach from journal publications that have been published for the last 5 years from 2016 to 2020. The results of the analysis obtained 86 journals and research on Capital Structure of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). From several journals collected, there are several similarities in terms of the grand theory used, namely the trade off theory, pecking order theory and agency theory.

Abstract

At the national level, the property industry has a considerable influence. The rapid growth of the property industry will have an impact on other industries. Examples include the material, logistics and service industries, as well as the banking industry through KPR (House Ownership Credit) which will have an impact on job creation and the economy. growth in the country. This study aims to determine the effect of Asset Structure, Business Risk, Profitability, Company Size and Capital Structure on Firm Value (PBV). The period of this research is 5 (five) years, namely 2015 to 2019. This study uses panel data regression analysis. The population of this study includes property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015 – 2019. The results of this study indicate that the asset structure, business risk, profitability, firm size and capital structure have a simultaneous effect on firm value. Profitability and Capital Structure variables have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Asset structure, business risk, and firm size have no effect on firm value. This study contributes to testing and proving signaling theory and firm value on profitability and capital structure that affect firm value. and the size of the company has no effect on the value of the company. Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Management Rights in Underground Spaces After the Enactment of Law Number 11 the Year 2020 concerning Job Creation and Implementing Regulations" with 2 (two) main problems, namely, (1) How is the Legal Certainty regarding the Granting of Permits and Limitations on the Use of Utilization? Basement? What is the legal status of basements after the enactment of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation and its Implementing Regulations? This research is a type of legal research with normative research methods. Besides, this research uses a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The results of this thesis research indicate that the legal certainty of granting permits in terms of the use of underground spaces is based on Law no. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, Article 146 Land or space formed in the upper and/or underground space and used for certain activities may be granted building use rights, use rights or management rights, in this case granting rights to the utilization of the underground space. based on the Basic Agrarian Law. Restrictions on the use of the authority of those who use it are limited by the existence of procedures that must be met in terms of the use of basements and the depth limit stipulated in the Implementing Regulation of the Employment Creation Act, Article 74, namely with a height limit according to the basic coefficient of the building and the floor of the building as well as a depth limit of 30. meters from the surface of the land that can be reached by the process of registering rights through the granting of rights that take into account/consider the holders of land rights under and/or above it. The arrangement for the acquisition of the right to use the basement is regulated in Government Regulation Number 18 of 2021 concerning Management Rights, Land Rights, Flat Units, and Land Registration Article 77, namely, Upper Land or Ground Spaces may be granted Management Rights, Building Use Rights, or Right of Use after the Upper Ground or Underground Space is utilized. The granting of rights is granted by a decision on granting rights by the Minister. The regulation regarding land rights is guided by the Basic Agrarian Law.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1) To find out how the discipline of employees in improving employee performance at the office of the National Unity and Politics of Mojokerto Regency, 2) To find out the obstacles faced in disciplining employees at the Office of National Unity, Politics and Community Protection, Mojokerto Regency. . The type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of the study that: 1) The division of tasks for civil servants at the National Unity and Political Agency of Mojokerto Regency is based on Regional Regulation number 10 of 2010 concerning the organizational structure of the Mojokerto Regency National and Political Unity Agency, which the organizational structure itself consists of the head of the agency. , secretariat and functional position groups, 2) The work discipline of employees at the National Unity and Political Agency of Mojokerto Regency has not run according to existing regulations, there are still many employees who do not carry out the discipline so that it greatly affects employee performance, especially in service to the community, and 3) The quality of employee performance at the National Unity and Political Agency of Mojokerto Regency has been running very well, while the quantity of employee performance cannot be said to be good because it has not been realized as a whole. 4) The obstacles that arise in improving employee work discipline include the number of employees who get external service assignments so that leaders find it difficult to carry out direct supervision and loyalty to the corps (esprit de corps) which often makes the authorized superiors impose light sanctions  disciplinary subordinates.

Abstract

Irregular warfare is the most dangerous scenario that occurs in Indonesia, namely terrorism and radicalism. Terrorist crimes are not only disrupting the stability of the country's security but also concerning the stability of the country's defense. If allowed, the community will be restless and very dangerous for the integrity of the nation and state, if it is not immediately prevented it will certainly be able to divide the nation, one of the government's efforts is through the state defense program. , the problem in research is how can State Defense be used as a Prevention Method against the threat of Irregular Warfare in Indonesia? And how is the implementation of the state defense program in the educational environment? The method used is the analytical descriptive method. In this regard, the state defense program is one of the methods of preventing the threat of irregular warfare in Indonesia, thus the conclusion is that the state defense program is a very effective program to be implemented in Indonesia in the era of the Industrial revolution 4.0, and the threat of irregular warfare shows that prevention is through dissemination. The concepts of state defense in which religiosity values are the main thing.

Abstract

Pesisir Barat Regency is designated as one of the underdeveloped areas through PP 63 of 2020, based on this, it is necessary to conduct research related to regional development strategies, the West Coast Regency which has a coastline of 210 KM makes this a potential of the region as development capital. Development also requires the role of the community so that these development goals can be achieved, this study looks at how the community's perception of the development of the marine sector (fishery and tourism) is, this study uses the Hierarchical Process Analysis (AHP) method to see how the community's perception is based on the results of research in several main sectors. Based on the community's perception is marine tourism, coastal marine tourism, marine capture fisheries, and marine aquaculture.

Abstract

The recruitment of constitutional judges is carried out by three state institutions, House of Representatives, Supreme Court, and President. Each of the three state institutions selects 3 (three) candidates for constitutional judges. In practice, there are differences in the system of recruitment of constitutional judges from the three state institutions, even differences in the system in one state institution with the same election period also occur in each state institution. There is a recruitment that does not meet transparency and participation as stated in Article 19 of Law Number 7 of 2020 concerning the Third Amendment to Law Number 24 of 2003 concerning the Constitutional Court which states that the nomination of constitutional judges must be transparent and participatory. The need for public participation in the system of recruitment of constitutional judges as a real benchmark in the integrity and capacity of constitutional judges so that it can foster more trust in the public in the Constitutional Court as the vanguard of the guardian of the constitution. This study uses normative legal research where the procedure for finding the truth. Thus, the importance of public participation in the recruitment of constitutional judges will be obtained.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence customer loyalty in the use of mobile banking Islamic bank 'X', by applying the theory of diffusion of innovation. The characteristics of innovative technology which include relative advantages, compatibility, perceived risk, and trust are used as antecedent variables to measure customer loyalty in the use of mobile banking. The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample is 166 customers who use mobile banking Islamic bank 'X'. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the SEM – PLS method. The research findings indicate that relative advantage, compatibility, perceived risk, and trust have a significant effect on customer loyalty which is mediated by the variable of using mobile banking. Relative advantage and compatibility are the most powerful and significant factors in the use of mobile banking.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine, analyze, prove, and test the company's health status on the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return on Assets on financial distress with the Audit Committee as a Moderating Variable. The analysis in this study uses the Zmijewski model. Where the Zmijewski (1984) model uses ratio analysis that measures the performance, leverage, and liquidity of a company for its prediction model. The data used in this study is secondary data originating from the annual reports of state-owned companies listed on the IDX (Indonesian Stock Exchange) for the 2014-2018 period. The results of this study indicate that the effect of the audit committee in moderating return on assets on financial distress is significant. Furthermore, the results of this study debt to equity ratio have a significant effect on financial distress. Meanwhile, the current ratio and return on assets have no significant effect on financial distress. The audit committee does not moderate the effect of the current ratio and debt to equity ratio on financial distress.
