Abstract

In the development of technology in the financial world, we are also now familiar with trading robots. This robot serves to facilitate trading in cyberspace. Trading robots do not offer a solution to generate profitable transactions instantly. Profitable long-term forex trading is more than just tactical analysis of forex trading and the use of trading robots. Have a special program that does all the work to make it look tempting. But this is how trading robots work. Trading robot sellers who prefer to see a decent trading robot. Such a system requires constant human adaptation and supervision. The general public who wants to use trading robots properly must know the risks and systems of trading robots and there is no guarantee that using a trading robot will be 100% profitable. It should be reiterated that the trading robot will make decisions based on the conditions that have occurred and the right decisions at that time. Thus, no foreign trade organizer dares to give absolute guarantees.

Abstract

Pipes laying on an unstable slope of soft soil are prone to movement. Pipelines that are buried in unstable slope areas will move due to lateral loads from soil movement which can cause damage to the pipeline. A laboratory small-scale model of the reinforcement system of piles supported retaining walls was conducted to investigate the effect of lateral load on the reinforcement. In this experiment, the lateral forces of 0.3 kN, 0.35 kN, and 0.4 kN and vertical force of 0.05 kN, 0.1 kN, and 0.15 kN were used. Lateral load from electric jack is equipped with load cell and vertical load used cement- steel box. To validate the experimental result, a finite element program was used. The experimental results showed that an increase in lateral loading, increased the displacement of the reinforcement system. For a Vertical Load 0.05 kN and versus a lateral load of 0.3 kN causes a horizontal displacement of 0.34 mm and an increased of 2.94 % for loading of 0.35 kN and an increased of 8.82% for loading 0.4 kN. The pattern is the same in the finite element method analysis, where there was a 2.3 8% increased for 0.35 kN loading and an increased to 33.33 % for 0.4 kN loading. In the same Load, the Reinforcement System is reliable as shown in Safety Factor on dry condition were 3,33, 2,828 and 2,476, and on wet condition were 2,99, 2,524 and 2,237.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education has received considerable critical attention in the last decade. The basic reason is that entrepreneurship can reduce social and economic problems such as unemployment and poverty. Given the importance of entrepreneurship, both developed and developing countries have responded by programming to increase entrepreneurship in their countries, including Indonesia. This qualitative study aims to determine the factors that influence students' interest in entrepreneurship. The population of this study was 114 students of the Catholic Religious Education study program who had taken entrepreneurship courses and had participated in entrepreneurship training and workshops on campus. The results of this study indicate that personality factors have a positive effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship with an rx1y value of 0.755; r2x1y is 0.570 with the regression equation is Y-0.595X1 + 11.304. Family factors also have a positive effect on interest in entrepreneurship with an rx2y value of 0.515; r 2 x2y is 0.265 with the regression equation is Y = 0.694X2 + 17.867. Then, the peer factor has a positive effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship, the value of rx3y is 0.453; r2x3y is 0.205 with the regression equation is Y = 0.537X3 + 21.916. Based on these results, the recommendation that can be given is that there is a need for improvement for the campus in providing understanding and entrepreneurship training in order to increase the interest and ability of students in entrepreneurship, so that graduating from college has enough confidence, quasi-knowledge, and abilities obtained for further practiced by entrepreneurship or creating jobs.

Abstract

This study discusses the legal consequences of making a power of attorney to sell which is not preceded by a principal agreement in the sale of inherited land. This research is a normative juridical law research with qualitative methods to analyze data and descriptive analytical research type. Power of attorney to sell is a form of special power of attorney. Where in the Special Power of Attorney it must be stated clearly and unequivocally regarding what legal actions and actions may be taken by the Proxy. This is so that the power of attorney does not deviate from the intent of the Authorizer. Power of attorney to sell is a form of accessoire agreement. Accessoir agreement is an additional agreement that follows the Principal Agreement. Power of attorney to sell that stands alone without following the main agreement, it is very risky for deviations to occur in its implementation. This is because the power of attorney to sell which stands alone usually does not include the rights and obligations of the giver and Power of Attorney in detail, clearly, firmly.

Abstract

People with language disorders are also ordinary people who still want to communicate and be understood by others. Of course, the conditions and shortcomings that they experience become a challenge for themselves and for others who interact with them. The conditions and weaknesses that they experience become a challenge for themselves and others who interact with them. Problems or speech disorders experienced by people with specific language disorders caused by brain damage are obstacles to children's social and personal adjustment. People with particular language disorders caused by brain damage who mispronounce words will feel embarrassed and begin to isolate themselves from other people. This study tries to explain the impact of the learning method based on Multisensory Stimulation therapy and then evaluates the results of the application of Multisensory Stimulation therapy in patients with Transcortical Aphasia. This research uses a crossbreed approach that uses qualitative and quantitative perspectives reciprocally. The type of research used is classroom accomplish research. This study concludes that the learning method based on Multisensory Stimulation therapy has a significant positive impact. However, the development of strategies, tactics, and learning models based on Multisensory Stimulation also needs to be developed, actualized, and coordinated according to the principles of effectiveness and efficiency.

The economy of West Java is the highest supported by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). West Java has MSMEs engaged in the food sector. The Covid-19 pandemic condition has an impact on decreasing income. The income of UMKM will support by marketing and management aspects. Some MSMEs in the food sector are still unable to solve managerial problems, even if their products have not been marketed through online media. This research method is a survey research with a descriptive approach using narrative analysis tools. The population in this study was the food sector MSMEs in West Java, amounting to 2400 MSME partners selected through cluster random sampling technique. The results of the analysis show that the income of MSMEs in the food sector has decreased because it is support by managerial aspects which has a value of respondents of 1706 (important) and marketing aspects of 3005 (very important). The increase in income will balance with business digitization in the context of marketing and paying attention to managerial aspects.

The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, and data collection methods used are interviews, FGDs, and documentation. The results of this study are that there are 18 stakeholders involved in the management of the Homestay. However, of the 18 existing stakeholders, only eight stakeholders play an optimal and sustainable role. The rest is still not optimal and not sustainable. The design of the formed model shows that there is still a lack of sense of responsibility, less active communication links, and the existence of unequal understanding between stakeholders regarding the vision and mission of homestay management in Kembang Kuning Tourism Village.

Abstract

The instant drink is processed products in powder form, easily soluble in water, practical in serving, and long shelf life due to their low water content and large surface area. In the current situation, a vitamin or drink that can improve the health of the body is needed. One of the compounds that can neutralize free radicals in the body as a trigger for a disease is β-carotene which has good antioxidant properties. One of the plants that contain high β-carotene is Yellow Pumpkin. It has a high nutritional content and fine fibre; thus, it is easy to digest. The method of making the instant drink is an oven drying method. This study aims to analyze β-carotene in yellow pumpkin, which is useful as an antioxidant using the UV-VIS spectrophotometry method. The absorbance of the β-carotene standard at a wavelength of 450 nm with distilled water as a blank. β-carotene standard is prepared by dissolving 0.2 g of potassium chromate in water to a volume of 100 ml.
