Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of sociopreneurs in educational and training institutions in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This research method uses qualitative methods, with triangulation techniques in data collection, namely through observation, documentation and interviews with several informants from the Education and Training Institute. In interviews, this research uses the triangulation method between researchers, namely digging information from several different informants, including a sociopreneur from an educational and training institution, the participant or teacher and expert judgment who is an academic and sociopreneur practitioner who experienced. The results of the analysis from interviews, it was found that the Education and Training Institute had implemented sociopreneurs in their service sector, such as the Smart Muslim Education Institute which helps students who are pursuing a bachelor's degree education to be able to teach so that they earn income. Azkiya Qur'an Learning is also an Educational Institution that recruits teachers from the area or rural areas to teach Al-Qur'an Learning. As for the Training Institute, there is a TWT Learning Center that cares about education in Indonesia by providing community service in the form of free education and training at several universities and the surrounding community. Abstract

The government has established a health protocol policy through the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number HK.01.07/MENKES/382/2020 concerning Health Protocols for the Community in Public Places and Facilities in the Context of Prevention and Control of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). In supporting this policy, there are provisions of other laws and regulations that contain sanctions, both administrative sanctions and criminal sanctions. In theory, there are many views put forward by experts regarding the purpose of imposing criminal sanctions (sanctions). Based on existing criminal theories, criminal law enforcement policies will be analyzed in tackling the Covid-19 pandemic, especially in the city of Medan. This begins by identifying legal provisions regarding sanctions for violators of health protocols. Then analyze whether the legal provisions made for violators of the health protocol can achieve the expected sentencing goals. The research method used is normative legal-empirical law research (combined) using primary data and secondary data obtained through field research and library research. The field study was carried out at the Covid-19 Handling Task Force in Medan City. This study will explain the provisions of existing laws and regulations from the level of the Act to Regional Regulations that regulate sanctions for violators of health protocols.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 is a complex health problem and requires fast handling. Covid-19 patients who receive treatment in hospitals have different conditions and severity. This affects the handling actions that will be carried out by medical officers. The large number of patients and the lack of medical personnel and the availability of beds have resulted in the need for technological support to help predict the status of patient bed availability based on their condition so that treatment is concentrated on patients who are very critical and require rapid treatment. This research applies prediction techniques from data mining disciplines to predict a spike or decrease in BOR (Bed Occupancy Rate). Prediction using the C4 algorithm. 5 was applied to build a model based on the Covid-19 bed availability dataset. The Covid-19 BOR (Bed Occupancy Rate) dataset in West Java was obtained from Opendata.jabarprov.go.id and applied using Rapid Miner. The model built can predict the status of bed availability based on the occupancy of the patient's hospitalization. The results of this study indicate that predictions using the C4.5 Algorithm method have a high level of accuracy of %.

The terrorist movement has often been heard of, both in Indonesia and from other parts of the country. Several studies discuss whether terrorism is included in the impact of globalization where the movement quickly spreads with globalization and becomes a form of transnational movement that eventually enters other countries and develops rapidly and promptly distributes ideas to existing ones. First, identify the article. The article was taken from the publications of various authors using a database from Scopus. The next step is to enter the keyword "ISLAMIC TERRORISM" in the publish column and be given a discussion of the year of publication only for the last few years, namely from 2018 to 2021. The media plays an essential role in acts of terrorism, both in spreading networks to acts of terror. Cyber terrorism is ubiquitous, it is more flexible than traditional terrorism, and cyber-attacks mostly occur in the country of origin. Thereby discussing the complex features of cyberterror networks and identifying some of the geostrategic implications of cyber strategy. The public should be able to sort out the information they get to the stage of proving who the terrorist network is involved in the terror act. It is hoped that this will be able to consume information wisely and not be carried away by propaganda that can endanger oneself, family, and society.

Abstract

With the rising popularity of online activity and state-of-the-art technology these past few years, it is only natural that the travel agency industry has shifted its focus from offline to online selling. Rising demand for online travel purchases means Online Travel Agent (OTA) needs to stay competitive in the industry. Moreover during COVID-19 it is becoming more important to stay competitive. Among all of the 50 plus online travel agencies in Indonesia, there are several that are bigger than the others; these include Traveloka and tiket.com. One of the strategies that these companies implement to stay competitive is giving out promotion vouchers; however, do they really work for all of their customers? In order to best understand OTA customers, this research analyzes the impacts of gender, city demographic, and the user’s loyalty status in an Indonesian Online Travel Agent on each customer’s usage on promotion vouchers. Data was collected from tiket.com’s database. The findings will provide evidence as to whether the gender, user’s city location, and the loyalty member status have a positive effect on promotion voucher usage in an Online Travel Agent.
