Abstract

This research was conducted to find out about the establishment of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ar-ridho, Tanjung Mulia Village, Sub-District of Kampung Rakyat, South Labuhanbatu Regency based on Law No. 28 of 2004 concerning Amendments to Law No. 16 of 2021 concerning Foundations. This research method The research method used by the author is an empirical normative research method, where this research uses the incorporation of normative legal elements and is then supported by adding data from field research. The approach taken by the author is an empirical juridical approach, namely an approach taken by looking at the reality that exists in practice in the field. This approach is also known as a sociological approach which is carried out directly in the field. This research was conducted on Protocol No. 01 Dusun Rantau Kapal Tanjung Mulia Village, Kampung Rakyat District, South Labuhanbatu Regency. This research was reviewed based on compliance with the Regulation of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2014 concerning the Establishment of Madrasas organized by the Government and Madrasah Penegrian Organized by the Community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of Islamic law in Indonesia in the politics of constitutionalism. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach. The result of this research is the implementation of Islamic law in constitutionalism politics is reflected in the form of laws and regulations that reflect Islam as a selector for the existence of laws and regulations that develop in Indonesia. The power of Islam will always provide control over the substance or material of existing laws and regulations, as long as they do not conflict with Islamic values and norms, then these laws and regulations will be recommended by Islamic forces. Islam will straighten according to the values of goodness and truth of Islam.

Abstract

One of the main factors that are of concern to business people is the work engagement of each employee. The high work engagement of employees can add various benefits to the organization, because with high work engagement, employees will voluntarily give their best contribution to their work, and this will lead to the company's success. Currently, there are many students who are also working. Generally, students have views and ways of working that are different from ordinary employees. This is what business people need to consider in order to make the best strategy to maximize the productivity of working student. Based on this description, the purpose of this study is to determine whether job crafting, work meaning, and psychological capital can affect work engagement in working students. This study was conducted to update the concept of the previous research model by Letona-Ibañez et al. (2021) regarding work engagement, by adding psychological capital as the dependent variable. This study uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a total sample of 120 respondents who were determined using the purposive sampling method. The result of this research is that job crafting has a positive effect on work meaning and work engagement. Work meaning has a positive effect on work engagement. Work meaning mediates the relationship between job crafting and work engagement. Psychological capital does not have a positive effect on work engagement. For working students, work engagement can be strengthened by increasing their job crafting and work meaning.

Abstract

The background of this research is widespread in Covid-19 in Indonesia and takes many casualties. One of the government's efforts to reduce the spread of the virus is to create policies for students and students throughout Indonesia to study at home. To keep the material delivered and the learning process is not interrupted by the condition, distance learning is carried out through online learning.  This research aims to find out the extent to which the application of online learning impacts the independence of student learning during the implementation distance learning. This article uses a qualitative approach in the form of literature. Sources of research data are 41 literature sourced from scientific articles journals about online learning during the COVID-19 period. Data analysis was carried out using the Microsoft Excel application. The results of data analysis of 41 articles obtained 39% for journals which stated that online learning had a negative impact and 61% for a positive impact. Therefore, online learning is feasible, but not by giving very many assignments with short collections, it can be replaced with joint discussions because it can support learning effectiveness and focus on learning. The use of learning media technology in the era of social distancing mostly uses whatsapp and zoom meetings.

Abstract

During a pandemic like the one we are facing today, wedding services must adjust their services to the regulations stipulated by the government and be able to communicate these service products. Product development and social media are the marketing strategies applied by Casturia photography to influence the purchase decision process of its clients. This study was aimed at studying the effect of product development and social media on purchase decisions. The research method used in this study was quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis tools. The sample of this research was 96 clients of Casturia photography. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of product development and social media on purchase decisions either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine The Effect of Absorptive Capacity and Creativity on Job Performance: The Moderating Role of Social Media Usage. The primary data collection method used is the questionnaire method the data were analyzed using Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study to show that absorptive capacity and creativity have a positive impact on job performance. The result also to show that social media usage has strengthened on the effect of absorptive capacity on job performance. In the contrary, the social media has no strength on the effect of creativity on job performance.

Abstract

The effectiveness of the complete systematic land registration program to increase the ownership of land rights certificates at the Malang Regency land office has not been effective. The Covid-19 pandemic had an impact on the target of issuing a Complete Systematic Land Registration certificate in Malang Regency. Impact of Covid 19, In 2020, the target is only 4,675 plots of land by pre-antecedent, only 50 percent of land in Malang Regency has a certificate. Farmers who do not have a field certificate are 651 fields. Still less than 650 thousand. The inhibiting factors for the complete systematic land registration program to increase the ownership of land rights certificates by the Malang Regency land office include (1) the level of community education (2) PTSL applicants are difficult to attend during measurement activities (3) Completeness of administrative requirements (4) Still lacking Coordination (5) Lack of Community Interest and Discipline of Malang Regency and (6) Geographical Condition of Malang Regency. Efforts made by the land office of Malang Regency in streamlining the complete systematic land registration program towards increasing ownership of land rights certificates are (1) Coordinating the Land Office with the village/kelurahan government (2) Increasing Outreach To Attract Enthusiastic Citizens and (3) Increasing Quality of Facilities and Infrastructure.

Abstract

Technological developments greatly affect the world of education, so that the paradigm of conventional learning media in learning is currently starting to shift towards technology. YouTube is one of the learning media that aims to clarify messages, overcome the limitations of space, time, energy and senses and create a passion for learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of YouTube media in developing English speaking skills. This research method uses qualitative research with teacher and student respondents. The data sources in this study are divided into 2, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. Primary data sources were obtained from teachers and students at SMA Negeri 6 Bekasi while secondary data were obtained through journals related to the purpose of this study. Data collection techniques used were interviews and document review. The data analysis technique used is to process research data by listening, selecting data, analyzing data, analyzing data and concluding results. The results of this study are that the use of youtube is a good medium to be applied in improving speaking skills. In addition, this media will make the classroom atmosphere more active and interesting. So that students' speaking skills can develop through youtube videos.

Abstract

The legal consequences of gender changes seen from the positive legal side of gender changes actors are not hindered from obtaining inheritance rights from the testator. This is due to the fact that blood relations are an absolute requirement when it comes to obtaining inheritance rights. What also needs to be remembered is that gender changes is not a right that can prevent someone from getting their inheritance rights. Whereas gender changes in the distribution of inheritance according to the islamic law, the portion of the distribution of inheritance remains the same as the gender before gender changes operation. According to the civil code, gender changes has no effect on the distribution of inheritance for the person who undergoes gender changes. Moreover, the civil code does not comply with this at all. Whereas legal protection measures for people who carry out gender changes operation in obtaining a share of inheritance are by making regulations related to the legal consequences of gender changes operation.
