Abstract

This study aims to synthesize relevant theoretical and empirical literature to develop a conceptual framework and propositions about the antecedents of the effectiveness of internal audits for fraud prevention. This study uses a literature review approach and uses institutional theory, organizational support theory, and quality theory to develop a conceptual framework and produce propositions that are theoretically justified and supported by previous research. Conceptual frameworks and propositions are provided on the antecedents of internal audit effectiveness and their possible relationship to audit quality and management support. This study combines the three theories to provide additional insight to identify the antecedents and effectiveness of internal auditing and generate a conceptual framework that did not exist before.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the employee engagement level of millennial generation employees at Ditpolair Polda Metro Jaya and compare with millennial generation outside Ditpolair Polda Metro Jaya, then prove the influence of stress coping, digital leadership and learning culture on employee engagement of millennial generation employees at Ditpolair Polda Metro Jaya. The research method used is survey with questionnaire distribution to 104 respondents, analyze data by kruskal-wallis test, and multiple regression. The results obtained are stress coping are not significantly different between Ditpolair Polda Metro Jaya and comparison institution, while employee engagement, digital leadership and learning culture are significantly different. The results showed that stress had no significant effect, while digital leadership and learning culture had a significant effect on employee engagement.

Abstract

Experiential marketing and store atmosphere have an influence on customer’s loyalty. This study aims to determine the responses of respondents about Equal Coffe Dau Malang experiential marketing, store atmosphere and customer loyalty and to determine the effect of expereriential marketing and store atmosphere simultaneously and partially on Equal customers Coffe Dau Malang. This study uses the explanatory research method and the sampling technique uses the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%. The number of samples taken is 97 which is the consumer of Equal Coffe Dau Malang. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of instrument test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, simultaneous hypothesis test F and partial hypothesis test t. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the responses of respondents about Equal Coffe experiential marketing, store atmosphere and customer loyalty are good. Simultaneously experiential marketing and store atmosphere significantly influence customer loyalty. Partially experiential marketing and store atmosphere significantly influence customer loyalty. From the results of the research that has been carried out there are several suggestions for Equal Coffe in order to maintain product packaging and compounding and presentation for customers and improve the arrangement of indoor and outdoor spaces and make Equal Coffe decorations more harmonious with the typical dishes of Nusantara coffee makers.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to find out the types of language style and to identify the meaning of language style in the slogan of beauty product commercial advertising. The method used in this research is descriptive analyzes. The data is taken from the slogan. The results of this research found 4 types of language style namely formal style, informal style, and slang style. Based on data analysis, the types of advertising slogans found as many as 16 data for beauty brand names and their slogans. In detail the data in the advertisement. there are 5 data in the advertisement. The most dominant use of language style in the data is slang and informal style along with the meaning of the advertising slogan. The fourth concept of stylistic theory from sociolinguistic studies is interrelated because the four types greatly help the creator in explaining the meaning of the beauty brand advertising slogan, and make it easier to promote the advertisement.

Abstract

This study aims to identify risks in various construction projects and what risk factors have the mostinfluence on each type of project at each stage, to find out which types of contracts have a high level of cost risk, higher time and quality between the two types of contracts based on the results of the analysis using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, analyzing risk on projects with lumpsum contracts and unit price, risk factors that influence these projects and which is more risky between the two contracts based on the results of the risk level analysis, conducting risk analysis on various construction projects based on the project owner and which is more risky between private or government project owners based on the results of the risk level analysis, developing a lump sum contract model and unit price whether m Indeed, there are different ways of handling risk for projects based on empirical data obtained from respondents. This implementation was carried out at the Jambi UIN STS Campus which is located at Jalan Jambi – Muara Bulian, Sungai Duren, Jambi Outer City District, Muaro Jambi Regency, Jambi 36657. This study uses Survey method using questionnaires and interviews (Interview). The data obtained were then processed and analyzed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Respondents in this study were contractors who had experience working on projects with lump sum contracts and unit price contracts. The number of respondents (sample) used is 32 respondents. The results of the analysis using the AHP method showed that in the construction project at the UIN STS Jambi Campus, the risk factor for the use of unit price contracts was higher than the lump sum contract with a ratio of 57.87%: 42.13%. From these results, it is recommended that contractors pay more attention to the dominant risk factors identified before participating in the tender process or before signing the contract as consideration for anticipating risks and avoiding project cost overruns, project completion time delays and the resulting project quality so as not to cause losses which is getting bigger.

Abstract

This research reveals as well as examines the relationship between the acceptability of Covid-19 vaccine information on health awareness in the tourism industry sector in the city of Bandung. This city is one of the tourist destinations that must rise from adversity due to Covid-19. The vaccine program was launched by the government to attract tourists again. The approach to answering this research uses a positivistic paradigm with quantitative research techniques. The validity and reliability test using SPSS was carried out on 85 respondents from a population of 300. A strong relationship was found between the acceptability of the Covid 19 vaccine information and the health awareness of tourism sector business actors in the city of Bandung. They were positive to receive information about the Covid vaccine to run their business. This study also found that respondents received vaccine information based on the purpose so that their business could run. It was also revealed that respondents were not sure with certainty that they could carry out the vaccine process. Furthermore, significant data were found that respondents were less active in seeking information about health.

Abstract

Along with the development of the evolution of social media, online video marketing can be accessed easily. Therefore, several aspects are needed so that online video advertising can be attractive to consumers. This study investigates the impact of entertainment, informativeness, credibility, customization, and irritation on ad values that affect brand awareness and brand image, which leads to purchase intention in online video advertising. Data was collected through online questionnaires given to 150 people who live in Java who are interested in buying products or services because they watch advertisements on YouTube. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS. The results show that entertainment, informativeness, credibility, customization have positively affected ad value, while irritation has negatively affected ad value on YouTube. On the other hand, ad value through YouTube affected both brand awareness and brand image. Brand image positively affected purchase intention, however brand awareness did not affect purchase intention.

Abstract

Narcotics crime in Indonesia is a problem that until now has never ended. One of the problems is the increasing number of drug abusers. In our country, narcotics users / narcotics addicts can already be said to be criminals. In the Narcotics Law no. 35 of 2009 it is explained that what is meant by narcotics abusers are people who use narcotics without rights or against the law. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics. Narcotics crime is seen as a form of crime that has serious consequences for the future of this nation, especially the younger generation.There is an ambiguity problem in the Narcotics Law, and the problem is that Article 112 of the Narcotics Law Article 112 of the Narcotics Law contains the phrase "owning, storing, controlling" narcotics. Therefore, narcotics abusers are more appropriately charged with Article 127 of the Narcotics Law. The method used in this writing uses the normative method which examines the problems of legislation. Which aims to: and explore the application of the phrase Article and the meaning contained therein.

Abstract

Neuro-Linguistic Programming, coined by Bandler and Grinder, broadly denotes the view that a person is a whole mind-body system with patterned connections between an internal experience calls neuro, language for linguistic, and behavior for programming. NLP has been defined in various ways, often in its promotional literature as the art of communication excellence” or “the study of the structure of subjective experience”. Data obtained from the International Coach Federation (ICF), a professional coach agency with the largest members in the world, proves that every year the number of professional coaches is always increasing. In 2019, number of professional coaches was 35,594 members until July 2020, increased to 41,537 members in 147 countries and territories. This proves that coaching is increasingly popular and in demand for various needs. This article discusses how the implementation of coaching through Neuro-Linguistic Programming for Leader to achieve company goals because many companies in Indonesia have implemented NLP-based training tailored to the required context. The qualitative method is done by conducting interviews with respondents namely Managers, Supervisors and Staff. As a result, the implementation of coaching through the Leader has been implemented, but is still followed by training carried out to maintain productivity, achieve goals, and motivate employees to stay focused on the targets set by the company.

Abstract

Follow-up immunization repeats basic immunization to extend the protection period or maintain the immunity level of children who have received basic immunization. Follow-up immunizations are given to children under two years of age, namely diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, hepatitis B, pneumonia, meningitis and measles. The COVID-19 pandemic in immunization coverage is not reaching the target. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of education on parents' knowledge of implementing advanced immunization. This type of research is a quasi-experimental, the number of samples is 30, the type of statistical test is the paired sample t test, the sampling technique is purposive sampling. The results of statistical tests showed that health education was effective in increasing the knowledge of parents in implementing follow-up immunizations for infants aged 12-24 months (sig. 0.000 <0.05). Health education needs to be optimized in order to increase the knowledge of parents to carry out follow-up immunizations for babies in this pandemic era.
