This research aimed to analyze the mood clauses and its elements. The research used a qualitative descriptive method with the approach on systemic functional grammar introduced by Halliday (2014) The source of data taken from The Ellen Show program in YouTube with the topic “Bill Gates chats with Ellen For the First Time.” This was dialogue between Bill Gates and the host of the program, Ellen, on February 21, 2018. Abstract

As an embodiment of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation (UU CK) which prioritizes improving the investment ecosystem and business activities as well as Government Regulation (PP) Number 5 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Licensing Risk-Based Business, business licensing in Indonesia has undergone significant reforms in order to keep attracting investors. In particular, domestic investment is of greater concern because it will encourage job creation. When people have got a job, of course the income will increase. When people's incomes increase automatically this encourages an increase in consumption. In this paper, the author hopes that the reader can find out the importance of the influence of domestic investment. In particular, after the simplification of the company's licensing system, it became a Risk-Based Business Licensing or OSS RBA (Online Single Submission Risk Based Approach).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the forms of demotivation of students in learning Arabic along with the solutions made by Arabic teachers in dealing with the demotivation of students. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Informants were selected using a purposive sampling technique from an Arabic teacher and several students of the DDI Mangkoso Islamic Boarding School. The data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques and then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the students of the DDI Mangkoso Islamic Boarding School had five forms of demotivation in learning Arabic, namely: fear, value conflict, lack of freedom, lack of confidence, and boredom. Even some students experience two or more forms of demotivation in learning Arabic in themselves. The solution made by Arabic teachers in dealing with this demotivation is through the application of learning methods that enable students to converse in Arabic, such as exemplary methods, habituation, and labeling object names. This research has implications for the importance of the environment to motivate students in learning Arabic so that they are accustomed to conversing in Arabic without imposing a perfect mastery of Arabic grammar rules.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the practice of policing in the emergency situation of the Covid-19 pandemic. In an emergency situation, the practice of policing by emphasizing the paradigm of democratic policing or community policing is not effective and fast enough as a strategy in responding to the Covid-19 pandemic emergency situation. The method used in this study is in the form of literature review, and secondary data. This article concludes that the policing paradigm in overseeing the implementation of policies to control the spread of the covid-19 virus uses an intervention policing paradigm, which is a combination of values or norms-based settings in the community with regulations based on the legitimacy of the police authority. Intervention policing is carried out with interventions in the psychological and social sectors.

Abstract

Since the beginning of this century, large towns like Bandung have been seeing an increase in the number of environmental issues as a direct result of water pollution caused by residential wastewater generated by their home industries. As a result, there are a great deal of actions that need to be taken in order to solve the problem of water pollution. In Indonesia, a great number of environmental rules and policies have been developed, but the implementation of these policies and regulations has not been carried out to the best of their potential due to a number of flaws in the text of environmental regulations. Developing an ideal policy framework for the administration of wastewater is one potential approach to the problem. Laws governing the management of domestic wastewater must be perfectly supplemented in order to be effective, particularly in the areas of standards, operations and procedures, wastewater quality standards, adequate and quality technology, landscape and building planning, and institutional coordination. This is especially important in large cities. It will be much simpler to implement all of the environmental standards if they are properly synced with one another. The prevention of water pollution will be effectively managed if this practice is followed regularly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find answers to why the value of local wisdom is the basis for building Copyright law and how the construction of Copyright law based on the value of local wisdom provides creative freedom and can improve people's welfare. The paradigm in this research is Legal Constructivism, with a socio-legal research approach.  The social setting is the written batik community. Primary data was obtained by interview and observation, while secondary data was obtained by document study. Primary data were analyzed using the four-step model of Mathew B. Miles and A. Michel Huberman. Secondary data were analyzed using hermeneutics. The results of the study show that if copyright law is not based on local wisdom values, it has the consequence that copyright law does not work well, because the legal values do not match the values of local wisdom and are unable to protect communal copyrights. Society becomes ambiguous, and people are not prosperous because they do not have the freedom to be creative in their work. The values of local wisdom are the basis for building copyright law. The value of local wisdom can protect copyrighted works that are communal. Local wisdom can improve the welfare of the community. The ideal construction of copyright law reconstructs its structure, substance, and culture. The principles of supporting new copyrights are the principles of justice, economy, culture, social, communal ownership, availability of access, and an integrated strategy.

Abstract

Learning assessment aims to monitor the progress of the learning process and check the fulfillment of competence against learning outcomes to provide value for the learning process and results. The Augmented Reality (AR) learning assessment module aims to test students' competence in geometrical material. AR is needed to help students visualize 2-dimensional shapes into three dimensions. The purpose of this research is to develop an innovative learning assessment module based on augmented reality systems to test student competencies. This type of research is Research and Development (R & D). The sample of this research is the seventh-grade students of SMP N 01 Kalirejo in Central Lampung Regency. The model used is an adaptation of Plomp, which includes preliminary examination, prototyping and assessment. The results of this study are that the instrument has met the requirements of validity and reliability and even has practical value in its use. This will provide positive benefits for an objective, measurable, and comprehensive assessment process on the final ability of student learning outcomes. Utilization of learning media using AR can stimulate students' mindset in critical thinking. AR learning media can visualize abstract concepts for understanding and structure an object model that allows AR as a more effective medium.

So, through this study, we have understood the AIDA marketing model among MSME drivers, primarily through document and literature searches in various publications, including books, scientific journals, and other publications related to the issues of the AIDA model and marketing of small business products. We cannot do that much data, up to 100 books, without going through a data analysis process that involves coding the data, evaluating interpretations, and drawing valid conclusions to answer the current question. Based on the results of the study and discussion, it can be concluded that the understanding and application of the AIDA marketing model for marketing MSME products and services in the digital era is very profitable; This model approach also has advantages and also drawnbacks.
