Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills. Research and development methods or in English Research and Development are research methods used to produce certain products, and test the effectiveness of these products. Create and develop as well as determine the feasibility of educational game media as learning media that are suitable for use by educators and students. After being tested, it will receive a response to criticism and suggestions for evaluating the AAP educational game media product. Abstract

An Infectious diseases are still one of the health problems in the world, including in Indonesia. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2013, the percentage of nosocomial infections in hospitals worldwide reached 9% (variation 3 – 21%) or more than 1.4 million hospitalized patients worldwide had nosocomial infections. At the end of 2019, there was an outbreak of a virus called Corona Virus Disease / COVID-19 in Wuhan City, China. Efforts to minimize the risk of infection in Royal Prima Hospital and other health facilities need to be implemented in infection prevention and control (PPI). Researchers are interested in evaluating how to implement a nosocomial infection prevention and control program in the COVID-19 isolation room at Royal Prima Hospital Medan. This research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach with the method of determining the informants using purposive selection. The research was carried out in the Covid-19 Isolation Room of Royal Prima Hospital Medan. The sources of data or sources of information in the study were parties who were considered competent in providing internal information at the Royal Prima Medan Hospital related to nosocomial infections as many as 7 people consisting of the head of the Covid-19 isolation room at the RSU Royal Prima, PPI Team (Infection Prevention and Control in Hospitals) Royal Prima General Hospital, Five nurses on duty to nurse patients in the Covid-19 isolation room at Royal Prima Hospital. The results showed that the implementation of the infection prevention and control program at the Royal Prima Hospital was running well. Management support has been running optimally.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the Police HR placement issue who receive LPDP Scholarship studying abroad incorrectly according to the scientific field that has been taken, which has an impact on the discrepancy between competence and work demands in the field, which can cause insecure in the HR individual and potentially unprofessionalism of work in the field. Therefore, this research aimed at analyzing the pattern of placement of the National Police's human resources who graduated from abroad. This is qualitative research with a field research approach, with data collection techniques carried out through interviews, observation and document study which were then analyzed using data reduction methods, data presentation, and data verification. The findings indicate that the placement pattern for Polri HR of overseas graduates is carried out in accordance with Perkap Polri No. 9 of 2016 concerning the Development System for Police Members. However, in practice there are problems of violations of the principles of justice experienced by the Polri human resources, which have an impact on violations of principles, which can lead to members' retaliatory attitudes which in turn cause delays in the achievement of organizational goals.

Abstract

There are many forms of crime that occur on our beloved Earth. The crime of rape is a crime of depriving women of honor and virginity. Although rape crime has been regulated normatively in the Criminal Code, in reality, the protection of rape victims remains inadequate. From the perspective of Hindu Law, committing rape is a great sin. In Sad Atatayi, rape is called Dratikrama. As such, the authors formulated the following research questions to be explored further: How is the regulation of rape delict from the perspective of criminal law and Hindu law? What is the sanction for rape crime in criminal law and Hindu law? This research is normative research. The results of this research are: the regulation of rape delict against women is contained in Article 285-289 of the Criminal Code and in the Hindu Law Compendium (Manawa Dharmasastra). Sanctions for rape against women in criminal law still vary, depending on the provisions that are violated in the Criminal Code and Hindu Law. It depends on the type of crime, whether it is an aggravated crime or an ordinary crime.

Abstract

Indonesia has great potential as a center for the world's halal industry. The potential to get there already exists, ranging from halal certification, concern for Muslim-friendly products, services that make it easier for Muslims to practice their beliefs, and much more. The strategy to achieve Indonesia's vision as the world's leading halal economic center is by strengthening the value chain (halal value chain). In it, there are a number of industries that are the targets of Indonesia's halal economy master plan for 2019-2024 related to the needs of the world's Muslim community, one of which is the food and beverage industry, where Indonesia has abundant potential for the food and beverage industry. In this study using qualitative research methods with a normative juridical approach. While the data sources in this study were articles in journals related to the theme. The data collection technique was carried out by means of a literature review. The results in this study, namely, Rasulullah SAW, has made efforts to develop human resources. These efforts include: 1). Planning, 2). Withdrawal of human resources, 3). develop it so that it is of high quality, 4). Conduct performance appraisals, 5). Provide motivation and maintenance of human resources.

Abstract

The discourse of moving the country's capital city to the 'Nusantara' has drawn various polemics among the public. Especially in the midst of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to find out the pros and cons of the polemic of the policy of moving the country's capital city in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data sources in the form of secondary data. The results of this study are that those who are pro argue that moving the capital city should be carried out immediately considering that Jakarta is no longer ideal as the capital city of Indonesia and it is time for equity to occur in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the contra considers environmental aspects and also consider the pandemic as a problem that must be focused on first. Therefore, the government should be able to consider this policy carefully.

Abstract

PT. Garuda Indonesia is one of the airlines that offers quality services by prioritizing the safety and security aspects of flights operating in Nabire City with ticket prices that Garuda Indonesia in Nabire City is different from other cities. The price offered by PT. PT Garuda Indonesia in carrying out its operations does not run alone because the management and administration cooperate with PT Guna Indah Raya in terms of ticketing sales services and other services related to the operations of PT Garuda Indonesia. Research Objectives To find out how the efforts made by PT. Garuda Indonesia in improving the quality of services so that the level of customer satisfaction increases in Nabire Regency. To find out what factors affect PT. Garuda Indonesia in improving the quality of services so that the level of customer satisfaction increases in Nabire Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive. The results showed that PT. Garuda Indonesia always maintains the best flight quality for customers and the public. PT. Garuda Indonesia always provides convenience in ticketing services. Besides that, PT. Garuda Indonesia always pays more attention to customers and the public. Abstract

Indonesia is a constitutional state which was contain in Article 1 paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and based on the prevailing laws and regulations. The current laws and regulations are considered to have a lot of influence on legal positivism teachings, the law is considered rigid and causes the number of regulations that Indonesia has. The number of regulations is considered quite a cause for concern, and can lead to a decline in the quality of regulations in Indonesia. So, the Government tries a new method, namely the omnibus law method in simplifying regulations in Indonesia. The government's efforts to reduce regulatory obesity through the omnibus law method are considered formal flaws because they are not in accordance with the rules for the formation of laws and regulations stipulated in Law no. 12 of 2011. The progressive legal view of the omnibus law is necessary then to see the real and living substantial aspects of society and the consideration of social perspectives needs to be adjusted and the Government needs to continue to explore the real aspects in society.

Abstract

This research is a paper that discusses Islamic propaganda in the transformation of the Kejawen Mystical Society into Kejawen Islam in Sukowiyono Village during the New Order era This research begins with the phenomenon of the shift in the belief of the people of Sukowiyono Village, Before the 1968 Indonesian Communist Party Rebellion event, the majority of the people adhered to the Kejawen belief with animism and dynamism known as Kejawen Mysticism, but after the 1968 PKI rebellion all Kejawen people in Sukowiyono Village changed their beliefs to become adherents of Islam because of the practice of Islamic propaganda which was intensified by the government to eradicate the remaining communist sympathizers in Sukowiyono Village with disguised da'wah. The research method used by the author is a qualitative research method with a case study approach, with data collection techniques using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results showed that Islamic propaganda was carried out by the government because of the relationship between the Javanese community and PKI sympathizers, PKI sympathizers were affiliated with Kejawen and founded the Siti Inggil college so that they moved the government to Islamize Kejawen with the help of the Nahdlatul Ulama Islamic organization. As for the implementation of Propaganda through several activities, including by establishing langgar as a place for introduction and learning of Islam, the process uses the propaganda technique of name calling and using all forms of persuasion. propaganda techniques transfer and using all forms of persuasion. The third is the process of obtaining the KTP of the people of Sukowiyono Village, the process using the plain folks and using all forms of persuasion.
